I had to call Alex late one evening due to finding a water leak with my water heater. He answered right away and was very calming and explained what it may be. He and his assistant came out first thing the next morning and went to work! They did a fabulous job and kept me informed the whole way, since I had to be at work. They explained everything the found and how they would fix things to my elderly mom who was there. She loved their work ethic and how no nonsense they were about their work. I will definitely use them again and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work!!!

We had a main sewage backup which caused 3 toilets to overflow. I had 4 plumbers come diagnose the issue and I ultimately went with Alex and RX plumbing and I’m so glad that I went with my instinct. Right off the start, Alex was very responsive and informative on the initial phone call. Then when he was diagnosing the issue with a camera, he was very thorough and honest and mentioned an issue that the other 3 plumbers did not. And he was indeed correct when it came time for the repair. He went over and beyond with meticulous, honest and professional insight and instilled a trust that is hard to come by with most contractors/services. Our toilets were backed up and plunging them wasnt helping. We needed a plumber, and thank goodness we found Alex and RX Plumbing. We reached out late one night. Alex answered and was at our house the next morning. He and his team quickly diagnosed our issue (our sewer pipe going out to the street was broken due to a tree root) and presented us with options. He could clear the pipes and keep us working, but that would require a lot of upkeep. Or we could fix the problem and replace the broken section of the pipe. Because Alexs work, communication, pricing and transparency were great, we decided to fix the problem and replace the broken pipe section. Alex and his team scheduled our job quickly. On the day of service, Alex and his team were on time and worked quickly to fix our pipe. They did a great job and were even able to save our front yard tree that was pretty close to the broken pipe. Thank you, Alex and team - yall have a customer for life and well tell our friends!

I had Alex and his team out to repair a broken water main line. They came early the next day after I called and quickly assessed the job and quoted a reasonable repair cost. They jumped right in and got the work finished very quickly. The repair was nicely done and they cleaned up after finishing. I’m one of those people who prefers personal recommendations from friends any check reviews online before signing on a contractor. Given that Rx Plumbing had fewer reviews and showed only 3 yrs in business, I initially passed them up for larger, more established plumbers. But the local established company wanted to charge $57 just to show up, and a national brand co. refused to say whether I should be looking at a repair cost of $300 or $3,000 given what I described about my slow draining kitchen sink. Now I understand they don’t want to be held to an estimated amount, but come on, you can at least give me a reasonable range.Dissatisfied with those responses, I called Rx Plumbing. From my very first contact, I knew I was dealing with a professional company. Alex answered my question without hesitation, gave me an estimate over the phone (which I understand can change if the repair involves more than original assumption), and scheduled a same day visit within a 2-hour window.Marin the technician arrived on time, was knowledgeable, courteous and conscientious about his work. He put disposable booties on, laid down plastic in work area, and most importantly, tested and when the initial fix didn’t fully resolve the issue, tried again which fully resolved the issue the second time. My husband was impressed by his thoroughness at looking at and fixing whatever caused the problem.I highly recommend Rx Plumbing and will use them again without hesitation. Contractors like them, who do professional, honest work at a good value are a rare thing and I value that!

This man Alex is a true master plumber. I bought a house that had a mystery problem with the plumbing. The previous owner never disclosed the problem and as time went by we began to have a clogged toilet drain that backed up into the shower. Experts told us it was the septic tank. Another plumber said it was a venting issue. After a new septic tank and yard plus hundreds of dollars to clear the roof vents. It clogged again.This time we called Alex and he found the problem fairly quick using his camera inside the pipe.It was a crescent shaped piece of pvc pipe that was a scrap from being cut. It must have fallen into the toilet drain hole when they built the addition. It was wedged 10 feet away and each sharp end was catching toilet paper and clogging it up. Alex came back a few days later with some different equipment and was able to “grab” it and push it all 40 feet into the septic tank. On video. Pretty impressive. Finally I found someone who knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it. Highly recommend this company.

I called these guys at about 2pm on a Wednesday because my water heater was leaking everywhere in my garage and we needed a new one. We discussed price over the phone and there was zero hassle. Last week our furnace stopped working in the 13 degree weather, a drain pipe from our top floor developed a sudden leak, and our septic tank backed up into our basement.We were frazzled to say the least. Alex and his team were calm, focused, and determined to find our drain leak issue and fix it. Alex’s experience and high degree of skill led to him finding the source of the issue quickly. The leak was resolved soon after that.RX plumbing was quick and effective as well as very knowledgeable. This is the second time that weve called Alex with RX Plumbing for our plumbing needs. The first time, he installed a hot water heater and fixed a couple of toilets and faucets throughout the house. The service was wonderful and we were very grateful for the maintenance of our system. This second time was way more extensive and we are VERY VERY grateful for his expertise and service.Alex showed up around 8:30am after receiving a frantic call from me about a toilet leak and small flood that seeped into our garage. After his investigation, he found that our entire sewer pipe to the house was backed up due to extensive root infiltration in the pipe which was 12-15 feet underground. For hours, he tried to remove the roots and clear the pipe. He even called in back-up to assist with hydro-washing the pipe, chain cutting the roots, and eventually patching the area where the roots snuck in (with brand new technology that required a lot of specific precision and timing).Alex and his team were at our house until 9:30pm making sure that the work was perfect and that there were no problem areas. He also saved us major money with finding a solution that avoided any digging into our yard to get to the pipes.I cannot recommend Alex and RX Plumbing enough! We will be lifetime customers of this company! Thank you Alex!!!

Last Sunday we discovered a leak in the supply line to our home, which was underneath our driveway. I found Rx Plumbing online and called them. Alex is a licensed Master Plumber and they are registered with GA Secretary of State with great reviews.I contacted Alex and he immediately answered and requested photos of work I needed and immediately provided a fair estimate based on other estimates I received. He arrived on time of the day we scheduled, did the work quick, cleaned up and provided some excellent recommendations (leak sensors, etc.).
