The A/C unit gave out in my moms house last week and after several consultations with different companies, Henleys provided the most efficient option to replacing my moms old A/C unit with a new more energy efficient model with a heat pump to avoid using Gas. The guys came out on time to do the work and the unit was fully installed and running in about four hours. The technician were clean and explained all the work that was done. Great team.

The problem with our tub it was leaking from the Fossett. It would not turn off and it was like that for a couple months. And as soon as I called Henley’s plumbing and air, the job was done fast. The plumbers were here on time and they did a phenomenal job. The price was great. They did everything efficiently and professionally. I would recommend them 100% of the time absolutely great job.

My water heater was leaking. Water filled the pan and dripped onto the floor slowly non-stopping. I called BHI and they scheduled a free inspection the next day. Their tech arrived on time. After inspection, he called me to explain the problem and the replacement option. They installed a Bradford White 50 gallons gas water heater the same day. Everything went very smoothly.BHI have the best price and service. Their appliances come with warranty. I used them before to install my AC. I highly recommend everyone to call them. It will save you time and money.

Requested work was for low water pressure throughout my parents home. Ricardo assessed the problem to the water main PRV, and did not waste time for the removal and replacement of the PRV including the main shut-off valve, and a hose bibb. They were extremely informative and didnt push me to purchase the latest and greatest, unlike the other plumbing company that I got a quote from the day before...they answered all my questions and were very polite and made me feel comfortable in spending a couple grand. I highly recommend Henleys and if you could request for David and RJ, do so...you wont regret it!

Weve had an emergency plumbing issue for about a week now and made the mistake of calling the first plumber in Corona that showed up on Google. (I wont name them, but how they received any positive reviews is beyond me.) Yesterday, we searched Google again and found Henleys Plumbing & Air. Talk about night and day. These guys were awesome! First of all, the young lady (Elizabeth) who answered the phone was extremely pleasant. She was patient as I explained our situation, she listened to me vent, and she was most compassionate and understanding. She advised us that she could send out a repairman (Cristian) to assess our damage. (We live in a mobile home and there is a major leak under the crawl space.) Cristian was initially scheduled to come out later in the day, which was fine. Instead, Elizabeth (God love her) called to say he could come out right then and there. We were thrilled. Cristian was awesome. Friendly, personable, and highly knowledgeable. (Just an overall great guy.) He suggested it might be in our best interest if he had another repairman (Chris) also come out to take a look at the flood under our home. Chris was out in no time whatsoever, and he, too, was just one of the nicest guys you could ever hope to meet. Chris was forthright re: the cost of the repairs necessary, and he did not try to sugarcoat the situation. He was very informative, definitely knew what he was talking about, and just laid it on the line. (We appreciated that.) The estimate(s)--which were more than reasonable--were just more than we could afford at the time, and Chris went the extra mile to apply any/all discounts he could. (A senior discount, a AAA discount, etc. This man was more than professional--he was genuienly kind.) Were still in the process of working with Henleys, but I had to leave a Yelp & Google review to tell everyone within the sound of my voice, Henleys is the absolute best plumbing & air business you will find in all of Corona! I would (and will) recommend them to all family, friends, and social network contacts I know. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! Thank you Elizabeth, Cristian, and Chris--and God bless you. P.S. At one point, Chris was on the phone with a gentleman named Gary. He was on speaker and could hear everything that was going on. I promised I would mention Gary in my reviews because he, too, was very nice. Thank you, Gary!

They were great at diagnosing a leak that was coming from overflow in bathtub. The gasket was not sealed correctly during bathroom remodel from another company. The price was good and they didnt try to charge more after realizing they had to go through wall to replace instead of tub. They were efficient with the work and precise with cutting the wall (which the other company will repair since they do not do patchwork). They even showed me the original gasket and how it was incorrectly set and caulked. They are also very responsive and professional to work with.

They installed our AC and furnace from scratch, which was great, but I think the biggest testament to their quality is in the service contract. We have a twice-a-year service contract with them where they come out to the house, check the units, replace the filters, etc. I pay it once a year, but I forget about it. At least I would if they would let me, but they wont because THEY call ME to set up a service appt. They could easily take the money and say, Well, wed come out whenever you call but you never call so were not going to chase you down. But they literally chase me down to make sure Im getting exactly what I paid for. Thats solid customer service.

My tenant contacted me yesterday saying the water heater was leaking. We contacted a company that changed our service to 4 hours later and due to the nature that wasnt acceptable. I turned to Yelp and looked for a company who was able to come first thing in the morning.The manager Stuart promptly sent a message saying they can have someone sent. I get a text message from them scheduling the appointment and who to expect.Matt was our repair guy and he was fantastic. Not only did he call me to let me know he was on the way to my rental but arrived early.He assessed the repairs and gave us options. They have a great invoice system and text. His customer service skills and professionalism was welcomed and he got the job done timely.I know who to use for my future repairs Thank you!

Leo the plumber was able to diagnose the problem quickly and was knowledgeable about our plumbing repair options. Since then we have used them to replace our water heater, install new shower faucets, repair an outside pipe and maintenance with our A/C and heating unit. Edgar and Daniel were our technicians this morning and we now have the A/C up and running again. They did an excellent job. Edgar always answers my questions and explains everything to me. He is a very knowledgeable and polite young man. Nothing but extremely good service. The plumbers were clean and neat. 20 and 17 years experience. They were very clear in explaining their plan of action and provided an estimate. Got right to work, cleaned out the clog on the main line from my house to the city sewer line. The then sent a camera down the line to show how clean it was and gave me confidence in their effectiveness. Originally the dispatcher said it would take until the next day to come out. I explained my situation with more detail -not just a clogged fixture: open sewage on the ground- and the dispatcher was great and was able to get a service truck out in 90 minutes. I will recommend them to anybody I know with a plumbing problem.

It was worth the wait BHI and Leo the technician took care of my problems in minutes and serviced the AC system. I woke up to a nightmare on Friday night when the AC system was leaking water thru my ceiling onto the floor of my house. Leo unclogged the pipe adjusted the drain and cleaned out the unit outside now I can safely use my AC system again and its working much more efficiently. Best part it only cost 80$ which isnt too bad really.

The drain in the tub was not draining properly. I had called another plumber and they said a pipe was broken. I was given 2 different quotes (in the thousands of course) to “fix” the broken pipe. I didn’t feel to sure about the diagnosis so I called Henley’s Plumbing for a second opinion. I felt more confident with the diagnosis Henley’s provided. There was no broken pipe, it was just hair stuck in the drain. I’ll definitely recommend and use Henley’s in the future.

Our water heater started leaking substantially on a Sunday night and we called BHI to ask for emergency service. They were very friendly, prompt, and professional, even with the after hours call. Matthew arrived within 30 minutes of our call to assess the damage and by 3pm the next day we had a new unit installed and our 25 year old main water valve and pressure regulator was fixed as well. He even went the extra mile and fixed up the water heater stand that had been damaged. Were very happy with the work and will definitely use their services again!

He was able to unclog our bathroom drains. He also fixed a leaky faucet we had in our womens bathroom. When he finished he cleaned up his work area. Billy was very professional the entire time. Initially, they were quite responsive and diligent about addressing a costly water main leak. However, per my tenants, the crew left the sod uncovered and in sloppy condition after replacing the pipe from the meter to the property. After replacing the main, the tenants complained about low water pressure. I was quoted $750.00 to replace the bathroom and Kitchen faucets, as the repaired pipe probably caused debris to clog system. I replaced the old faucets myself for $125.00...the low pressure was due to the newly installed pressure regulator that I simply adjusted to the tenants liking.
