I was searching the internet for foundation repair companies in the New Orleans area and I found HD Foundation Repair in Texas. I was so impressed with their website because it offers a wealth of knowledge that is detailed and very easy to understand. No other company, and there are many, described my foundation issue as a foundation upheave, which is exactly the problem I am experiencing. I called the Dallas office today hoping HD Foundation had an office in my area, but unfortunately, they do not. Thankfully, I spoke with the owner, Greg Roberts, and he was phenomenal. Greg helped me tremendously by listening to my issues and concluded improper water drainage is the likely culprit and to start with a drainage system. He gave me great advice as well as solutions and a first step to begin remediation. I am so grateful he answered the phone because his expertise and kindness blessed me in ways that cannot be measured. Thank you, Greg!

We recently inherited a house that needed work. Two of the estimators at companies I called rushed through my house and did not seem very interested. I guess the though my job wasn’t big enough. One of them never got back to me at all. HD Foundations was different. The company owner drew up my house and sent that to me along with a proposal to put 9 piers where they needed to go. The price was not inexpensive but I investigated and found out that it was really pretty good for the number of foundation piers I needed plus I got a lifetime warranty. Rene and the other crew members did a really good job and they deserved every cent.They we’re prompt and friendly as well.

We have two rental houses – one in Plano and one in Dallas. Both needed foundation repair and one needed a French drain. We’re glad the company we chose to work on our properties was HD Foundations. When we enlisted them about 6 years ago, we found the owner and his wife to be helpful and liked the fact they gave us straight answers. Since we live outside the DFW area, it was important to find a foundation company we felt we could trust. In both cases they did an outstanding job. We were impressed by how fast and efficient their crew was. Not long ago we called on them for warranty service on the Dallas house foundation. They made some little adjustments to the foundation piers. Last week we drove in town to check things out. Everything’s fine. If you want to avoid a lot of headaches, call HD. They do things right and and you don’t have to worry about it.

In March we became concerned because our floors were buckling. We knew we had problems with water in our crawl space and that our foundation needed work. The owner of HD Foundations came by and checked things out. His crew ended up installing new support columns under the foundation. They also added shims to make the house level, because its rained so much this spring we had them come back out to install a French drain. We can already tell it works well. Were are pleased with this Dallas foundation repair companys service, and also with the drainage system they put in. Our neighbor hired them to service his slab foundation and he had a positive experience with this company too.

First rate foundation repair. Dallas company that does things right. Even the French drain HD foundations installed a while back works the way it should. Just added a surface drain. Straight up organization that comes back if theres a problem. Ask for Greg. Hes the owner. Apparently its a family business. They fixed my slab foundation but do lots of peir and beam repair as well.

Honest family run company that won’t dodge your phone calls if you call them up about warranty service cause your foundation piers need to be adjusted.Ive done business with HD foundations for 14 years and they’ve never thrown me under the bus. Keep in mind they’re booked out a while so give them a few weeks to get over to your house to make any necessary adjustments.

It took me a while to wrap my head around the idea that someone was actually going to lift one side of my house. I live in a part of Dallas where houses are older and was afraid that raising it might make it crack in two or cause something even worse to happen. I had no choice but to fix it because I’m getting ready to do some remodeling. Anyway I hired HD Foundations to handle things because they’ve done a lot of houses in my neighborhood and they didn’t fumble the ball. (They did clip a sprinkler line but it was no big deal and they fixed it right then and there.) The crew was clearly experienced and nothing bad happened. Thanks to them the doors now open the way they should and gaps around the windows are gone. It pays to use a foundation repair company who knows what they’re doing.

Greg Roberts was fantastic. I thought I had foundation issue but it turns out I didnt. How many times have you run into a contractor who tells you that you shouldnt be paying him or her money. He also spent the time to give me great advice regarding certain portions of my foundation that need to be watered more often. When it comes to your house, do you want cheap or do you want honest? If you want honest, call Greg Roberts.

We were dealing with bad clay soil foundation problems. Soil movement next to the foundation caused our exterior brick to crack and doors to stick. Hunter and his people came over to take the elevations and then installed 17 exterior foundation piers and 2 interiors based on the numbers. The guys were strong and stayed late doing the installations and concrete patches, and double checked everything before they left. Im very happy with the job they did!

Thank you to HD Foundations. Its good to know theres people out there who take pride in what they do and dont try to over sell you on foundation piers and drainage jobs. They installed exactly what we needed -- 10 piers and a French drain. We were able to test out the drain this season because Its rained so much and its really prevented any water problem.

I phoned HD Foundation today after seeing the 5 star review because I needed to just ask a foundation person some general questions about the situation I have at my home. The owner, Greg answered the phone and was so very kind and extremely helpful! It is a great quality in a person to have the patience to listen and discern the situation without having an eyes on knowledge. The helpful hints he gave me and the advice will prove invaluable to the condition of my foundation. Thank you so very much Greg for your help!

Emailed HD Foundations an engineering report and they gave me a price off that. Hired them for a fairly large project without ever meeting them based on good things I’d heard and their pricing. Was amazed how well it went. This is a reputable Dallas repair company.

HD fixed the slab foundation on one house we owned and it went better than we imagined so we used them on our Dallas house. It had a damaged pier and beam foundation. Things went great. No more wall cracks or sinking areas!! I’d gladly recommend this business to anyone. The family who runs it has a lot of experience. They like what they do and will tell you all about engineering reports and give you good tips.

The company provided us with prompt, expert resolution of our homes water drainage problem with a competitive price, courteous & honest staff and punctual results. Greg (owner) explained the problem and designed a plan to fix it; Ruth communicated with prompt emails; Rene and his crew executed the plan with the least disruption to our household... conscientious to keep things tidy and efficient. They started exactly when they said. They finished exactly when they planned. The results are excellent. I absolutely would recommend and absolutely would use again.

HD straightened out the foundation disaster that another company created. I wasnt sure they could but they did. And because of the surface drains they put in we no longer have standing water and mosquitoes everywhere.
