We have a condo that was built on a slab in the early 70s. Back then they used ceramic piping which over time develops cracks and bellies which leads to back up in our sewer system (overflowing toilets and sewage coming into the showers). It was not a pleasant situation. We were told we would have to jackhammer the floors and cause complete destruction to our 2 showers. After multiple phone calls and research on my end, we got in touch with Sean at Superior Plumbing. He was the most professional, knowledgeable plumber with lots of experience. Using a camera, he looked down all the water lines and said, I can put a liner into the ceramic pipes and that would resolve you issues . Amazingly it did and it it only cost us less than 20% of the cost if we would have jackhammered everything. I will definitely be using Superior Plumbing as my plumber of choice. Sean kept me a breast of their daily work. If you want to use the most professional, honest, reasonably priced plumber, then give SUPERIOR PLUMBING a call. You will not be disappointed and they can literally fix anything. Give them a call when you have your next plumbing issue. You wont regret it!!!😍

Professional, kept appointments, took the time to explain the advantages and disadvantages of a tankless water heater. They did a great job installing a freestanding tub and faucet, replaced 3 bathroom faucets, lowered flange and installed toilet, installed kitchen faucet, disposal, and dishwasher. Very nice to work with. We would definitely use them again!

Superior Plumbing successfully diagnosed and repaired a damaged sewer drain line on my property from some utility installs after a number of backups. They explained everything and showed and recorded video of the issue for me. They worked super hard to make sure the repair stayed local to the break in the line, made sure I had a good connection to use, and came back the second day to improve the install and filled in the trench. Definitely recommend if you have any plumbing issues.

We had a major plumbing problem last year that we hired another company to fix. Recently, Ive been smelling sewage under our house and Superior Plumbing was able to come out to investigate very quickly. They arrived on time and were super friendly and professional. They were on site for about 10 minutes and discovered that the other plumbing company did not actually finish the job (pipes not connected, tools left under the house). They took pictures of the problem, wrote up a report, discouraged me from hiring them for the job (unless we ran into trouble getting the other company to fix their own work), and didnt charge for the visit. I am so, so grateful for them and feel relieved to know that they will be the plumbers well call for all future needs. They are great!

I had an outside gasket break from the freeze and water was spraying everywhere, I called Tammy and she quickly and efficiently walked me through how to shut off the valve until Dustin could get out. He was out the following day and replaced the broken gasket and showed me what to do to prevent that from happening again. The very next day, my hot water heater went out. He was able to come back out and promptly replace the tank. Dustin then noticed another issue with my sink faucet and when he didn’t have the part on him, he stopped back by that evening after his day was complete and gave it to me.You can tell this company strives on customer service and are excelling in taking care of their customers! I will only use Superior Plumbing for all my needs and always recommend them! Thank you all for taking care of the community!!!

I had a water pipe burst under the concrete around our pool on a Saturday morning. We were without water. I contacted 14 plumbing companies and only Superior was available to help. They promptly sent over a plumber, Sean. He did an excellent job! Located the issue, repaired, communicated, and cleaned up after himself. We are very pleased with their response and service!

We had two shower drains cleaned out, some kitchen sink plumbing replaced, and a sink upstairs inspected. Excellent work all around!

Dustin did a great job retrieving a small screw that had fallen into to my garbage disposal. He was very respectful, courteous, and professional. He was able to respond quickly to our needs and got it working again in no time. I recommend them and would use them again. The water pressure in my home has been very low. When using the clothes washer or dishwasher, the water flow from any faucet is reduced by 75%. This type repair is not covered by my home warranty so I was needing a professional. Superior Plumbing & Rooter came out on the day and time expected. Dustin found my water pressure regulator at the city water connection to my home broken and replaced it. Now I can shower, wash clothes and run the dishwasher all at the same time.So if your job is small or large, Superior Plumbing should be the first phone call you make. Outstanding job done here on our main sewer line.It was old-style Orangeburg pipe that was collapsing and had roots encroaching into it. We are now in great shape with new pipe liner installed after boring out the old collapsing pipeage.They have what appears to me to be top of the line equipment for this type job.Excellent service by Sean and Hunter.
