Can’t recommend Jeremy @upgrade plumbing enough. Super knowledgeable, kind, always helpful to answer my many questions, and he’s prompt. I’ve needed him, unfortunately, many times in the last year (I have 4 properties). He’s always been able to diagnosis or fix the issues…from faulty fixtures leaking in the walls, to connecting a gas range, and burst pipes…he’s fixed all plumbing problems.

These guys are the absolute best! I had a leaking toilet and gave them a call based off of another friends recommendation. Extremely impressed with Jeremy from Upgrade Plumbing! We discovered a leaky pipe in our crawl space late on Saturday night. He was at our house within 30 minutes of us calling & helped get the water turned off & the situation assessed. He came back out Sunday morning & had everything fixed within a few hours. His rates were very reasonable & his expertise was greatly appreciated! Would highly recommend!

Upgrade plumbing is the best! Jeremy and Elijah have done multiple jobs at our house and each time was a great experience. Theyve updated plumbing in our remodeled kitchen and a new powder room and most recently added a dog wash station in our basement. They pay attention to details and always make sure the job is done correctly at a fair price. Call them, you wont be disappointed!

I first contacted Lee company and they quoted me an astronomical price and gave the wrong diagnosis to the problem. Jeremy at upgrade plumbing knew exactly where to find the issue and at a great price as well. Will definitely be using this service going forward.

Jeremy was great. He was honest and punctual. This is often times hard to find in the trade world. He and his son did excellent work and both of our bathroom drains work perfectly again and the shower was rebuilt and works great. We will refer this business for future jobs!

Upgrade plumbing was extremely professional, punctual, and thorough! We reached out to them to determine the root cause of a disgusting sewage backup in our master bath. They arrived on time, notified me when they were 30 minutes away, and took the time to explain the problem with video and documentation. Extremely nice to work with and you can tell they care about their customers. If we ever have a plumbing need we will 100% reach out to them.
