Austin Miller replaced my washer valves. He was early to the job, professional, and did a nice job installing some newer style quarter turn valves with an access box. The price was $380 which I thought was not cheap, but it was about what I expected for the job. Nice job Austin!

My mom, Nancy Garrett, used Benjamin Franklin on Tuesday this week. They werent sure when they could get her seen, they said it might not be til Saturday. Tony O arrived the same day by around 3pm. He was wonderful. He was friendly and knowledgeable, explained exactly what needed to be done/what he was doing and the shower works better than it did when it was brand new. He was very kind and funny and made her comfortable while having someone in her home working. If she needs plumbing work done again she would definitely use Benjamin Franklin and be happy to request Tony.--She tried to leave a review herself but because she left a review before she couldnt so she asked me to. She really appreciated Tonys kindness and humor.

He drove 45 mins 1 way, to get a part, bring it back, and addressed all our issues. Discovered the 18 year old water heater was leaking. Made the call to Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Associate Dwayne Hamilton was at the door within an hour. Dwayne was absolutely top notch and very professional. Took about 4 hours to remove the old heater and install the new one. Excellent service by Leroy today. He arrived shortly after his phone call to me and corrected a leaking water main to my house. This was an unscheduled end of the day service and rather cold outside. Leroy took his time to make sure everything was in working order before he left, asked me multiple times during the service call if I had any questions and made a suggestion to replace an old shutoff valve due to the nature of the leak which went above and beyond the origional service call. I took him up on the suggestion because it was rusty and likely to fail at some point in time.He is a great asset to your company. If I owned a service based company I would hire a complete team just like him.

Our plumber, Tony, was absolutely outstanding from start to finish! He was very sweet and didn’t mind my noisy kids at all. He was very thorough with everything, including my pricing options. He gave me the best deal he could knowing I didn’t have much to work with. He even gave me estimates for another job I’ll need done in the future. He tried numerous times to unclog the garbage disposal and did everything in his power to fix it before needing to spend money on a new one. He did an outstanding job from start to finish. When Austin McCoy showed up he knew he was doing gas line for a generator, but there was information he was not aware of, but he was a Trooper, and did what he needed to do in order to get the job done right, and in a professional manner. He left left the site, got the supplies he needed to do the job right, then returned, explained what he was going to do, with my agreement, he set off and got straight to work. Austin went above and beyond what I exspected, which is really what I exspected. The installation was GREAT, clean looking, and VERY professional job. I had an refrigerator delivered by home depot and during the install the guy broke the valve on my ice maker water line, flooding my house. On 10/18 we had our H2O heater go south on us… On suggestion of a coworker I called “Ben Franklin “ , Liked what I was told: time it could be handled , roughly what would be involved to diagnose the issue… thus we agreed to have a tech come sometime the next day (Sat) . In a half hour I got a call from one Tony Occorso who said he had an opening and if he could stop by and take a look —- Absolutely ! Tony told us what was happening and what it would take to replace the heater and reviewed all the equipment options to get us back to normal — that very day !! We’ve had other companies work on & replace our HVAC system , but we have never met anyone as great to work with than Tony : He truly seemed happy to help us out. He went straight to work prepping the area , getting a replacement ordered , coordinating a coworker to help him with the removal and installation … During the whole project he was informative and super upbeat …. if I knew how I would post photos of the process and finished install , absolutely top shelf !! Overall time frame : 7 ish hours. Awesome , awesome , awesome — again Thank You Mr.Tony Occorso & Benjamin Franklin - The Punctual Plumber …. Ladies and gentlemen call them 👍❗️

He was polite and kind, a very hard worker and skilled plumber. Cody was very respectful of my neighbor and her home. He worked diligently amongst the nightmarish mess AND cleaned up afterwards. He had a really nice way of dealing with us older women as well.Additionally, he was very complimentary about the company he works for. He said they treat their employees better than any company he’s ever worked with. We are so grateful that Cody was the on call last night. We can’t thank him enough ! Scheduling with Benjamin Franklin in Conway was rapid and flexible. I was given a 4 hour window. Having taken the day off from work, I was napping when Leroy showed up. He called, emailed, and then called out loud, which thankfully woke me! After already having gone above and beyond, Leroy listened to our concerns and determined our needs. He was patient while I attempted to answer his questions and then while I enlisted the help of my Husband and FIL to get information about the property and its plumbing. He quickly located the issue and set about the repair to our main line, explaining what likely happened, and then gave a quick look to another issue we were having with a hose bib! He advised us as to what we likely needed to do, and to give them a call if we required further assistance. He honored the original quote he had given, despite having to travel to a local store to get the necessary fitting. We are impressed and will definitely call Leroy for any future plumbing issues.

I called for a clogged kitchen drain and had a technician call back within an hour - Sawyer came first and provided excellent service but was unable to clear the drain - he contacted Dwayne who arrived a little after Sawyer left and was successful. Both were very professional and provided tips to help prevent future problems. I definitely recommend this company

Today, as always, Mike Lawton was prompt, professional and did great work 11-19-20. BFP was a great choice. Previously (total re-plumb), they scheduled me in quickly and were always on-time and worked long hours. Jeff is very polite and a good communicator and works very hard to get the job done right. Tony and Daniel did a great job getting us back to normal after a water line repair adversely affected our water pressure and quality. They came at the scheduled time and proceeded to go about the job in a cheerful and professional manner. They explained everything and it was a pleasure dealing with both of them.
