    I came home Sat morning spot a pool of water on my garage floor. I was wondering if there is a leak somewhere.I called Mike at AccuServe around 11:00 and he show up with his staff in 20 minutes. After a quick check up, he found it is something else cause the water on the floor. He showed me how to fix it.Best part is he didn’t charge me anything for all the trouble. Now I can continue on my weekend worry free.Will call them again next time when I need them!Have a good rest of the weekend, Mike!

    We are so thankful for Mike and Shane of AccuServe Plumbing in Eastvale as our “go to” and “one and only” highly technical experts and service provider for anything and all needs related to plumbing! They have been providing plumbing services in our home for over a decade long, and every single one of our multiple requests/calls over the years were promptly responded to and quickly repaired/resolved and handled with honesty, integrity, professionalism, great quality workmanship, and always at very fair and reasonable pricing. They have replaced our water heater years ago; detected and fixed our water leaks; repaired a major leak in our main water valve; changed out our garbage disposal; changed out our water faucets. This morning, we had no running hot water, and we were not able to relight the gas pilot and it seemed to us there was a chamber or system failure. We called on Mike and he responded in 10 minutes. Mike and Shane arrived at our home within the same hour thereafter. Immediately Mike was able to relight the pilot and while they waited long enough to ensure we have hot running water again, Mike took the time to explain how the water heater chambers work; how to properly relight the pilot; and he educated me on the manufacturer Rheem’s process/procedures and requirements for technicians to first properly determine the problem and mitigate before ordering parts on behalf of the homeowners. We didn’t need to order any parts after all and once again we are so grateful for Mike and Shane’s help, honesty and terrific service. Thank you so much, Mike and Shane!

    Mike and his son are great and I will continue to use them for any future plumbing needs. I was able to have a Rheem tankless water replaced quickly. Mike was honest about the cost for everything. The tankless water heater was still under warranty and I was able to get one located with the help of Mike. The labor cost is much more competitive and lower than others.

    First of all, FANTASTIC is all I can say about Mike!My husband and I just bought our first home a month ago, Im 7.5 months pregnant and in preparation for baby. My husband was installing racks in the garage sealing to store away extra boxes.Well, unbeknownst to him he drilled right into a water line in the garage ceiling!! 8pm at night and water goes flying in the garage! I immediately Google Best Plummer near me (because Im that googler) and up pops AccuServe Plumping. I call and Mike answers. Hes immediately patient as I try explaining our issue and even has me text him some photos to give a quick quote for a ballpark possible issue. He was trustworthy right off the bat about possibilities, so we felt a peace and asked him to help. He came over within 30 min with his son and fixed the issue! He was honest, explained everything he was doing as he did it and took his time doing it right! Within an hour we had water flowing again! He was genuine, honest and oh so helpful!!!I will only be recommending Mike any chance I get!THANK YOU for helping us!

    Awesome! We couldnt recommend them more. They did a great job and safe us thousands. We tried the typical rooter service and they could do it, blamed the pipes and said the main line should be replaced. AccuServe came out and took care of everything quickly and honestly.
