We needed to replace our old furnace. Tim Eagleson from RT Olson Plumbing cameand did a through inspection. He took the time to give us (especially for me who has no knowledge about it) very sound advice as to what we needed. He also checked our attic to see if we have any asbestos exposure. It was pretty evident that he is passionate about his work and cares about what his customers truly need. He is personable and trustworthy and we will definitely use him for future jobs.

Alfonso A. from RT OLSON PLUMBING was my technician and he was great! He was professional and knowledgeable. Alfonso was polite and considerate of my property, being very careful with some of the older water valves. He did a perfect job in a timely manner. Adam Reynado was our service provider. We had some kind of leak in our kitchen. The leak was coming from our upstairs bathroom. Adam sent a text and called before he came letting me know that he was on the way. He was very polite and personable. He put on shoe covers before coming inside. He checked the kitchen ceiling staining and I told him that there hadnt been any new leaks. I also told him that a water restoration company had come by yesterday and had measured that there was moisture in the ceiling. Then Adam asked if he could check the upstairs bathroom. I told him that right before the leak downstairs that the bathtub had been used. Adam checked the bottom of the bathtub, asked how much the tub had been filled with water and he checked the overflow drain and noticed that it was loose. He did a thorough investigation/ examination/ observation and he deduced that the problem came from the loose overflow drain. He also said that there was no charge. I highly recommend Adam and this plumbing and hvac company. He was honest, hardworking, thorough, personable and had great communication. We are always needing plumbing services and I am thankful to have found out about this company. Please check them out.

Just had Alfonso come out and fix our toilet. The entire experience was awesome from the phone call to the company to working with Alfonso! Everyone is extremely nice. I love that I got a text so I knew who would be showing up at my house. Alfonso was so nice and answered all my questions. He checked out the issue, wrote up the quotes and fixed everything quickly. He gave me options for a second issue and I will be requesting him when I call back once I have the needed parts. I will continue working with RT Olson Plumbing for any issues that arise. Very satisfied with the customer service and our technician! I spoke to Heather and she was extremely helpful with getting a tech out to repair our air conditioner asap. I was so grateful how quickly our tech Tim showed up and how helpful and knowledgeable he was. They dont just do plumbing - they also fix heating/cooling issues!Tim and his team of HVAC technicians were awesome to work with! I actually had such a great experience with them that I called them back a second time for another issue. Both times, Tim responded immediately to my texts and setting up an appointment with the office was seamless. For my urgent issue they were able to fit in a same day visit and with a less-urgent issue they scheduled me first thing the next day. They are very professional with text and email updates about when a technician was on his way as well as the name and picture of the technician. They were reliable - showed up when they said they would and figured out the solution. While HVAC repair can be pricey, I felt their prices were fair and they didnt try to push extra costs unnecessarily. They also gave realistic advice about the longevity of our HVAC system and left it up to us to decide what repairs to do.I highly recommend RT Olson for HVAC issues!

My entire system needed replacing, and a friend recommended Tim Eagleson and his team at RT Olsen. I received an extremely low quote compared with other companies and decided to give them the job. They showed up on time, installed everything, and hauled away the old equipment in less than 6 hours. Tim showed me how to change the filter on the heat pump, which kind of filter to buy and how often to switch them out, and how to operate the new smart thermostat with my phone. The team was courteous and professional from start to finish, and Tim went above and beyond to ensure that the job was done right and everything was working as it should before he left. Im very pleased with their work and recommend them highly!

I used RT Olson for my moms house in Lake Elsinore. We live in a 2 story home and have 2 systems Tim Eagleson was assigned to the appointment. He quickly found the issue outside at the condenser. Both systems were 22 years old. He gave us options to repair it but advised us to replace it since there was multiple issues with the system being low on R22 refrigerant so we replaced both systems and we are very impressed and happy with the service RT Olson provided. Tim came back to fix a few things and was very responsive with texting and calls. Thank you!

Called RT Olson Plumbing because we had work done in or bathroom and laundry room. We wanted our washer/dryer re-hooked up and our toilet re-installed. The plumber who quoted us before quoted such an outrageous price of $3k. David came in and quoted us and he could have quoted me for all the things I listed above but his honesty and integrity would not let him. He showed me that my washer was stilled hooked up and I told him I called the gas company for the dryer. So he replaced the angle stop and supply and re-installed my toilet for a great price. They will get the business for the other things I need to have done. I definitely recommend them for any plumbing job you need. Thank you David and thank you RT Olson.

We hired RT Olson plumbing for a leak we found in one of our bedrooms. David G. came out the same day to diagnose the problem. He returned the following day with Junior and found we had a slab leak. Since the minute they walked in the door they were very professional and polite. David informed us of our options for repairing the issue without any pressure or trying to sell us on one particular option. Since both our bathrooms were out of commission he offered to prioritize our home early the next day to do a temporary re route so we’d have at least one of our bathrooms working. He and Junior came out early the following day and completed the job efficiently and with cleanliness. David has done an amazing job working with me on what was needed in the home and Junior never failed to ask permission or be polite the entire time. Kyle was fantastic. He identified the problem and explained everything to us in terms. Our options and he recommended the less expensive option, because it makes the most sense and is less intrusive. Note: Kyle spoke to us and not at us. He then recommended Dry County Restoration to repair all of the damage from the broken pipe. Steve is amazing! He had fans out here for the flooding 20 minutes after we signed the contract. Again, he spoke to us and not at us. Showed us where all the flooding was and why things needed to be replaced. He used some sort of electric tool thingy.Both companies are amazing. Local, family and veteran owned. You cant beat that.

RT Olson, Bob and his staff are awesome! We called for leak detection in our downstairs area. Bob came out within a few hours, detected the cold water slab leak and capped it off. He was thorough, informative and accurate. Bob answered all questions and help assist with reporting to our insurance company. He put our minds at easy from the moment he walked in the door. His team was out the next day to finish the repairs. We decided to do a repipe to avoid worrying about any future slab leaks. His employees took care of the repipe, Rudy was great, total respect for property and did a great job. I was concerned about drywall but his drywall guy was awesome as well. Bob partners with a restoration company as well. It’s one stop shopping. If you are looking for the best then look no further. Read the other reviews they all pretty much say the same. My wife and I are extremely happy with the service we received from RT Olson Plumbing. We had two leaks that happened at the same time--one in our yard and a slab leak in our family room. Talk about bad luck lol! RT Olson responded quickly to our call and dispatched a technician the same day. After assessing the problems, they went over-and-above in working directly with our insurance to ensure that we received the maximum coverage allotted. This review is long overdue. Back in early 2020 we experienced a slab leak between our adjoining bathrooms. I had to turn the hot water off and on as we took showers to not flood the house more. I had called many plumbers that promised to show up but didnt. Upon a Google search I found RT Olson Plumbing. I was hesitant to reach out because I thought it would be another waste of time. Boy was I wrong. I used the contact through the website feature and Bob, the owner, immediately called me. He came out that night, found the leak, and capped it so I wouldnt be in risk of damaging my home more. He gave me a quote to repipe that one line and a quote to replace all of the piping with PEX. I opted to replace everything to not have to deal with this problem again. Bob worked with out insurance company to get paid as our leak was caused by a different plumber installing a hot water heater and not opening any lines before turning the water back on. When it was time to repipe, Bob came back to the house to see where it would be best to run all the pipes. After that Rudy and Adam came to do the repairs. They were very efficient and kept the area clean. Having someone cutting holes all over to repipe was stressful enough and they made it a lot easier. While they were here I had them change out the plumbing in both bathrooms so I could put a two sink vanity in instead of a one sink. The job from start from finish was one of the easiest projects I have had to do and right after the Holy Fire which also caused damage to my home.Fast forward, to now and my hose connection was leaking where the PVC was connected to the brass. Bob had David come out and fix that pipe for me and it is better than it originally was. David was on time and very professional.I cannot say enough good things about RT Olson Plumbing. It is refreshing to have a company you can count on during stressful situations that shows up on time and gets the job done right the first time.Thank you RT Olson for caring about your customers and having amazing guys working for you. I will definitely call in the future if the need be. Thank you. :)

They sent someone out to assess and take care of the problem and he did not leave our home until almost 7:00 p.m. when it was complete. This is my second review I ever make in my life and I had to make an exception this time around because the service RT Olson Plumbing provides is exceptionally awesome! I had discovered my floor warping in my family room area. I contacted a flooring company and when they showed up they told me that the warping was water damage from a leak somewhere and that I should contact my insurance company which I did. My insurance sent a plumbing company and they could not find the leak. I was a bit frustrated and decided to call somebody on my own and in my search I found RT Olson Plumbing. Bob sent his team right away and within an hour they found the leak and repaired it that same day. The next day I had the team from Dry County starting the process of drying and replacing the damaged floor in the family room. I was so impressed with RT Olson’s work that I decided to change all the toilets in the house, change a few faucets and leaky shower heads. RT Olson’s team finished all this in a timely manner, they were all very courteous, knowledgeable, and they left everything very clean! I give RT Olson a thousand stars. I give them the highest recommendations.

I highly recommend RT Olson Plumbing. The first time I used RT Olson Plumbing was for a major bathroom remodel in 2016. He did a great job and his price was very fair. Two years later and everything is working great. Last week I found out I needed some plumbing issues fixed for a house Im selling. I immediately thought of Bob. We recently purchased a 3 acre property and had been experiencing major water usage due to leaks that we had not been successful in resolving. We also had been red tagged on several appliances for gas leaks that had not been resolved. We contacted Olson and their response was immediate. They were very efficient in finding and repairing the water leaks and also identified and corrected problems with valves that were incorrectly installed. Additionally, they were successful in finding and repairing the gas leaks and our appliances are now operable. Olson’s staff was very professional and timely. They kept us informed and made sure that we understood the issues. Their workmanship is superb, we have not had any recurring problems. We are totally pleased with their service and highly recommend them.

I had a water leak but I didn’t know where it was coming from, called a different plumber before calling Bob. I saw a big difference between Bob and the other plumber. Bob was able to come in on time, explain to me the issue and roughly how much it would cost in 2 cases and also explained to me the insurance process and what to do when it came to talking to you them. He came in the next day detecting where exactly the issue was, and told me straight up how much it would cost if he gets started on it. The price was reasonable and I am very satisfied with the process. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. I highly recommend them to everyone!!!!

Great experience! After going round and around with a few other companies trying to get someone out for just an estimate, I finally called these guys around 1pm, by 1:30 they showed up to give an estimate to fix our water heater, then they left briefly to get another ladder but returned quickly and had it all fixed it by 2:30! It was affordable, quick, easy and the 2 guys who came out were super helpful, professional, and informative, they explained everything that needed to be done and how they were gonna do it and overall the whole experience was super great.

I first discovered RT Olson Plumbing in the HomeAdvisor app. I thought Bob’s prices were fair and I was pleased with the good workmanship done by Chris. The second time I needed plumbing work, I woke up to a leaky faucet in my backyard that had leaked water all over my patio through the night. I was going out of town in a day and was stressing about getting the leak repaired before I left. Bob was able to come out THAT very day and repair the leak. He did a great job, worked very quickly and charged a fair price. He also gave me advice about other repairs I should have done sooner rather than later before it becomes a huge issue. It was my first time meeting Bob, but he seemed like a genuine and honest person. RT Olson also do kitchen and bathroom renovations (both of which are projects I have planned for the future) and when the time comes, they are the company I plan on calling.

Bob and I had a rocky start. I could not understand why it would take him 12 hours to reply a text or days to return a phone call. It turned out he was quite busy relocating the business and I am really happy for him. I am also relieved I did not give up on him and waited patiently for his reply.Bob is very responsible and takes his business seriously. He honored an agreement that I had with a salesman that is no longer working for him even though he was not well informed about it. He took full responsibility and his gesture just shows how much he values his customers.Needless to say, the technician he sent was very cordial and punctual and he did a very throughout job.

Two words no one wants to hear - slab leak. Had a slab leak, carpet saturated, dry wall wet, space behind fireplace wet and the plumber sent out by home warranty company COMPLETELY INEPT. Had used RT Olson in the past and called Bob when it was clear we were going to have to get our homeowners insurance involved. Bob sent someone out immediately gave us a quote that was within industry norms and the insurance company approved it. Three hours after beginning.... water restored to the house after 5 days without water, plumbing rerouted and pressure guage so that hopefully same problem would not occur again. So here is what YOU need to know. If you have a leak - dont wonder, think or consider about it - Call RT Olson because because they will fix it right the first time. Best plumbers around!! Bob and his crew were great. They replaced the water main which runs from the house to the street. They used schedule 80 1 plastic pipe. Initially I was skeptical but he assured me that this is what they are using more and more. We checked around and he was right. They showed up bright and early and finished by 5pm. The best part is now my sprinkler system is on steroids. Price was super competitive and I would call on him and his crew in a heart beat. Job well done!!!

If you need a plumber, this is the company to call. Paul, the owner, came and gave us an estimate and we scheduled to get the work done a couple days later. They came in to complete some drain and pipe work in the sink we had in the garage and some work in the house. They are extremely professional and complete the work extremely well; Paul really knows his stuff. There was even a problem where they absorbed the cost of a fix in the restroom. Regardless of their absorption of the cost of the work, we definitely would have given them the maximum rating possible. There is a reason he is rated so high on Yelp and in Google. We recently had a slab leak that ruined our flooring and lower kitchen cabinets. Bob Olson from RT Olson Plumbing quickly identified the source of the problem. Because we had a couple other slab leaks in the past, Bob recommended a whole-house re-pipe. Bob worked with Stephen Gimenez at Dry County Restoration and together, their crews took care of all of the problems caused by the water damage. Bob told us that our insurance should cover new flooring and kitchen cabinets, but our insurance company repeatedly tried to deny our claim. Bob and Stephen advocated MANY TIMES on our behalf with our insurance adjuster, and if it hadn’t been for their knowledge about valid claims, our insurance company would have paid us ZERO. Instead, thanks to Bob and Stephen, our insurance company finally agreed to replace the flooring and the kitchen cabinets. In our case, this was over a $25,000 difference. Dry County Restoration completed the work, and the house looks beautiful! We are so thankful to RT Olson Plumbing and Dry County Restoration. Thank you all so much!Sharon Bishop
