    I reached out online early in the morning on a Friday. I received a call at 7 with an appointment scheduled that day for 9-9:30. Don, the owner, came out and was very communicative with when he was going to arrive. He installed my faucet quickly, and was very transparent with the price (which was very reasonable). My experience with Don was the best experience I have had with a plumber since moving to Columbia, and I only wish I had discovered this business sooner. I highly recommend, and I will not be going anywhere else for my plumbing nerds

    Just when you thought getting great service was a thing of the past, here comes Don, The owner of Plumbing Mastered. Don provides unparalleled first class service from a trades contractor. Don came to my house on time and evaluated a problem we were having with basement plumbing. However, the problem appeared to go away and there was no actual fix to be made. Because he didn’t actually do a repair, he refused to take any money for his visit, even after I insisted on paying him for a service call.It gets better, he even made an unprompted follow up phone call the next day to check in and see if the situation had occurred again.In today’s world, it’s hard enough to get many businesses to proactively provide top-notch service. However, with Don and Plumbing Mastered, you are dealing directly with the owner who provides the best customer service experience you could hope for.

    Everything was perfect. My water heater broke over the weekend, I was able to contact the owner Don Little very quickly and had an appointment first thing on Monday. Don explained the problem clearly, did the installation, explained what he did, and what I should do to maintain the new water heater. Checked back with me a couple of times to make sure everything was ok. I selected Plumbing Mastered based on their excellent reviews, and I must say I agree with them all. Don Little is brilliant, outstanding communicator, decades of experiences. He has earned my business and will be my go to plumber.

    Needed a plumber, my friend recommended Plumbing Mastered LLC. I called Mr. Don and explained that I may have a leak, that some of the drywall was soft and the paint is cracking. He recommend that I make an appointment through the website. Got an appointment in three days. Mr. Don came out and resolved my issue. Mr. Don was very professional and very informative. He explained my situation and was able to fix the issue. He did an awesome job, I recommend this company to everyone!!

    I highly recommend plumbing mastered. I had a small drip that was turning into a big problem. Plumbing Mastered fixed it quickly and professionally. What stood out to me was how transparent they were with the whole process. Nothing was a surprise. In the end they completed the service as described.     I had an issue with sporadic water pressure trickling to a very low flow. After online appt. Was scheduled, Don came around the time stated. Was very candid about my not needing work done right away. He adjusted the pressure valve, and stated that I could get by for a while. He also stated that I did not owe him anything for the visit.I was impressed by his candor. He did not try to sell me services that I did not need. Based on his honesty, I inquired about my 80 gallon hot water heater. He also said that I did not need to replace it immediately. He pointed out that, during the 27 years that I had the water heater, there has been some changes in the code, and that I was currently out of code. Not to scare me, but to inform me.I had Don replace the pressure valve and the hot water heater. There was a corroded section of copper pipe. Don replaced the corroded section without additional cost.Although the work was not cheap, I thought that it was necessary.The day after the work was done, an inspector from Howard County came out to perform an inspection, and commented that Don did “a beautiful job.”I highly recommend.

    Don is the best plumber I have ever hired. He was efficient and honest throughout a long and difficult repair job. I asked him to snake the drain on an old bathtub and put a new gasket on the overflow pipe. The overflow pipe was too corroded, so he proceeded to replace the overflow pipe, tub drain pipe, and overflow drain cover. At no additional cost! I would gladly hire Don again.

    I highly recommend Master Plumber Don Little of Plumbing Mastered. My mother’s sewer line was backed up on the Sunday night before Christmas, and Don responded first thing Monday morning to my voice message that was left Sunday night. He worked diligently and carefully, snaking, re-snaking, and flushing the line numerous times and using a camera an equal number of times to make sure the line was clear and free of any obstruction. The impediment consisted of two root intrusions in my mother’s decades old iron sewer pipe about 5 feet from the county sewer connection. I write all of this because Don, unlike two plumbers from a different company on November 24 and November 30, addressed and resolved the problem. Don was perplexed by their failure to determine and correct the problem. The previous plumbers did not, as Don did, check the cleanout on the property where my mother’s sewer line meets the county’s sewer line. Don saw, and showed me, that the line was bone dry at that connection, which meant that the obstruction was somewhere before the cleanout and not in the county’s sewer line. The previous plumbers did not check the cleanout at all. Don snaked and re-snaked from the cleanout in the basement of my mother’s house, flushing the line intermittently during that process, and periodically checking with a camera to determine where the obstructions were located. It was clear from watching the camera with Don exactly where the obstructions were located and when the obstructions were no longer present after Don had diligently snaked the line many times, even reshaping the snake head to break through one large, very dense root ball. After the line was clear, the water was flowing smoothly through my mother’s sewer line into the country line, which was obvious from both the camera and the outside cleanout. Don was careful not create a mess and cleaned up the little mess that was made. Although the line is free of roots for now, we are scheduled to have Don replace the cracked iron pipe where the roots penetrated. We know Don will do a great job. We trust him. He is a kind, honest, and knowledgeable professional.

    I called Don this week the moment I saw watermarks on my ceiling. I was scared that a pipe had burst. He replied and scheduled me quickly. The issue was much smaller than I thought and he was extremely thorough and patient. I also had him install a new toilet (I figured I better make the most of the visit since home ownership is essentially a never ending to do list!) and will call back to replace my water heater in the near future. When you find contractors that you would consider part of your community, you keep them on speed dial! Thank you Don!!!!!!

    We were scheduled to have a new refrigerator installed yesterday, but the delivery guys found that the water line connection was corroded. We would need to have a plumber repair it before they would install the fridge.We called Plumbing Mastered, and Don was at our home within the hour. Not only did he fix the problem, but he helped my husband to remove the old fridge and install the new one! And at a very reasonable price! Highly recommend!

    Don instantly noticed that my shower pan was cracked, which was the root cause of the leak to my garage. He was quick and responsive whenever I needed to reach him and very respectful when coming into my house to do my faucet installation.Don provided me faucet and plumbing installation after Ive just gotten a new kitchen countertop and sink.     I never post reviews, but the service I received today from Don at Plumbing Mastered absolutely demands recognition. After some sub-par experiences, as well as outrageous prices/quotes, with other plumbers for relatively minor issues, I searched Google extensively for someone to address a new pinhole leak in our basement. Don’s perfect reviews caught my eye and I submitted via the online form for an estimate.Within an hour, he called me personally to explain the estimate process and to invite me to schedule an appointment; the next available was the next morning first thing. He assured me the estimate was free (another bonus after being charged fees for such a thing previously).He called the morning of my appointment, ahead of his arrival, with the expected window and arrived exactly on time. Don was exceptional. He listened carefully to my concerns, explained his process and pricing thoroughly, and gave me time to call and confirm the plan with my partner before we moved forward. His pricing was beyond fair and the work was done impeccably. He let me know each of the steps along the way and explained in great detail how the warranty on parts and labor worked. He provided before and after photos of the work as part of the invoice, for my own records.The entire time, Don was so kind, patient, and clearly a master in his skill!     Mr. Don is absolutely remarkable.*If you live in a typical Columbia Townhouse you know the struggle. There is absolutely no room for error.Our hot water heater was dying, if the ignition sensor failed our hot water heater would just *leak gas* into the house. No warning - No alarm.We called around in a panic and requested/received quotes for a unit and for consistency it was always the same mfg, size and warranty - quotes ranged from $12k to $16k (See the bottom of post for details). At that price we were 100% committed to taking cold showers all winter long.We then called Plumbing Mastered since they are *actually local* (not just serves this area). Mr. Don sized up our issue, listened to our concerns and gave us a completely itemized proposal versus a vague quote.Mr Don then came out to our house within 48hrs with a new unit, installed it, and removed the old one. He took impeccable care with our house, pets and shared property.     Don Little from Master Plumber replaced my water heater. He did a superb job, as he worked very professional, totally clean and very transparent with the budget, telling you ex ante how much any type of work would cost and the warranty time for the work. I ire him again to replace my inside main water valve and in addition to the same qualifications I mentioned before, he responded and accommodated his schedule to attend my request very rapidly. I also recommended him with a friend of mine to do a complicated water leak repairment. He responded very quickly and professionally and did a very clean work.     My in-laws needed to upgrade their water heater so I looked on google reviews and found Plumbing Mastered based on excellent reviews and also being a local business, which I like to support. Everything was on time and communication was excellent. No paperwork needed as everything was done electronically which made things efficient. Don was super professional and the work was impeccably neat and clean. Don made sure the house stayed clean (drop clothes, booties, etc) and wiped everything down to make sure he left the work area spotless. Cant recommend Don and his company enough.     I had the pleasure of working with Mr Little for some plumbing work we needed in the Baltimore area. He is prompt, professional and his price is great compared to other companies. He communicated with us throughout the project, obtained permits for the work he did and explained everything to us.     I had a faulty hot water heater, called Plumbing Mastered one day and they were there the next day to provide a transparent quote, and then replaced the hot water heater the same day.     Best plumber in the Columbia area!We called Plumbing Mastered on our neighbors recommendation because they had a great experience with them; their first visit they gave us an estimate for something and while they were there they helped us out with a small little problem and didnt even charge us!We just reached out again (after that first fantastic experience) to replace our garbage disposal. WOW! Thats all I can say.They showed up right on time, they were refreshingly transparent about their upcharge for parts, completely honest and straightforward about what we needed to do, and very open and upfront about their recommendations. Very reasonable rates too! Not the cheapest, by far not the most expensive.The work was done pretty fast, on the same day, and I couldnt be happier with the results. Not only is the new disposal much nicer than our previous one (on their recommendation) but the installation was done so professionally I couldnt wait to leave this review. I dont know much about plumbing, thats why we hire a plumber, right? However, even without knowing, you can tell good work from bad work, clean cuts, clean connections, I dont mean just literally clean from dirt but clean in the sense that everything looks like it fits perfectly, hermetically sealed, looks like its bespoke, custom made for the space even though its not.Anyway, the point is that I genuinely have never come across a plumber that is so professional, straight forward, honest, and does such good work before. I can honestly say Plumbing Mastered is a gem when it comes to the service industry!

    The plummer rearranged his schedule to fit me in for my elderly mother who had her toilet clogged with water leaking from the floor and the wall. He came early in the morning as promised, showed me what he doing at every step and explained in detail exactly what needed to be done and gave me estimates for everything. The work was done very fast and he took pictures of all the finished work and even applied a senior discount for my mother.     Run to this company when youre in a jam!! This local company far exceeded my experiences with largely advertised franchises. I talked to several plumbers before calling PM. I wish I had called them a year ago. They enter your home with care and transparency in pricing. They provided me the best estimate of anyone else I called, showed up the next day and got it done. Plus I thought I needed a faucet repaired. Nope just a tiny part instead. He did it for free when he couldve just offered to rip the whole thing out for a higher invoice. PM is the kind of business I wish was common in home repair contracting. If they branched into to remodeling or general contracting Id be first in line for all my repairs. Thank you PM!!!

    Had a great experience with Don from Plumbing Mastered! Was pretty overwhelmed when we realized our ancient hot water tank was leaking. Don was able to come out to give us a quote next day, source a new unit, and do all the installation the same week.     They were the third plumber we had to come out and troubleshoot a hot water issue with our soaker tub in our master bath. The others wanted to tear up our bathroom tile which didnt make sense to us as it is a new home and there had to be another solution. Our rep from Plumbing Mastered troubleshot the issue in a logical professional manner and found the problem and fixed it in less than a day. We had been going back and forth with the other plumbers for over 2 months on this issue and were not happy and asked that they not come back. The Reprehensive from Pluming Mastered was up front and honest about best and worse case scenario for our problem and resolved it and a more than satisfactory and timely manner. I would recommend them to everyone I know and this is why we are writing this review.

    Don came out yesterday to fix a water leak. He was sent by insurance and he was our second plumber to come out that day. The first plumber (from a different company) took an hour and misdiagnosed the issue and didnt listen to me. He recommended a fix to me that wouldnt have solved the leak issue.On the other hand, Don listened to me and found the leak within 5 minutes and showed it to us. We were impressed by his intelligence and great communication. He told us he is a licensed master plumber in several counties and has more than 20 years of experience in plumbing. He looks young but dont let that fool you!We will definitely call him again if theres another issue. He doesnt over charge and he was personable, honest, and excellent at his work. Highly recommend!

    Theres no service quite like the service you get from the owner of a small business.     I recently contacted Dan after hearing what sounded like leaking on the first floor whenever we used the kitchen on the second floor. From the first call, Dan was polite, professional, and arrived exactly when he said he would. He carefully inspected the issue and explained in detail that it wasn’t a leak - just normal plumbing noise - so there was nothing to worry about. Dan didn’t charge me for the visit, which was a pleasant surprise.While he was there, Dan went above and beyond by checking our plumbing near the water heater and discovered a small leak we weren’t even aware of. He tightened the valve bolts at no extra cost and provided a detailed explanation of the issue. He also recommended replacing the main and secondary water valves and the pressure regulator, giving us a fair and transparent online quote. Dan even made time in his schedule to return first thing the next morning to complete the repairs.We are also considering hiring Dan to replace our water heater because of how trustworthy and thorough he has been. Highly recommend Dan for any plumbing needs - professional, honest, and extremely knowledgeable!
