Edgar was such a nice friendly guy as well as the guy with him!Very sufficient, knowledgeable and explains everything to you thoroughly. The pricing is very reasonable! Very happy to have found an experienced, trustworthy, and friendly local plumber. We had a leak near our kitchen sink and Edgar was able to diagnose the problem quickly. He fixed the issue for us by replacing our drainage pipes for a reasonable price, as well as gave. He has also hydro-jetted and scoped our drains to keep them running smoothly. The experience is always fast and smooth, plus he explains things up front so you know whats going on and what your options are. His advice comes from decades of experience and has already saved us from some costly repairs. We highly recommend Renew Plumbing to all our friends and family.

I needed a shower valve replaced in one of our bathrooms. I had just refinished the shower tile and wanted to avoid breaking the tile (if possible) so we wouldn’t have to get one of those big ugly repair kit plates many people get to cover a bigger whole, or worse do tile work. Other plumbers told us it couldn’t be done and tile would have to be broken and bigger plate was inevitable with possibility of tile work. Renew plumbing guy from the beginning was confident it could be done with the space available, but was at the same time honest there was always the slight possibility of breaking tile to access valve. This made us feel listened and understood, great customer service. Then on the day of the job, it was done quickly and neatly. Finally topic of price… most reasonable pricing I’ve seen. You can tell this guy cares about people and loves what he does. You will not be price gouged.

Had a catastrophic leak resulting from a DIY fix of my water softener. Called another company who refused to fix the pipes leading to the unit since they didn’t install or sell it. Plumber came over, gave me 3 estimates with three scenerios from bad to worse. Thankfully, the plumber was able to fix my problem the least expensive way. The plumber was prompt, well groomed, polite and knowledgeable in his craft. His work van contained all tools and materials needed for the repair.I would use this company again.

I can’t recommend Renew Plumbing and Drains highly enough! We were referred to them when we had a plumbing emergency with a leak in our wall. They came out immediately and had the problem diagnosed in no time. They were timely, communicative, VERY reasonably priced, and most importantly, honest. They showed us what had gone wrong and also preemptively stopped another concern before that leaked as well. We appreciated Edgar and Frankie so much that we’ve already scheduled to have them come back out to replace our water heater as well. We started to have issues with our hot water and I didn’t know why. We have a 55 gallon water heater and should not run out of hot water. A friend recommended Renew Plumbing, I called and spoke with Edgar and was able to make an appointment. I explained that I was always running out of hot water and would have to make sure we didn’t do laundry before we had to take showers. He started to troubleshoot the issue and inspect for possible hot water leaks. When no water leaks were detected he asked me when was the last time I drained the heater to remove scale buildup? I never knew that you had to drain it, I had that water heater for 12 years and never did it. Edgar inspected the water heater and found that it was working at 50% capacity. He changed it out in no time and I have not had any issues since then. I really appreciated the time he took to educate me and impressed with his troubleshooting skills. Thank you Edgar for all of your help.

Thank you to Edgar and Frankie for their help with a pipe leak! I called last night in a panic when I noticed water flowing from under my refrigerator. Edgar took the time (also saving me an emergency / after hours fee) by helping me find the water shut off valve so I could rest easy until the next morning. They not only showed up earlier than stated but they got to work immediately, found the leak from a pipe in our wall and fixed it so quickly. This is the second time theyve come to our rescue and I cannot say enough about their great work, caring demeanor and professionalism.

So i had gotten a used water heater through a family friend and ive only had it in for about a year and a half almost 2 years . and one morning i woke up to it leaking from the bottom . so i called Renew plumbing and they sent me Edgar . he broke down the whole situation on what i needed to do next . He was able to give me a fair price and even offered to haul the old one away as well . he finished the job in 3-4 hours and did a very good job . what i loved the most was that he offered to take a look at other fixtures just because he was there already , which i found very considerate. overall i am very pleased with the service Edgar knows what he is doing and goes above and beyond for his client(s) will definitely be calling him for future repairs

FAN FREAKEN TASTIC!!!!?!My spouse had called them due to warms spots on our wooden floor. We had a slab leak recently and every company we called was telling us it would cost thousands to fix never really gave us any options also. But when my spouse called renew plumbing they were able to squeeze us in with a tight schedule. We were lucky be to embraced with a professional/great guy like Edgar. He was able to check everything for us and gave us options on what we can do to fix the issue. We went with a reroute it was affordable and would last us awhile (I wanted to keep my home had no intention to sale). Edgar was able to get the job done at a good time he was efficient and understand our current situation. Best thing about him was he also cleaned up after the job.i will definitely keep renew plumbing and Edgar as our long term plumbing company. I heard water running in my house but couldnt find where it was coming from. I assumed it was under the ground but needed a professional to help us find it and repair it. Edgar was great! Had someone else come take a look and fix the issue only for the problem to come up again a few weeks later.
