Our sewer main line backed up for a second time from roots that had once again completely clogged the clay pipe in our front yard. I had hired another company that had to hydrojet it to clear it and after their camera inspection they said our whole sewer main under our house and front yard was in really bad shape and needed to be epoxy lined to prevent even more costly replacement if we didnt fix it now. After quoting me $30,000, they were pressuring me to sign their financing papers so they could start work immediately. I told them I needed a second opinion and checked with three plumbing companies and sent them videos I took of the 1st companies camera inspection.After I posted our situation on our neighborhoods facebook page my awesome neighbors responded! Scott Cole Plumbing was highly recommended. I called Scott and sent him the videos and the quote from the 1st plumber and he said we did not need repairs to the sewer line under the house, just the clay pipe in our front yard that had multiple cracks from the tree roots and the pipe offsets. He then sent Reuben to do a camera inspection to verify the needed repairs and we hired them for a 3rd of the price that the 1st plumber had quoted us!Juan and Jaime started working right away and kept me informed of when I would be without water and plumbing. They kept the work area to a minimum to ensure our safety and were awesome at keeping me up to date on their progress.I also need to mention that Scott and his team were very patient understanding of our situation (my adult son is severely disabled) and they worked around my sons schedule to ensure his comfort and safety.I highly recommend Scott Cole Plumbing and will keep them in mind for all my plumbing needs!

They arrived right at 8:00AM. The replaced my faulty ball valve and pressure regulator with all new pipe connections. Highly Recommended!

I just used this company for the second time in two months. The first time was for a run of the mill toilet reset. This time was what I would call a dumpster fire. Problems created by the plumbers used during our remodel years ago, created several significant problems in the kitchen water distribution. This created a challenging situation for Juan the plumber.What I saw was deep technical competence, and a positive tenacious focus. Juan was here most the day and created a positive outcome. He is now my plumber!On the business front, the owner is easy to deal with. He is good at conveying the basic price and ancillary issues that can arise. On the pricing front, this company is very reasonable and does free on-site estimates.The bottom line is that, I will highly recommend them to friends and neighbors.

Scott helped us with a broken kitchen drain pipe. He was at our home quickly and gave us a very reasonable bid to repair using his mole method. We are so very pleased with the finished job. His crew, especially Ruben and Pablo and Mitchell were excellent! Ruben made sure everything was done expertly and each night they finished for the day he made sure everything was cleaned up safely. Thank you Scott Cole plumbing. Our 2nd slab leak meant a whole house repipe was the right solution. They came out and explained everything to us. They explained the process and the damage they would have to do as well as how they would repair it. Their pricing was far better than their competitors. Having a whole house repipe is a stressful thing but they followed through on everything they promised. Of course painting isnt included but with the drywall repair and texture Im sure after we repaint it will look great. A fair, honest plumber is hard to find and Im glad we chose Scott Cole plumbing.

Broken pipe three days before Thanksgiving...with family arriving the next day. Scott Cole Plumbing got someone to our house within one hour to identify the location and cap the leak so we had water that night. The next day (Tuesday before Thanksgiving) they repaired everything, gave us good advice and a reasonable price. We will definitely call on them when we have plumbing needs again!

Upon contacting Scott Cole through a family referral, he spent quite a bit of time on the phone with me, never made me felt rushed or like I was taking too much of his time. He spoke to me quite extensively on my issues with my current & aging water heater and explained to me in great detail on what my options were & the costs associated with them. I never felt like I was being ripped off and felt Scott was being very genuine & honest in the direction he recommends I should go.We settled on a solution and scheduled for his team to come out a few days later. His team, Phil & Reuban, were very punctual, and went to work right away. They were very friendly & accommodating! I normally don’t write reviews but I had to write one for Scott Cole Plumbing. This past Sunday we had a water leak in the kitchen. I didn’t know of any plumbers to call so I googled plumbers in our area and Scott’s name came up. He had great reviews. i called and was expecting an answering machine, it was a Sunday morning and a holiday weekend. Scott answered immediately. He gave assistance over the phone and also made an appointment for the following morning. The next morning i was contacted by one of his plumbers, Phil, to see if he could come out earlier. wow! who ever comes out earlier?? He was professional, personable and honest. i will definitely call Scott’s company for any future plumbing issues and have already told neighbors about him. If you are looking for a plumbing company that is responsive, honest and fairly priced, I would recommend Scott Cole Plumbing.

City of Corona crews were replacing the main water line in our street and their work uncovered a major leak in the line on our side of the meter. Our water was shut off without warning and could not be turned back on until repairs completed. We needed to replace the entire line from meter to house - over 160 feet of line, and get it done ASAP. Scotts crew, Anthony and Ruben, were here in less than 2 hours. This job was awkward and tricky due to the location of the line and had to be hand dug. Hats off to Ruben for cheerfully hand digging this long trench in difficult and challenging conditions. This job was manhandled with professionalism and finesse. We highly recommend Scott Cole Plumbing.

What was even more impressive was that Scott’s team was able to replace and install a new tankless water heater the following morning. His staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Scott, himself, was very personable and explained to us the causes of the leak, various levels of solutions, and other options. My family recently had a plumbing problem and while calling around to different plumbers for estimates, I had the opportunity to speak to Scott about the issues we were experiencing. Legitimately impressed. Our bathroom shower wouldnt shut off and after you tubing it realized it was above my pay grade. Had another company come out and they said they could come back tomorrow. I hit a water pipe….. called Scott and was told that it’s been a busy day for his team and he wouldn’t be able to get anyone out in my area quick. He asked if I was “handy” and I told him I am somewhat handy. Scott instilled confidence in me to fix the situation on my own. Scott walked me through the process of how to fix my situation. He recommended specific material and didn’t rush me. Answered all my questions and even stated if I couldn’t fix it myself, he will send someone for help when they are available. Fortunately with Scott’s help, I was able to fix a water pipe! If I ever need anything done, Scott is the company I am calling. 10/10 business and 10/10 person !

Anthony and team at Scott Cole Plumbing did a great job replacing my hot water heater. While working, Anthony noticed my water pressure regulator failed at the street and near the house causing around 200 PSI water pressure(La Habra Heights) to jeopardize the pipes in my house. He showed me the pressure, which I verified at the fire pressure gauge. Insane pressure. Anthony and a coworker replaced the broken regulators and saved us potentially very expensive repairs. They also installed a shut off value at the street so we dont need to mess with the Water Companys equipment. I highly recommend Scott Plumbing, they are friendly, honest, respectful and stand behind their work. Their prices are below big corporate plumbers with big contracts you dont understand and need a lawyer to evaluate.

Was referred to SCP by their fellow competitor and I’m glad we were referred. Right off the bat they began asking questions to pinpoint the possible issue and within 10-15 minutes of conversation they had an idea of what would be the problem and sent out a plumber. Given that I’m unfamiliar with plumbing, I asked a lot of questions and they were able to answer them to the best of their knowledge and believe me, I asked a lot.When they arrived, I explained the situation and about 15 minutes after signing the invoice/estimate, they were done. I was surprised and I’m glad my shower drain was unclogged. They also insisted to take it a step further and verify the clog would cease to exist in the main line. Scott Cole Plumbing is AMAZING and we highly recommend this company!Recently, we discovered that we had a slab leak. Since slab leaks are usually a recurring problem, we knew that we wanted to repipe our whole house to avoid future slab leaks. We contacted Scott to get a quote and he was extremely knowledgable and professional. His pricing was great, and he did not use any pressure tactics to push us into making a decision. Whenever we called him with any follow-up questions, he always personally answered the phone. If we texted him, Scott responded immediately. Scott was also very transparent with us, making sure we had access to all the information showing that he is licensed, bonded, and insured.We scheduled the repipe for Monday, January 15. The Saturday before the repipe started, plumber Jose came over to drop off our Halo 5 Whole House Filtration System. Since we were already going to repipe the whole house, we decided to add a few things, like the Halo 5, a recirculation line, and a new water heater, so this was going to be a rather big project. Jose patiently went over everything with us and detailed what we should expect on Monday.On Monday, the repiping crew arrived promptly just before 8am. They immediately got to work, covering everything with plastic to minimize the mess from cutting into the drywall. The crew worked quickly and efficiently, and they were done by 1:30-2:00! They really did a great job!Jose came back out on Thursday to finish the job by installing the Halo 5. He went over the settings and how the system works. Jose also made sure that all faucets were running well and that we had good water pressure throughout the house. We really appreciate Jose and how knowledgable, patient, and thorough he is.We are very happy that we chose Scott Cole Plumbing to repipe our house. I cant say enough about how great it was to work with Scott Cole plumbing. Another plumber had told us that we needed a backwater valve replaced and wanted to charge us $4K; I called Scott and he was able to give me a much lower quote and was willing to send someone on a weekend to replace the valve even without seeing the site. Then on the day of service Jose and Ruben came early and worked hard to get it done in a little more than half a day. He sent a man out. turns out it was another slab leak {ugh!}. that was draining my hot water heater, causing the burner to run continuously. Also had another slab leak on the cold side. He gave me the option of fixing them with no guarantee that another might occur later in another spot (common in my area; neighbors have had 4+) or a total house repipe with a lifetime warranty. I chose the repipe. Two days later, a crew of about 9 showed up, covered everything, cut a lot of holes in my walls, ran new pex piping and they were done in a day. Next day, the drywall people came and patched it all up. Beautiful job all around. Can’t even see where the holes were. Couldn’t be happier. Got my hot water back. Got my pressure back. And my gas and water bills will return to normal. Plus, all new shutoff valves under the sinks and toilets and new hose bibs front and back. Also put new mixer valves on the showers and tubs. Used to be that I dreaded calling a plumber. But after calling Scott Cole, I feel like I have a good resource for any of my plumbing needs. I trust Scott Cole Plumbing to provide very professional service and competitive pricing. Highly recommended!

I am an actual customer who called at around 6:30pm. Scott answered the phone and I asked about replace the wax seal on my downstairs toilet. He quoted me $150 to replace. He was able to get me in the nest morning.The plumber arrived clean and friendly. I showed him to the bathroom and he was able to confirm it was the wax seal that was leaking.
