Bob and his assistant (sorry! Forgot his name!☹️) did a great job of explaining the problem and what needed to be done. Replaced the water pressure regulator and for the water heater they replaced the expansion tank. They were both friendly and took care of the issues! Great experience with Brian Wear plumbing. I had a leaking toilet that didn’t leak when the guys can out. They did an inspection on my plumbing for free ( with first visit) and said the visit fee would be waved if the toilet started leaking again. Super friendly/ helpful guys! Absolutely incredible! I came home from work to a nightmare river coming out of my front lawn. Brian Wear was at my place first thing in the morning. Boyd and Quentin were just amazing. They knew exactly what was wrong, quoted me fairly (cheaper than I expected actually), fixed everything perfectly, and were just really good/honest people. They didnt try to upsell me on anything and they let me know of potential issues I could run into in the future. While I hope I never run into any issues in the future, if I do, I will 100% be calling Brian wear plumbing.

Absolutely outstanding! We had another plumbing company come by a few days ago. They looked at our toilets, did no testing, were done in less than 10 minutes, and said we needed two new toilets for $1500. We decided to get a second opinion because it seemed odd that both toilets would start flushing badly at the same time, and Im so glad we did! Brad and Brendan put a camera in the sewer line and found it partially clogged. They flushed it and got it out. They also found that the jets had become partly clogged and cleared those. They said that with how old or toilets are, they will probably need to be replaced. I asked THEM for prices; there was no pressure at all. I also asked about a water softener and we talked about that for a minute and he gave us all the options for everything but again, no hard sale tactics, and they both seemed genuinely happy that they were able to fix the problem. They were also very friendly to our dogs :) 10/10 recommend!

This company is absolutely fantastic. They were able to show up within an hour of my call. They were very detailed in assessing the problem with my water heater and explained every option to solve the issue. We decided to purchase a new water heater instead of throwing money at the old one. They immediately had a new water heater delivered from the shop and installed the new one very efficiently and explained everything to us. I would highly recommend this plumbing company and Bob and Darrell were so kind and polite and extremely knowledgeable. I would give them 10 stars. Very happy customer here! Thank you

The team at Brian Wear are truly outstanding! Over the past couple of months they have completely remodeled my plumbing in my basement. I am adding a apartment there and the work included running all new lines, adding a shower, moving the water heater, adding a utility sink etc. The work included concrete work as well. The valve wouldn’t fully close causing water waste draining into the attached hose, to direct away from the house.Cameron called ahead of time to let me know he was on the way. Upon arrival he assessed the issue, estimated parts cost, time and other charges for repairs.His demeanor was friendly, respectful and personable, rising to the task. Not only did he complete the repair within estimated time, he also added a shutoff valve on the interior wall, opposite the hose bib to allow wintertime isolation of the faucet.Thank you Brian Wear Plumbing! Able to come out the very next day for routine maintenance. Tyson and Billy where great, excellent communication, knowledgeable, efficient. The installed a new toilet, shower head and faucet, and got a sluggish sink and toilet to drain and fill faster.The team was able to bring the supplies to us (ie the new toilet, faucet etc saving us the trip to the hardware store)! For the one part they didn’t have, they went straight to the store and back without stopping for another job or rescheduling for another day. Call these guys if u need to get something done and don’t have time to waste.

Overall I had a good experience and would use them again.Ethan was a nice guy, on time (actually early), explained everything in simple terms, and was thorough. He fixed everything my hard water would allow him to fix (just couldn’t get the tub knob off-but he tried), therefore I am happy to be able to use our shower and toilet again. I do think $129 service call for a 13 mile drive is pretty steep, but otherwise I am satisfied.The lady who answered the phone was also really nice and helpful.

Even letting us know that the mitigation team needed to come back and remove wer insulation that they had missed in the area. I was suspecting problems with my home water pressure valve and Ethan with Brian Wear Plumbing quickly confirmed it needed replacing. He carefully removed it from behind the drywall and did not have to enlarge the hole very much to gain access and remove it. This kept the hole hidden by the access door, which was nice. Ethan was very neat and methodical in the installation of the new water pressure valve and it works great! This solved my problem of low and fluctuating water pressure and rattling of the pipes.I am happy to recommend Brian Wear Plumbing and Ethan, his great employee. Had a leak under my kitchen sink. It was a simple fix but I didnt have the right tools to fix it myself. I called that morning. They explained that they had multiple emergencies that day & it could take a while to get to me. I called back around 4pm and asked if they were still able to come that day. Cassandra from dispatch asked me if it would be OK to come the next day. I informed her that the leak was pretty bad and I had to shut off my water. She was very understanding and made sure to send someone over within the hour.Billy came out after 5 (after working hours). He assessed the situation and gave me a price. I agreed and he solved my problem in about 5 minutes.Emergency plumbing situations are expensive. I definitely had to pay for the service but, it was totally worth it.Thank you Cassandra and thank you Billy.Now I have running water & I dont have to replace my kitchen cabinets.This experience cost me around $170.Totally worth it.
