Our Coastal Air technician (CW) called ahead to notify us of his arrival. He performed a through inspection of our 12 year old inside evaporator unit and outside condenser unit. He provided photos and a computer write-up of all the pertinent concerns he uncovered. We were very satisfied with the inspection and overall cleaning methods performed prior to the start of this heating season. We would highly recommend this company to our friends.

Coastal Air Plus is by far the best place I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with I had quite a problem when my AC froze up causing a water leak in the attic I called early in the morning and they immediately put me on their schedule for the day When a chunk of the ceiling fell down I called back and they shifted their daily schedule around to get a repair man to me right away John Pinkney was the serviceman. He was terrific. He explained the problem and what had caused it. He answered all our questions He did everything he could He was super nice and polite. Thank you again John. As a follow up. A part needed to be ordered It arrived in record time and Mr Quincy Fields arrived to install it along with his assistant. They do were super nice explained everything to us and went to work. They installed the parts and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. We were super impressed with their work ethic and how polite they were. They even covered up the hole in the ceiling that the water leak had created for us. This is a terrific company and we highly recommend them. Thank you Quincy and your assistant also. Well Done

Coastal Air Plus was such a breath of fresh air to deal with! Our old unit was failing & we needed a whole new system. We had already been using Coastal Air for maintenance and weve been extremely happy with their service. They call you when theyre on their way, they are thorough in their inspections.Our new unit was installed by Tim Rudd & Tyler Fiedler. They worked straight through from start to finish with professionalism & courtsey. They explained the installation process and how to use our new thermostat. Jerell Cage came to our house, looked things over and later sent me a proposal. He was EXTREMELY nice and answered all my questions. He was not a pressure salesman which I loved. We will recommend him to all our friends. His quote was the lowest quote I got. I had a Trane in Oklahoma and it worked well for me. Jarell didnt track mud or leaves through the house. Just a great man we could call a friend. The 3 gentlemen came out several days later and were very kind and thoughtful. They came about 8:30 and finished up before 4 on that day. They were very efficient and answered any questions we had. I would highly recommend Jerell and the three gentlemen who did the installation.

The new unit is quiet and much more efficient than my old one. Electric bills are much lower. I am very pleased with my new unit and with Coastal Air Plus.

A very good experience with a problem thats no fun to have. After losing cooling in our upstairs AC unit, I called Coastal and spoke to a really sweet girl that was interested in our problem and wanted to help. She was able to schedule for the same day and asked questions and made notes for the technician. The technician called us even before our alotted time slot and let us know he was on the way. Once there he asked and listened to all of the details, put on booties ( which is so thoughtful) and spent a large chunk of time inspecting and solving our issues. Karl was very thorough and knowledgeable and very personable. We never felt rushed, we are so glad that we called Coastal Air plus. Losing air conditioning in the middle of August is not ever something that you want to deal with, but Coastal was a class act from start to finish.

Wow - Coastal Air Plus is an outstanding company, from their technicians, to sales folks to their amazing customer service people!Last year, Andy discovered a bad factory part and helped us get a new mini split system back up and running, and a few months ago, Chase had us feeling cool air again from our VERY old HVAC system in less than 30 minutes.And last week, Andy was back and gave us a few more months on our 22-year-old Trane system. Were just about ready for a new one and got a great, very detailed estimate from Chris in sales, but were still not feeling pressured, as we have with companies in the past. Coastal Air Plus is just there for us when we are ready!These guys have incredible on-site customer service and their office staff is top notch. We will use them every time!

Chris was amazing in helping us choose the right unit for our home (and it wasnt even the most expensive) and with scheduling. Our installers Tim Rudd and Tyler were fantastic! They arrived on time, were very professional and installed our new unit and removed our old very dirty unit with no problem or evidence they were even there! They even had some co-workers Adrian and John come by to help when they were finished early with a different job. Shows that there is great teamwork and a nice work environment at Coastal Air! He was so kind and honest. He didn’t even mind me working in the garage while he was working. Other companies would have just tried to sell us an entire hot water heater but Herbie took the time to really evaluate our unit and gave us professional recommendations and fixed our units issue without needing to replace the entire unit. Called and everyone on phone as niceand they worked me right in. Needed to place valves for washing machine. While trying to replace valves the main cutoff valve was leaking. Had to replace that also. Water heater was over 15 years old so we replaced that also. Richard came in and was great to work with. He knew what he was doing and did a neat clean job. The cost wasnt the cheapest but you get what you pay for. Will use them from now on.

WAS a regular customer of Coastal Air.About 3 or 4 months ago I had no hot water. Called Coastal, I was told a plumber would be sent. Shortly the plumber arrived. Looked at the hot water tank, called his shop and then told me because of the age of the tank, 12yo and there was evidence of a leak, it was a worn washer, they would not try to repair and said I should replace the tank, approximately $1500.I found the problem was a bad heating element. Replaced it with a new washer total time spent about 2hours.Total cost $30 and the hot water tank is still working.Its all about the money!.

We wound up having to replace both our upstairs and downstairs entire units as well as build a new platform. This entailed taking three units off, building a new platform on the side of the house then installing two air handlers and compressors. They were able to do this within days of the order and although thought it would take 3 days only took 2! Very professional install. He was professional and honest and made a temporary fix to get us through until the next day when someone could do a leak test on our unit. From beginning to finish these guys did an amazing job. Josh came out, did a thorough inspection of our property, took into account what we wanted and gave us professional advice on what he would suggest. We checked other Mitsubishi elite dealers and these guys by far had the best price and the best customer service. We added 2 Mitsubishi Mini-Split units to our downstairs apartment, so far the units have been amazing and so much better and quieter than the in wall units we had before. One of the outside units is mounted right next to our pool patio and you can’t even tell it’s running it’s so quiet, you have to visibly see the fan spinning to know it’s running. The technicians that came out on install day, Ben and Adrián were professional and knowledgeable and got things done in less time than we were quoted. We wouldn’t hesitate to use these guys again.

We are between seasons so northern the heat or air was used for a period of time to determine weather it’s running good.
