We contacted Azerplumb on an Sunday afternoon via email and heard back from Nima within a short period of time! Nima has such great knowledge and experience that he quickly identified the problem with information I gave and video I sent. He tried his best and put us on the next day’s schedule. Andre showed up on site the next day. When he checked the reported leak point and nearby areas, he paid attentions and even noticed another leak point which we were not aware at all. He did a high quality job on both leak points and the communication was smooth during the whole process. We hired Azer plumbing for our remodeling projects and we are so glad to have found them! Nima is very knowledgeable, responsive and reliable. After demolishing all the bathrooms by our contractor, Nima and the team came to install new plumbing for all the showers, a freestanding bathtub and faucets. He also rerouted drain and water lines for the kitchen since we added an island. Dishwasher was installed as well. There are so many other things they installed I can not name them all, but we are very happy with how everything has turned out! There was a minor problem with one of the new faucet drains, but Nima was on top of it right away. Great quality of the work and I highly recommend this company for any bathroom and kitchen remodeling projects!

What can I say other than the other Google reviews did not disappoint. I had a rather large project tackled, including ripping out old cast iron drains for both my bathrooms to replace with PVC, new water heater, new water lines for outdoor spigots, and a couple other small items. All the work was done in a reasonable amount of time within the original dollar figure that was quoted to me up front. The cost was also very reasonable compared to a couple of others I got from other companies. In the future I will also be redoing my kitchen and I absolutely plan to have Azer Plumbing back out.Thank you!

What a great company!!! I came home from work at midnight to a garage filled with water. Called Azer Plumbing at 8:30am and they said someone would be there by 10:30am. Brendon showed up at 10am!! I found Nima through Nextdoor a couple of years back when he came to find the source of a leak in my garage door. It took multiple visits to find the root cause, but he charged me for only one trip. He was very ethical.Fast forward to a few days back, my water heater sprung a leak. It was a Sunday and never having dealt with an issue like that before, I called a couple of plumbers including Nima and Nima responded while he was out of town, asked me to text him some pictures and helped me settle thinga down for the day. He stopped by the next day to look at everything and patiently answered questions about options. I went the tankless route and he did a fantastic job of juggling his commitments and worked some odd hours to get us hit water in a couple of days. Despite his crazy schedule, he was thorough. Took his time to do the work correctly and also advised me adequately to consider additional safe guards like smart water cut off valve. I did my additional research and installed a Moen shut off valve, which I really like. Overall, he did an excellent job and charged me reasonably for the product and work. Because I was a bit flexible with his schedule, he installed a free wifi monitor for my tankless heater.His communication was spot on. Automated messages reminding me about appointments including 30 minute arrival warnings. In addition to doing a good installation, he explained every single bit of work he did at my place. I very appreciated building that knowledge.Overall, I would recommend him strongly for any plumbing work.

We purchased a house with a massive deck, 2 sinks outdoor shower etc., the work that was done by the previous owner was amazing all pex plumbing, draining systems etc., Wanted to turn off the water outside and couldnt find the cut off. I called Azer first (closest to my house) and spoke with Cindy who was extremely professional and went out of her way to help, had a leak in my outdoor shower head and needed help. Their team was on other jobs and couldnt make it that day, so she called the owner Nima, to see if he could come out that day, I sent a few pictures of the deck, and within 10 minutes got a call from Nima, he was actually the guy that designed and installed the entire system around 3 years ago, and remembered exactly where the cut off was walked me through it down to the inch where the cut off was located. He came out the next day to do a walk-through of the entire system, serviced our tankless water heater, and gave me a thorough education on the entire system, maintenance, winterizing, etc. Very professional booties on when coming in the house, very clean, would recommend to anyone in the area that needs a no nonsense fair priced professional for all plumbing needs, I was a GC in a previous life, and finding contractors that I would recommend these days is nearly impossible, but Nima and the team at Azer Plumbing get an A+ no doubt.

I needed to have a hot water installed as ours had failed and flooded part of the basement. From first call to last thank you - I couldnt asked for a higher level of professional and personal function, care and concern. The technician, Mr. Green, that came out assessed the situation, took photos and movies, conferred with corporate, and gave me a quote could not have been better. He gave us options with pros and cons and didnt try to push any one system at us. The minute we decided and called back, he told us he would be right back and get started. He obviously knew what to do and how to do it. Appropriate drop cloths, and protection were immediately put in place. as far as cleanup, he left my space better than when he started. Each step of what had to be done was completely explained to me. When it got to a stage where he needed more physical help and no one was immediately available, the owner shows up with an appropriate vehicle and dressed ready to work. He said that next to direct support and communication with the customer, he needed to give his staff any support necessary to make the process as positive for the customer as possible. I knew that when we started that we were going to need some of financial support and this process too was completely seamless. Zero interest with an acceptable structure was done the same day. There is no doubt in my mind that when i need service again, I will call Azerplumb first.

Nima is a great guy - he treated me like a friend/family and came out same day to fix it at a reasonable price.Unfortunately the fix was temporary due to a broken internal part, but he helped me follow up with Rheem to get warranty parts several times, even calling them himself and sitting on hold for an hour. He came back and fixed it for free when they did send the part later, and then followed up that night via text to check and see how it is going with hot water.All in all Nima and Azerplumb are a company I completely trust now. Thank you Nima!!!

Nima knows plumbing and is very professional, customer-oriented, hard working and conscientious (honest, does the right thing and thorough).We had a non-working toilet and duct-taped laundry valves that needed attention. Luckily our water-heater started leaking. Nima came and gave us a good quote for everything. He was also very patient as we took time to decide. We are so happy with the decision to go with Nima. Not only did he fix everything on the list, we learned so much from him. One important thing we learned was that our water pressure was too high inside the house, the pressure regulator was no longer working. We asked Nima to change that out and he did a great job and gave us a deal too. He and his helper also took care to lay down plastic on the carpet before carrying out the leaky water heater. Thank you, Nima, for doing such an excellent job. We will be contacting you when we know what we want to do in our masterbath.

As a single woman, working with contractors is not my favorite task but Azerplumb Llc was not only professional and knowledgeable, Nima was courteous, on time and worked at addressing all of my plumbing concerns. I have had 2 other larger well known plumbing companies come in with estimates for repairs and replacing of toilets and the estimates were $75 to $200 higher and included things that were not necessary like snaking. He even worked with my home warranty service to get an additional needed repair covered. That is great customer service. I will definitely use him again for any future repairs, replacements or plumbing needs.

Nima is the guy you should call when everyone else doesnt know how to fix the problem. Better yet, call him first! He is very knowledgeable about plumbing. And he is patient and willing to share that knowledge. I had another plumber install a very expensive tankless water heater with an internal recirculating pump. Honestly, this technology is great but very complex. The other plumber could not get it two work correctly and left me with no solutions. Nima correctly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Now Im happy with my system. I would recommend Azerplumb without reservations. He really helped me out!
