I must confess that Miles H. and Steve T. are the most skilled and customer oriented technicians Ive encountered. I cannot begin to truly express my gratitude for these guys! My daughter and her family were without electricity due to some major issues from previous people that lived in their house. Wade, Corey, and their crew made sure they were taken care of fast, the price was MORE than fair, and the house is safe now!

These guys were amazing! I had several different items on my list and they took care of everything in a short amount of time. They installed new electrical lines for my garage, installed a new outlet for my gas stove, installed two new ceiling fixtures and a smart thermostat. They were extremely knowledgeable, made sure everything was in good working order, very polite and friendly. Even cleaned up all the parts and swept the area. Wow Im so impressed with Caleb and AJ from Jordan Electric! Great electricians. Reasonable pricing. I highly recommend Jordan Electric.

I enjoyed working with Jordan electric on several projects. (Upgrading service, adding electrical outlets etc) they came out quickly and on time. I would definitely work with them again. The owner Mr. Jordan is top notch. My salesman Ty Rutan was very helpful and kind. What I like the most is also their willingness and promptness. If you have any issues (there were none) I’m sure they do their best to make right. Again I would definitely work with them again and would recommend them. They will treat you like family.

Had an issue where the outlets in the front dining room area no longer worked. I did the normal thing and checked the breaker box and nothing was tripped. Checked the other nearby outlets and they all functioned fine. Watched some YouTube videos and googled some possible problems. I was worried how much it would cost going with a professional electrician, but looking at the reviews of companies nearby, I like how many of the JEC reviews were nothing but great reviews of a local company. They came in and found the problem with a faulty outlet that was across the house and no telling why the builder did that when they wired the house why they did it that way, but the outlet was toast and could have caused a fire. Luckily this was found and among some other other outlets replaced and light switches checked, my family can feel much better. Pricing was way less than I expected and very affordable. If you are searching for an electrician, give the local guys a shot. You’ll be happy you did.

I cant say enough about Tracy and Cody (I hope I got that right). Not only were they early, the installation looked so professional. Really added value to our home. And it wasnt an easy job. I will use them forever now. The price was so reasonable for what we asked them to do. Really above and beyond.

I am extremely pleased with their professional service. I contacted 2 other electric companies before calling them. The first company told me I needed to have new wires ran for our doorbell, because the previous wires were potentially broken. The second company told me I needed to install junction boxes in the attic to get the doorbell working. FINALLY, this company came in, and in less than an hour, they were able to determine our doorbell transformer was bad, so they replaced it. Now we have working doorbells again.

On Thursday, May 24, 2018, I woke up to a partial power outage at my home. The problem was I was supposed to go to my grandsons graduation in Atlanta at 2:30 that afternoon and it was now 7:30 AM. Jordan electric was the only company open at that hour and as luck would have it, Mr Jordan answered the phone. I explained the situation to him and he said that probably the best he could do was get someone out by 12 PM, but give him an hour to get his crews moving and he would call me back within the hour. HOWEVER, within 15 minutes he called me back and told me he had a crew on the way. They came out, diagnosed the situation and determined it was a Georgia Power situation. His crew called him and he PERSONNALY called Georgia power and asked them to come out. Long story short, Georgia Power temporarily fixed the power, Jordan electric crew stayed on sight till Georgia power arrived to make sure they did not need anything from them, and they were very, very reasonable on their rates. BEST of all my wife and I were able to make our grandsons graduation. Mr. Jordan I thank you and your crew for you help in MY EMERGENCY. I will highly recommend your company that needs any electrical work done. Thank you again!!

Really fast. I called them Monday afternoon and asked if they had a opening for Tuesday. They didnt but they put me on the call list just in case. They came to my house Tuesday morning, and had me running again before lunch. Really fast! Will use again (Hopefully not soon).On the plus side, they were $50 cheaper then what i had calculated.

There has never been a job to big or to small for them to handle and thier customer service is awesome.
