Ivan was great! He was sent to fix the toilet because it wasn’t flushing properly, and I had another issue with the water temperature in my shower and he went out of his way to help make the water hotter. I also told him about the water fixture change and he explained everything in detail and guided me to the best solution to my plumbing issues. He was patient and kind. I have used Innovative Plumbing several times for minor plumbing issues but this past weekend we faced a major issue with a leak in our main water line to the house. Innovative was able to come out right away and Holton took excellent care of us! We were back up and running in no time. Holton was very knowledgeable and extremely professional. Extremely pleased with timeliness and quality of service from Quincy with Innovative Plumbing.My 89 year old mom had a significant water leak resulting from an issue with the pressure relief valve. Quincy did a great job replacing the valve and couldn’t not have been kinder in working with my mom to make sure she understood what transpired to cause the leak. A really nice touch and greatly appreciated.The response from Innovative was rapid, the work was done to a level of quality and the issue resolved for a very fair price. Will use Innovative for any future plumbing related needs.

Great service fast! I highly recommend the team of plumbers at Innovative Plumbing! I had a leak that was supposedly repaired over a year ago. I found it was only still leaking but was not even done correctly. Had us back up in less than 2 hours. Amazing service in a time when you don’t know who to truck! 10 stars for the company!

OUTSTANDING Plumbers!!I called on a Sunday morning due to a leaking hot water tank. Bruce answered immediately, finished up a job he was on and was at my home within a couple of hours. I was well aware that both water heaters likely needed to be replaced due to age. Bruce clearly explained our options - very professional & knowledgeable - no pressure. Bruce swapped out both heaters with high quality Rheem units - the brand that I preferred due to their reliability - all of this was done on a Sunday afternoon!Bruce kept me informed throughout the installation & the quality of the work was exceptional!Thank-you - we are already recommending Innovative Plumbing to family, friends & co-workers!You guys are for sure our plumbers for all future work!

I highly recommend this company! We have had two plumbing issues since buying an older home, a main line burst and a completely clogged drain. Both times they have been prompt, extremely polite, knowledgeable and fixed our issues in a timely manner. We have had 3 of their plumbers at our home and I have been very impressed by all 3.

When many plumbers were unavailable for days to fix my busted pipe, they scheduled my emergency repair for early the following morning. Their service tech, Joe, called to let me know he was on his way and showed up ahead of schedule. Joe was extremely professional, knowledgeable, diligent, patient and thorough. In fact his diligence and patience saved me money on the repair. I got the sense that Joe took immense pride in his work based on the quality of his workmanship and the effort made to restore the landscaping that was disturbed to do the repair. I found their price to be reasonable for the work and their responsiveness. I now have a preferred plumber and I will not hesitate to contact Innovative Plumbing and Construction for all my future plumbing needs.

I contacted them Monday morning and immediately Cindy called right back to address our sink drainage and garbage disposal issues, and got us on the schedule for the very next day! These guys got to me within 1 hour of my call. All upstairs drains were clogged due to shoddy piping in a brand new build, and with upstairs being where our showers are, we were in a bind. With both a 2 week old and an unhappy mother who couldn’t shower on hand, Bruce was a sight for sir eyes late on a Wednesday afternoon pulling into the drive.He quickly diagnosed the problem and 30 minutes late the clog was freed and the pipes were flowing. Mom and baby were happy again. Bruce also left me with a plan of attack to fix the underlying problem down the line.Would recommend to anyone and everyone who wants quick and straightforward service.

Our hot water heater busted on a Sunday causing a huge mess. Innovative responded immediatly. They got out to our home in a timely manner and replaced our hot water heater for us the same day. I cant remember the plumbers name but he was quick, professional, and really nice. We were very appreciative!

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. I ran out of water pressure in the whole house on Thursday. As I figured, it was a leak in the main line, which luckily revealed itself by show of a puddle and water flowing from the ground about 5 feet from the house. I had to shut the water off to the house, so I had none at all. I called and spoke with Cindy, who squeezed me in for the next day, which I so much appreciate!! You don’t realize how much you use water until you have no water. Cindy was so nice, and Joe, who showed up at my house was extremely kind and professional. I was freaking out and he assured me this was not a catastrophic thing to happen and that he’d be able to fix it right away. He pinpointed the leak in the main pipe almost immediately, and recognized that the culprit was some tree roots that had grown into the pipe. He cut the roots, put a joint on the pipe, explained everything he was doing, and was done in no time. I was also extremely pleasantly surprised that the price was so low. I really appreciate the service and customer service I got from here. All of this on Memorial Day weekend. Thank you!

We had a main line leak and water was shut off with 6 kids in the house. I had called another company who was not able to fit us into the schedule and so referred us to innovative plumbing. Cindy listened to our whole situation and was able to work out an immediate crew to come by to assess the leak. The 2 men were able to locate, dig up and fix the problem in under an hour. Amazing service, prices and people! Again, I truly appreciate the compassion and the extra mile they went for our family today. Any time I ever need a plumber they will be my first call!
