I am new to the area and a friend of mine referred Shane, the owner of Pipe doctors. Shane came out and looked at a full gut renovation that we were doing on an Old home just minutes away from the oceanfront. He gave us a comprehensive proposal and commence to work immediately. Shane and his team worked with my project manager and all of the other trades simultaneously and completed our full renovation with the highest level of quality and attention to detail within the specified timeframe. I myself am a tradesperson who built a career working as an HVAC technician. Because of my background, I particularly appreciate Shane and his Dedication to excellence while maintaining a great quiet experience. I highly recommend Pipe Doctors. Amazing service! We had an emergency issue that couldn’t wait, from the moment we called until they showed up was less than 30 minutes and on a Sunday!!! To say I’m impressed is an understatement. He quickly diagnosed the problem and started immediately to fix the issue! Very fair pricing especially for an emergency call! I highly recommend calling Pipe Doctors!!!

I have used this service many times since moving into my home in June. They have always been extremely responsive and professional, even coming on a weekend the same day for a toilet installation emergency! I can’t recommend them enough. Want to thank Steven for coming out to fix my parents leaky kitchen faucet today. I called and spoke to Shane. He advised that he would have a tech come over. Steven arrived promptly and was able to diagnose the problem very quickly. Steven took the faucet apart and was able to replace the worn out rubber gaskets. Now no leaks and great pressure. Definitely gave 5 stars on the service, highly recommended.

How a backed up main drain all other plumbing company’s said weeks out or high amount of additional charges, I called the next day not even being home had my issue resolved at a really good price. I highly recommend Shane! Woke up on a Saturday morning with no hot water. Called him and he arrived within the hour and fixed the problem along with two other plumbing issues I had on my ‘to be fixed someday’ list. He took care of everything and did some repairs that I was told couldn’t be done. He was reasonably priced, courteous, professional, and skilled. Next time I need a plumber, my first call will be to Shane!

Shane is a knowledgeable professional, who knew exactly how to repair my bathtub faucet leak. The water was gushing out of the faucet full blast and would not stop because the on off valve broke.He responded within a half an hour at 10 PM. He had all the parts with him and took off the cover plate and removed the defective part deep inside the pipe and replaced it.He was really reasonably priced also.I will use him from now on and highly recommend him.

I highly recommend this business because this guy actually cares about his customers unlike vines (who charged me over $900 to replace toilet parts!!!). He will not rip you off or lie to you like these big companies will. He came to my house to replace a faucet and actually fixed it instead. So he told me to take the faucet I bought back to Lowe’s to save my money! He also took a look at my Septic Tank for me and gave me some really good advice!! He Very kind and stands by his work! My absolute go to for any gas or plumbing needs for our clients and consumers!
