    I had a plumbing emergency on New Years Day. I called Bill, and Jason showed up within an hour and quickly resolved the problem. He was very professional and courteous, and the price was very reasonable (especially for a holiday!) I will definitely call them again.

    Jason is very conscientious, professional, knowledgeable, great to work with and works with excellence. He moved some plumbing (water lines and drains) during a full bathroom renovation. He replaced all of our faucets (tub and sink), shower head and toilets. He communicated well with the other subcontractors on our project.We are very pleased with his work and would definitely recommend him. We plan to use him in the near future for a second bathroom renovation.

    Bill did an inspection for me of a resale property I am considering. He did a very thorough job and walked me through and showed me his findings - both good and bad.     Originally, I hired Bill with Atlanta Faucet Pro to replace 3 faucets in our home. He did such a great job that I hired him again to replace our hot water heater. Getting an appointment was very easy. His prices are very reasonable. He is very honest and does not try to upsell or sell you things you do not need. He is very competent and responds quickly when needed. I was very impressed with his work ethic and ability to do a great job in a short amount of time. He also guarantees his work. I will definitely refer him to all my friends for any plumbing needs as well as ourselves should another need arise. I generally do not write a lot of reviews; however, since I had such a great experience, I would like to share my experience with anyone else looking for a plumber.

    This company is a keeper. I’ve used them twice — first to install a new kitchen faucet and disposal and most recently to repair a shower leak. Both times they were responsive and on time. Bill goes above and beyond to do whatever is needed. He’s also knowledgeable and does top notch work. When installing the new faucet and disposal he even rearranged the pipes etc to make more room for under the sink storage. A quality company and quality guy.

    Dependable and knowledgeable! Another master plumber installed some pipe incorrectly even asked him to come back multiple times to fix. He refused to admit his assistant messed up and said it was my problem. Bill came in and it was fixed within hours. I only wish we had him here initially.
