I called Crew Plumbing for a water leak under my house. They told me they will come by later that day at 3:30. Kevin called me 30 minutes before the appointment to let me know he was on the way. Kevin was on prompt and on time. He fixed the leak and made sure there were no other issues under the house. I would highly recommend them!!

This was my first time using this plumbing company and I can say they have gained a lifetime customer! Kevin was absolutely amazing! He was prompt, professional, and up front with what was going on. I dont usually bother to write reviews but these guys are amazing! Kevin installed a new toilet for me that I bought from Lowes. It turned out that the toilet was damaged and had a leak so he came back to try to fix it. When it couldnt be fixed I bought a new one and he came over to take out the defective one and install the second one even though he had already put in a full days work somewhere else--all for the original installation price. In the past, Kyle (Kevins son) has helped me out with other stuff and he was equally wonderful. I think this is the first time Ive worked with plumbers that I have absolute trust in--I know they will do a great job and they wont try to get me to do unnecessary work or pay more than I have to like some folks I have hired in the past. They are just sincerely nice guys (a father/son team) who take pride in their work. I cant recommend them enough--if I could give them more stars I would.

Had a great experience with Crew Plumbing. Erin called me back promptly and was polite and courteous on the phone. She were great about scheduling a time for the plumber to arrive, and called me in advance to let me know the plumber was on his way. Kevin was our plumber. He showed up exactly when he was supposed to, was clean and polite and enjoyable to be around (weve have had some recent experience with some other very sketchy plumbers). Parts had to be ordered to complete my job and Erin called me back within a few hours to give me an estimate on the parts and schedule the work. Kevin came back out a few days later to finish the job. Once again, everything was done on schedule as promised with great quality and workmanship. This entire experience was extremely pleasant and I would HIGHLY recommend Crew Plumbing to anyone for all of their plumbing needs!

Had a great experience with Crew Plumbing. We had a new requirement given to us by our homeowners insurance to get an inspection done on our pipes despite our house being less than 10 years old and not having plumbing issues. Crew was one of the few companies that answered the phone immediately when called and were able to provide information and ended up having somebody come see us as soon as our schedule. Courteous and professional from start to finish. Almost forgot to mention that Erin (forgive me if this is misspelled) was awesome.

This company is upfront with all pricing. If they came across something unforeseen they explained what they saw and how to fix it. They truly have compassion for the customer. I needed my electrical panel changed out due to having an old faulty panel. They came out and handled this promptly and professionally. A couple months later I had an issue with my HVAC system and they were there the same day. Chris and Kevin have always done an amazing job. I’m having them back to replace some faucets and my toilets next week. Best company in Columbia no one can compare.

We have had Crew Plumbing twice. Once to fix a leaking outdoor faucet and today to have a new faucet put in the kitchen. I was running late for the appointment today and saw the truck pulling away as I drove up. I waved and flashed my lights and Sam turned around and came in and installed our new faucet. How impressive! This company makes appointments, keeps them and even waited for me for 10 minutes, saw I was home and came back! Wow! That is customer service! I recommend Crew Plumbing very highly. They are professional, courteous, and have great customer service.

After receiving a crazy high water bill, I called Crew to see if they could inspect our plumbing to make sure we didn’t have any hidden leaks. They managed to squeeze me in the same day, which I really appreciated since I wanted to address the issue quickly in case there was a serious problem. The gentlemen from Crew were courteous and professional, and did not at all seem rushed to finish up and get out even though they came after hours. They did a thorough job inspecting everything and even showed me how to check the meter for signs of leaks myself. They really went above and beyond. I would recommend them to anyone!

I had seen their van in my area and googled them, reading the great reviews, then placing the call. Erin is so pleasant on the phone and very helpful! Sam worked on the odor problem under my kitchen sink, and abated it somewhat. Calling them again, Kevin did one more thing, and problem fixed! I have recommended them to my friends and this companys phone number is now in my cell phone. Nice people who are genuinely anxious ready to help you.

I tried to replace my tub drain and it ended up being corroded and falling apart with the lower part stuck in the drain shoe. Rather than risk damaging the pipes and ending up with a huge problem, I decided to call Crew Plumbing and boy am I glad I did. First, I called around 5:30pm on a Friday expecting to wait until Monday for a plumber to show up. They were at my house within an hour (!) and had the old drain removed and the new one installed 30 minutes later. Kevin and his apprentice (Anthony I think) were incredibly polite, professional, and efficient. Having tried several plumbers in the area previously with less than stellar results, this was a fantastic and surprising experience. I found my new go-to plumbing service.

Weve been dealing with water flow issues for a long time. Crew plumbing came out and leveraged some of the digging and investigating i had done and were able to find a buried PRV that had eluded me for a long time. Erin who answers and schedules the trucks is extremely nice and understanding. The plumbers estimates are done on the spot and are very reasonable. Ive used them on another plumbing issue and he went beyond the problem, inspecting and adjusting making sure everything was in good order and would not create a problem in the future. Our hot water heat broke on a Friday afternoon and I could not find anyone to come out and fix it. After trying several other local businesses, Crew Plumbing was able to help. They stayed late (until after 10 pm) to make sure that our hot water was fixed and working again. We have a newborn and a seven year old so it really meant a lot to us that they took the time to help us. Doing business with Kevin and his staff has been quite positive! He himself oversaw everything done by coming back and checking and in some cases making it right. It has involved a patched waterline leak, installation of a toilet, repair or same toilet whose innards blew out because of high water pressure, location and replacement of pressure valve. There was much communication and consultation even when I had limited phone availability and was out of town. And he has absorbed some of my cost. I highly recommend this plumbing place!

I frantically dug through the tool box for the water key for the meter. Then I called Crew Plumbing as my neighbor recommended and by 7:15, the plumbers had come and fixed plumbing issue and left. They were prompt, professional, and affordable to boot.

Sam was an excellent problem solver. Crew was the 2nd or 3rd plumber Ive called in the last year for intermittent stopping up in the kitchen sink and dishwasher. He was the 1st to figure out the actual cause: it looks like the drain field of my gray water well has failed. He carefully checked every part from drain to septic box. Sam was thorough and an excellent problem solver. Based on the reasonable cost to fix the leak under the sink the pressure caused, Im expecting the estimate to tie into my main septic to be reasonable. Based on how good Sam was, I expect the job will be well done. I love that he will be the one from the company doing all the work on the house too.

I used Crew Plumbing LLC. Our first contact was for a few simple repairs, which Kevin handled well. We have since had him back for other minor repairs. When the freeze hit January 5th and 6th Kevin had spent two days repairing 9 major leaks, most in our vary small crawl space. He was totally professional and stayed on the job until it was done. It cost a pretty penny but was very fair for the amount of time and work. I have Crew on speed dial.
