    Highly recommend Hometown plumbing and septic. I called several plumbers on a Saturday morning to help with an urgent problem. Most that I spoke to, kindly told me they had no time to help me. Tim at Hometown, took the time to talk to me about the issue, do some troubleshooting and then sent the proper team to help me. They texted me with a time, called before arriving and were on time. They were so nice, knowledgeable and worked most of the day to resolve my issue. Iā€™m very happy with the service that we received from Hometown and I highly recommend them to anyone!

    Iā€™m so appreciative for the excellent service that I got today! Our septic system was overflowing into a basement floor drain and I was freaking out! I called Tim Adams and he sent a crew immediately. They were so friendly and efficient and they figured out the issue right away. A few hours later, we are back in business and they made some additional recommendations for things to consider in the future based on what they discovered today but with no high pressure sales techniques or scare tactics. Donā€™t hesitate to give them a call!

    A couple months ago Tim Adams came and installed a hot water heater. We found ourselves in a situation where we had no hot water, and some water on the garage floor. I didnā€™t have a lot of time, but I did get a quote and read reviews to get a baseline understanding. I called Tim Adams at Hometown Plumbing and Septic because he had great reviews and was recommended. Tim Adams answered my call and gave me a quote which was higher, but so was his rating and reviews, and he was also able to give a quick arrival time, so I hired him. He did not disappoint. He promptly picked up the new hot water heater, arrived, and installed it very fast. He communicated in route. It has been a couple of months since install, and we have not have not had any problems. Great Master Plumber.

    Plumbing and septic emergencies are never fun to deal with. I couldnā€™t rate the team at Hometown any higher! They quite literally saved my day.Little to my knowledge, the outlet baffle tee had deteriorated years ago and had been clogging my drain fields up with feces! No one else ever took the time to dig my tank up properlyā€¦. They were pumping the tank from an improper location! My tank was overfilling and it was causing issues in the house for years. My gut told me the previous company didnā€™t quite know their stuff, so I called Hometown. And boy am I glad I did!I called, and they came in a hurry. They were able to clean my tank same day, as well as replace a deteriorated concrete pipe and outlet baffle, and even cleaned my drain fields to avoid a costly drain field replacement at this moment!Their positive attitudes, obvious knowledge in their field, and fair pricing are more than greatly appreciated! I wouldnā€™t hesitate recommending them. I found a forever company if any future issues were to ever arise. Thank you! 5 ā­ļø

    Great communication and fast response on site. Tim was very knowledgeable and easy to work with our problem. We had a sewer clogged pipe and he was able to quickly get it fixed.

    As fate would have it, all of the sinks and tubs in my upstairs bathrooms either stopped working or had water running that wouldnt turn off....all at the same time!     I highly recommend Tim Adams. Tim is a master plumber and provides exceptional customer service! While he was at our home working on another problem, I mentioned to him when we turn on our cold water it has been warm, almost hot. He immediately checked our water heater and found our expansion tank was full of water and needed to be replaced. He also checked the water pressure and found the pressure regulator needed to be replaced. He was able to replace both items within an hour and charged a very reasonable price. Tim saved us from a potential water problem and I can never thank him enough! Tim is extremely knowledgeable and I will definitely contact him for any future issues.

    Hometown plumbing and septic saved the day! Usually companies make you wait days for someone to come out so I assumed upon calling this would be the case. I explained my backyard was pooling water and Tim said not to worry they would be there the following morning first thing. Eight am came and like promised Cody and Tim arrived faster than I could make my morning coffee. They said my leach lines were old and collapsed. I had no idea what they were talking about but was happy they could replace it! Not only did they fix everything professionally and promptly but Cody explained everything from start to finish which made my experience all the more grateful as I knew what they were doing.     Super helpful and fair prices! Tim was great and very honest. Thought we had a particular plumbing issue that he helped determine was actually an unrelated problem. When our water heater went out we called him first. He found out our unit was still in warrenty which saved big $ and inside 24 hours later we had new unit and hot water.

    Gabe has come through for me twice now, and both times he was punctual, polite and professional. Once because I dropped the top of the toilet onto the bowl [yeah I know] which I highly recommend not duplicating. Gabe was gracious not to mock me, which I appreciated and replaced it the next day.     Gabe was able to come out the same day that I called about a water leak. He came out and was able to find it within 5 min. Turns out my main line had broken outside. No charge to diagnose the issue and he was even able to come back first thing the next morning.He walked me through everything that he was going to do in full detail and fully explained to my satisfaction. He had to take a shrub out to get to the spot needed and took it out as carefully as he could so we could put it back when the time came.All in all, he got the main water line fixed and water back on for our family right away and was a real pleasure all around.     I gave this a five star rating because my experience with Hometown Plumbing was excellent. Iā€™ve never had to have a plumber come into my home and I was leery because I donā€™t know who to trust.     Called Hometown mid-morning for a concern with the water pressure in my home. Gabe was out a couple of hours later and tested my water pressure and I was at 110psi, (normal range is ~50-75psi). At 110psi I was likely headed to a toilet, faucet or laundry supply line bursting which would be a whole other issue. Gabe replaced the pressure valve same day and back to 60psi we are. Will definitely call for any other issues we may have. Thanks Gabe.
