    Everyone knows the Container Store but if you haven’t been lately, it is worth the pilgrimage! Of course, every container one can think of, and I’m always amazed at the creative genius which gives inspiration on how to remove clutter & find things faster in your home! The staff is so helpful & they enjoy helping to offer solutions at varying price points. Okay, their prices are high but they have sales all the time. If you watch for those inside sale teasers, you can get what you want at lowest cost. Hats off to the Container Store!

    Such a beautiful store. Hard to pick what you actually need, since you want it all. Great store layout with ease of use. This stuff is pricey but well worth it when carefully chosen.

    I affectionately call this store “The Void”. Because when you enter time & your bank account cease to exist. They have everything you could possibly need to organize any space. 4 stars instead of 5 because I often compare the prices to stuff on Amazon and some stuff just isn’t worth the mark up, especially when it comes to kitchen gadgets & food pantry organizers. There are organization bins in the kitchen section (front right of the store) that are literally 3x the price of extremely similar bins with more size selections located in the garage and office section (far back left hand side) of the store. I used white bins from that back section of the store in my grandmothers pantry instead of the kitchen section and they work just as well and dare I say look even better (check out photos to see for yourself). Great price, awesome quality, and easy self installation on the roll out cabinet drawers. Over all my grandmother was very pleased with what I was able to do for her with stuff from The Container Store.*the dry food storage air lock containers in this photo were purchased on Amazon for astronomically less. Lazy Susan was from Target for way less also.

    I went to this store expecting to just be ‘in and out’. I was greeted by some of the most friendly and enthusiastic people. John was the first to come up and assist me. He helped to find exactly what i was looking for and provided me with a plethora of options. If you’re looking to organize more than some cabinets and drawers, this is definitely the place to go to.

    I had an outstanding experience at this store today, just in for a small closet issue and other shopping. I happened to have separate encounters with four different sales people and each one of them was helpful, courteous and engaged. In the two more substantive enounters, both people helped me over and beyond what I would have expected. I don’t know if it’s training, particularly good folks or a happy place, but it was a very refreshing experience as the customer service was uniquely top-notch. Congratulations, container store— you are certainly doing something right because it wasn’t an accident! Thank you.

    My teacher soul was made happy by all the colors and bins for my classroom. THE STAFF WAS REALLY NICE!!!!!!!!!! They answered my 50,000 questions without looking aggravated.

    First time I’ve ever set foot in this store and the customer service was remarkable. I found a grey box storage ottoman that I loved and they only had one left when I wanted two. The lady at the front checked inventory for me and said they were getting more at the beginning of the month and they could ship it to me. I was in no rush so I appreciated the gesture. She still honored the 50% off and gave me free shipping and to my surprise, they shipped it out the next day and I got it the day after. I would shop here again when I need another container. There are a lot of containers that are similar to what other stores sell at a lower price but if you’re looking for something specific to decorate, they have it.

    I had a 10 star experience! Very positive! We renovated our home and needed help designing our new closet. Michaela helped us design the closet and provided great next steps. Jake was super responsive and helpful every time we called/emailed. Nick McDonald installed our entire closet which was a massive project. Nick was friendly, professional, and did an amazing job! This team was responsive and communicative from beginning to end. Im very happy with my experience and new closet!

    I really enjoy coming to this location, the people are always super helpful and welcoming. And the store is clean and tidy.We came in recently for a closet remodel, Gretchen helped us through the whole thing. Took measurements, showed us all the amazing design options and then created a design for us to see what it would all look like. I loved it and really enjoyed getting to see what my closet would look like once it all comes together. She was so nice, professional and very helpful throughout the whole process.

    Customer service used to be so poor here. Theyve turned it around. Im always greeted by at least 3 associates everytime I shop which is awesome. I happily shop in store now often. Seen more minorities working here as well. Well done!

    The entrance has sliding doors and baskets for shopping ease. Was not greeted but aisles are marked for guidance. They have a good selection for all needs. Prices were clearly marked, as were sale signs. I was able to find my items fairly easily.

    The only downside is parking (tight spaces) but the store is organized, spacious, has a great variety and supply (just bought 10 expandable shelf risers). the customer service was above and beyond my expectations...cant wait to go back. the cashier susan was a delight!

    Simply the best place to purchase hangers. Nice reusable bags that are great for laundry bags, very durable. Customer Service is A +. Ive been purchasing plastic hangers for 20 years from Container Store. Wide variety of products for household storage, closets, and laundry items.

    Its hard to contain myself at The Container Store. I love to go into the store and walk the aisles looking for new ways to organize my life and options for my clients. Whenever I need some new organizational method for one of my clients I browse online first and then go to The Container Store. They offer a points program that tracks your purchases and makes returns easy and also earns you points towards your next purchases. Unfortunately, they seem to be consistently short on stock. Several times in the last year I went in to pick up things for an organizational job only to find out that they didnt have them or only had a few when I needed more. Its inconvenient to have to go to two stores to get what you need. One of my favorite things about the store is the two kiosk areas in the middle that get loaded up with wonderful stocking stuffers for Christmas. Ive managed to get some great little gifts there at very reasonable prices.

    A little embarrassed to admit that The Container Store is one of my favorite places to shop but the selection here is amazing and the staff is great. The loyalty program has great rewards. My apartment is stocked top to bottom with unexpected but very useful finds.

    I often wondered how the Container Store survives in the internet age, now I know.We went needing Elfa shelving for a refurbished pantry & came away with a finished design and all the parts required (down to the wall screws) to complete the project. The design team were fantastic in steering us towards the right products and away from spending money unnecessarily. They they offered an installation at a steeply discounted price, naturally we took them up on that offer!

    They have remodeled the whole store it was fun seeing the new layout. And best of all the store had that new store smell. And they still had all the great containers and other items for your home. I think I only saw about half of the goodies in the store.🏃🏻‍♀️🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️🏃‍♂️

    Such a beautiful remodel store! Very organized and clean but none of the employees approached me to see if I needed help which is not what this company is about! Overall, I did enjoy stopping by here while I visited Dallas.

    I was looking for an item I couldnt find. A sweet lady helped me look and when she found out it was something to match what I already had at home, she went to the back to see if they had more. They didnt, but she checked the warehouse and other stores who were also out, but found out when it will be in stock again!

    Love this store. Some stuff is kind of expensive though. And I have to say its in a horrible location when traffic is bad. And the parking lot is stupid. 50% of the parking is for compact cars only. Do they know theyre in Texas? However that is not the fault of The Container Store. Just pointing it out

    I had to return automobile parts damaged in shipment. - It was an odd size, so no standard size box would work. - These people took an over-size box, cut it open, laid it flat, and cut it into the proper size for the contents. - They went beyond the call of duty and did it all with no extra cost to me.

    Wow! Excellent customer service without being too pushy. I saved 15% from an in-store promo and I never would have known if it hadn’t been for a friendly, helpful sales associate.     I stopped in at the container store today, my first visit. After a stressful day at work this quick stop really turned it around. Not only was I impressed with the products available, but also the cleanliness and organization of the store. Everything was well set up and easy to find. As a Capricorn, I find myself constantly rearranging to optimize space and resources. I fell in love with the store! Then I ran into Vicky. She was super friendly, we discussed the store and their In Home Design service. I was not familiar, and she was quick to answer any questions. Really appreciated her kindness and knowledge of the services/products offered.I would also like to give kudos to Rick. He helped check me out at the register. He was kind, funny and assisted in getting me set up for emails and exclusive offers. I greatly appreciated the great attitude of the employees! Will be back, thanks again for the above and beyond services.
