Plumbsquads fixed some older pipes under my older house that were in very bad condition. They were on time, knowledgeable, and personable. I was not just another dollar figure call. We had a pipe burst that was connected to our water spigot outside and water was shooting out into our lawn. We rent, so we called our management company but they were less than helpful. We decided to take matters into our own hands and are so happy we did. Plumbsquads told us what to do to get the water to stop until they could get out here and fix it. They were upfront with tue emergency/weekend charges, and before starting work let us know it was going to be a little more than quoted for. They had everything fixed and running within two hours. Good timely response as well as great work with a busted pipe under the house they managed to fix it within an hour while providing better than previously done by other companies. The other company decided to lay my water waste pipe on top of my air system in our crawlspace resulting from pressure being applied to the pipe to break one of the fittings and spilling water and waste all over. In the end the pipe was fixed as well as proper space between obstructions.

Christophe was professional and understood the urgency of the water leak. He cleared his schedule to come right away. The other plumbers I spoke with would not do that. He was true to his word and arrived about an hour later. Moreover, he and his team knew how to fix it swiftly, cleaning up the previous plumbers poor work. He had pictures and kept me updated the whole time. Prices were reasonable and I will definitely call them again. I appreciate their work.
