Richard is a smart, experienced plumber. It was interesting to watch him troubleshoot a problem that eluded a previous plumber. He is still working the issue, but I have full confidence he will figure it out and fix it without overcharging me.Now Ive had the opportunity to work with Marlin on an HVAC issue. He was on time, courteous, fixed my issue (a pump), and then inspected the rest of the system. Im very pleased with the service, and I became a new member in the process.

I wish the company would have reached out to us to let us know that the tec was running late and adjusted the time so that other thing could of been accomplished and we were not just sitting around until after 5:00 /5:45 pm which ran into other appointments.customers understand things don’t always go as smooth as planned but it feels good when companies communicate an respect your time.

My service guy Leeson was the best. He came in and diagnosed and fixed a problem that cost be a under $400.... The other company tried to charge me $4500, replace parts unnecessarily, and bill me for a bunch a things I did not need. Kennon is FAIR, TRUSTWORTHY, HONEST, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. Dont go with anyone else. Just choose Kennon.

The excellent work of extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff made all of my experiences with Kennon amazing! I would highly recommend using their services to diagnose an HVAC issue, duct cleaning, or a plumbing quote.Alex and Mike helped diagnose and resolve an issue with my air conditioner. Their troubleshooting was quick and accurate. They helped answer questions about my system and informed me of possible issues and proper maintenance.Lee visited our home to clean the ducts. I would highly recommend this service if you have visible dust in your vents like we did. The air inside our home has never felt better. Its cleaner, less humid, and smells fantastic. The duct cleaning process only lasted a couple of hours and even included new attic filters. The before and after photos really show the effectiveness of the rotating brush and vacuum.We will absolutely be considering this company when we need plumbing or HVAC repair or upgrades.

Tony came out to do the annual checkup and service of our units. He did a deep dive thorough inspection of our units. He found several serious issues that needed to be addressed after the inspection. After showing us pictures and video evidence of the degradation of our old system we decided to go ahead and update our HVAC system. Tony and Ben stayed in contact with us throughout the process. Everyone , service techs, salesmen, installers were very friendly , helpful and professional. Dealing with HVAC issues isn’t fun at all - much less on a Friday afternoon in the middle of the summerStarting with the dispatcher, Jean, who took my call and was thorough, friendly and informative, this experience has been as painless as possible.Ben and Brandon showed up promptly, were beyond nice, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions (bonus points for both bringing their own shoe covers, which I don’t see too often with any sort of contractor/service call). Ben’s been awesome in talking me through my options of replacing my system or putting a fix in place, and has been super flexible - reachable any time on the weekend via call or textI’ll update this review once my installation is complete. For now, I’d have zero hesitation in recommending Kennon to family/friends.

He was on time, very thorough with his explanation, gave us tips on how to maintain our system in the future for the specific issue we had, and gave us a couple options on how to proceed with price points for each. I highly recommend him to install an upgraded Thermostat. I am certain he does other things but this was a small job done with a great attitude, workmanship, communication skills, and passion for what he does. This was one of the best experiences I have ever had. From the very beginning to the end the communication was excellent. I made a call for them to come out and give me an estimate on adding a new HVAC unit in my basement, recieved a call back within a few hours. Came out and gave me a free estimate a few days later, and it was one of the best estimates I had received. We set up a day for installation and they arrived on time. It was a seamless process with great communication throughout. I will definitely be using this company again and referring them to all my family and Friends.

However, an emergency popped up, and Kennon came out within two hours of me calling for a new client!!! Richard was the main plumber, and he fixed the emergent issue & was amazing at explaining some of the other issues going on in a way that made sense to someone who knows nothing about plumbing. He was back out within a two week period to get EVERYTHING (non-emergent) fixed!! Their pricing is very fair and competitive in this market, the service is phenomenal (both scheduling and repair teams!), and now, I can feel more at ease in the house! Kennon technician Mike Scrimo performed a service call at our home on 7-17. Mike was professional and efficient and worked diligently to diagnose why our A/C was not producing cool air. It was really nice to work with a professional with such good expertise and knowledge.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Kennon Heating And Air. We own a short term rental and the air conditioning went out on a Sunday, which also happened to be Father’s Day. I called several places for an emergency call out before I spoke to Kennon who told me that they could get out the same day. I was greatly relieved that my rental guests would not be sweltering. The technician Isaiah explained the situation so thoroughly and he was a pleasure to communicate with. He got it fixed in a very short amount of time and made some suggestions to prevent the situation from reoccurring. The repair was very affordable and expeditious. I would give them a 10 if I could!

We had our air unit not cooling The house so we called Kennon in the morning and someone was there by 10am to look at our issue. Isaiah was our tech and he was just an amazing person and very friendly and explained everything in full detail and as we found out our our air conditioner would cost more to fix than it would to be replaced. He told us options and got us in contact with with the office at Kennon and schedule an appointment for that evening for someone to come out and talk to us about our getting a new A new unit. By noon this morning, We have had a new unit installed and cooling our home. We have air flowing and its wonderful. I thank nk Isaiah for his knowledge and pointing us in the right direction to get this issue resolved in less than 24 hours. I would recommend Keenon air conditioning and Isaiah as a service tech highly.Update. We had a new unit installed. No pressure to have this done. Was handled professionally and explained by Ben. He did a great job on the plumbing for the drain on our kitchen sink and dishwasher. the work for the drain under our house turned out to be more extensive than we expected which is not uncommon for a 51 year old house. he came back the next day and brought Richard Demerritt back with him to finish the job. Both of them were very professional and well mannered and finished the job in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend either of these guys for your plumbing needs.

But I’m glad I called the wrong people because these guys were better than my last company.. There was only one problem. he opened a collar on a pipe running to the heat pump and about 10 gallons of water spilled out. We dont the extent of the damage. Hopefully its not bad, but we withheld 10% off of the total of the job to hopefully ensure they will fix any issues. The company has been great. They had no problems with any of our concerns. There saying they will send a person to fix the damages. I think anyone could have made that mistake. So all in all they did a great Job!!!!!!!!!!!
