I rarely do reviews for companies. But when I do it’s to give credit where credit is due. I called because my water heater was making an unusual vibrating noise which was concerning. Steve a technician for the company came out to access our concern. He diagnosed it and informed us it was the fan that needed to be replaced. Fortunately, it was still under warranty. He said he needed to order the part and would be back out to install it. He was thorough and explained the process which included the installation, charges, etc.. The part came in a timely manner and was installed. I couldn’t be happier and satisfied with the work that was done. I highly recommend Infinity Plumbing for your plumbing needs. Very professional, friendly, great customer service and thorough. You won’t be disappointed.

My garbage disposal recently failed and it was dripping water from the bottom. I did some research prior to calling Infinity Plumbing that this unit likely required replacement from the situation. I called Infinity Plumbing for their professional take and help remedying the situation. Gene came out to help. He brought a new unit with him, but also attempted to repair the garbage disposal to help save me money. He is very very knowledgeable, personable, and polite. Since the garbage disposal was leaking from the bottom, it is likely due to a crack that requires replacement of the unit. A few spoons did accidentally go down with the garbage disposal on the past few years that might have caused the crack. Gene replaced the garbage disposal and new mount in less than 30 minutes and everything works perfectly well! He did a test by running water to ensure there are no leaks. He made sure to clean up after himself, so the area is what it was originally before he got there. Plus, he wore booties for his shoes to make sure my floors stay clean. This is a huge plus for Asians who are used to not wearing outside shoes indoors! Thank you, Gene, and Infinity Plumbing! Very professional, friendly, easy, and great to work with!

They were extremely professional and patient, taking time to listen to the problems we had been experiencing for the past year and thoroughly tested all areas that could have been potential sources of the leak. We were impressed by their diligence and attention to detail as they worked to identify and resolve the issue. We are particularly grateful that they stayed until they were confident that the leaks had been fully addressed, and the tub was no longer leaking before setting it back down. As per our request, they also kindly agreed to delay caulking the tub, until we were certain that there were no more leaks. We appreciate their understanding and flexibility in accommodating our wishes. We would like to request that Gene and JC return in a few days to finish the caulking.
