He explained in detail, in terms I could understand, right to the guys being here to install our system and explaining how the new thermostat works, to our actual system. Our new system is so quiet that when I turned on the heater this morning I had to get up and see if I actually turned it on. I am so extremely pleased with the whole experience.

We were in need of our air conditioning needing a tune-up or maintenance. The technician, Daniel, was very professional and knowledgeable. He was thorough and shared recommendations on how to keep it up in good shape. He was honest with the assessment of our system. A couple of days later we also met David, sales rep., and he was straight forward with how our system is working and recommendations. We needed up purchasing a new HVAC system at a fair price. I know most people seem to only focus on negative reviews, but I cant say enough GREAT things about Lucky Air. Not only was it easy to book an appointment, but I didnt have to wait long. They communicated throughout and texted me with details and the tech called to tell me he was on his way. The tech was Daniel. This was the first time we used Lucky Air because I needed a Lennox certified repair. I feel like the lucky one - Daniel was honest, communicative, answered every concern and question and let me know my system was in great shape and that there were just a few maintenance things needed. He obviously knew his stuff! If Daniel is a slice of how wonderful the company is, you will be in good hands.

This was my first experience with Lucky Air, and to say the least I will be using them for the foreseeable future. They were always on time, explained everything they were doing and were very professional. I had to replace my AC system and they were able to provide quality quotes, and at no point did I feel they were up charging me just to make a sale. Raven was transparent with our options when quoting us. The installation team was amazing, they were very polite, professional and respectful of my home. They were personable and got the feeling that they take pride in their work and it was reflective in the product that I got. Omar was our tech that came out same day we called. We didnt have to wait which was amazing during this heat wave. He was very professional and explained in full detail everything he did as well as shoe us. He cleared the clogged and drained the system and our AC was up and running again. He informed us of the annual maintenance program which we the thought was an awesome deal and signed up for it. Anthony was quickly able to diagnose why air cond was blowing warm air. Cost to replace starter in outdoor unit was fair and problem solved! Few years ago they came out and cleared my condensation line, very affordable. Thank you Lucky Air for being professional, locally owned honest company who values their customers and dedication to service! Grade A company!

My first experience with Lucky Air Inc. was when I needed a new heating system. I was very satisfied with the product installed and the manner with which I was taken care of. Now, today, I needed their services again with my A/C system. I was able to get an extremely quick service date and the service happened efficiently. Jacinda, in the customer service department, is always professional and friendly in taking care of my requests. The technician, Noah, is always on time, neat in appearance, knowledgeable about his work and explained what is being done and what may need to be done in the future. I asked so many questions and he took his good time to explain in detail so I understood. The company never tried to up-sell me. I am an elder lady and this means a lot to me. I recommend this company very highly. Jacinda will certainly take care of your customer service needs and ask for Noah, if possible, for your technician. You won’t be disappointed with this company one bit.

I called Lucky Air because despite having a service contract with Goettl for my elderly parents home, they canceled my request for urgent service at the last minute and said that they could not schedule me for another week. With the forecast predicting us to be in high 90s, this was unacceptable. When I called Lucky Air, Liz was immediately sympathetic to my parents situation and despite her team also being fully booked, she made the effort to call her techs to see who was willing to make an evening call (prior to the 4th of July holiday)! Sure enough, Jacob H. came to our rescue at 6pm (after driving all the way back from service calls in San Diego). Unfortunately, the issue is serious (which Goettl shouldve caught in maintenance visits) and requires more diagnostics and parts, but Jacob was very thorough, professional and reassuring. If Liz and Jacob are a reflection of Lucky Airs whole team, I feel confident that I will always to be treated with care and integrity.

Our outdoor Lennox AC condenser unit was 22 years old, badly rusting and no longer cooled our home. We sought competitive bids from 4 separate HVAC companies and Luck Air won based on service, quality and price. One vendor was a non-starter because they wanted an $89 service fee just to bid. Another completely dismissed the service we were seeking and would only replace the entire central HVAC system. Lucky Air (Liz) immediately scheduled an estimator (Jordan) who was knowledgeable, thorough and took the time to listen and respond with information and options. Once we agreed on the service and price, Lucky Air (Liz again) worked with my schedule and dispatched an extremely proficient technician (Omar) and helper (Vince) who worked outdoors and in our extremely cramped crawl-space attic to get the new unit installed in under 6 hours. New unit works great and cools the whole house quickly. So impressed with Lucky Air we signed up for their very cost effective scheduled maintenance program.

No runaround talk no BS straight to the point but professional which is something that likes in the most companies nowadays they just come here and try to take your money and thats it Michael was not that person his company was not that company between making the appointment and the Time Michael came out that was at least a phone call or text message from that company letting me know what time he would be here and then they got down to last 10 minutes that he would be here at my house it was quite impressive that I knew exactly when Michael was going to be here and the fact that I was constantly reminded that there was an appointment for this day and to make everything ready for them. although I am old now and wanted to help Michael said no he has this and took care of it did everything to get up to my roof air conditioner he was safe didnt mess with anything up there I didnt break anything I mean he was constant professional he actually told me he was going to make sure he step over my gutter to step onto the roof to get to my air conditioning. Most companies just would have broke my guttered and blamed it that was my fault. The transaction the time the speed he was constantly moving constantly asking permission before he touched anything and he act gloves on he had booties on Im surprised you didnt have a hearing that on but he was a great impression of the Lucky Air & heating Company out of Corona. Also told me the company worked on water heaters he didnt but their company did which is always good to know what is something goes wrong who to call and try to get everything done at one company in fact have a comfortable relationship is a great thing to have being on a fixed income. our safety was the most important part of his visit he want to make sure that we were safe and he was safe and these trying time to covid-19 that is greatly greatly appreciated. I cannot tell you how much I was pleased by the company about their constant contact and their estimated time of his arrival. emailed me the bill of everything that you did and plus sent pictures of everything you took pictures of why I was on the roof.will be doing business again with him another 6 months and they will take over to contracts for our heater and air conditioning units for this house. Michael was a pleasure to work with and he said he would be my tech as long as I have this house and since Im not going anywhere hell be my tech. And with any luck hell be yours too. AC Failed on the first hot day of 2020. Lucky Air was able to book the appointment quick. Technician arrived on time while providing timely updates. Performed the work, but AC did not function well. Came back, made the necessary repairs all within the original quote. There was minimal pressure on up-sale. This is my second encounter with Lucky Air. Experience is great, they are very responsive and professional every time. I will definitely call Luck Air again when needed.

Michael Melton performed an A/C Tune Up. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He showed me the areas of concern and was very descriptive in his explanation of why it was a concern. Michael worked up estimates, but allowed me to decide what worked best for me with no pressure on his part. He went way above the norm to fix my antiquated filter unit. I will not hesitate to call Lucky Air for any services required on my HVAC and highly recommend them.

Christian was a complete professional, able to quickly diagnose that our old thermostat was broken and in need of replacement. That model has been discontinued due to the issue he identified, so he installed its direct replacement which should last us for many years. A quick couple of wiring changes to get the new thermostat communicating with our AC unit and we were back up and running.It was really nice to be able to talk through things and ask him questions about both the problem and the solution. Five stars isn’t enough- I will be asking for Christian, specifically, for any future maintenance visits. Thanks so much Christian!

One of the main reasons for the service call was to replace the HEPA filter following our remodel project, unfortunately, even though the woman at dispatch said it would be done, the technician who arrived knew nothing about it and could not find the filter, so it is now delayed 2-4 weeks! Also, the technician did not check the split-system previously installed by Lucky Air. Mixed feelings about this experience.They replaced the fan/heating unit on a follow-up visit. Good job, all is working well.

The one thing I liked about the company is their attention to detail and getting the system to perform at its peak performance. Michael the owner was very kind to throw in an upgrade with the return filter at no charge, due to my daughters allergies. The installation took 2 days and I have to say that they are very respectful to your house. The workers were very polite and appeared to have an upbeat attitude. The system selected for me was a Lennox and I have to say it is very quiet which I truly enjoy; I never heard a system so quiet as the Lennox. Thank you Michael for all you done for my family!

Our system was about 30 years old and very expensive to run. I called Lennox and they recommended Lucky Air. We had other estimates, some well known companies and Lucky Air was the only company I felt confident in to the the job! They gave me the Best Estimate which included the Top of the line Lennox System. Lucky Air offered other things already included in their package, the other companies did not! The other companies wanted to charge the same price for a less efficient system.We had new Duct work and the whole system redone. The Nate certified installers did an awesome job!!! I am so glad we found Lucky Air and would highly recommend them to anyone!!!
