    Had an emergency situation: outside spigot broke off and there was no shutoff for it under the house. I called Meetze and they had someone out in an hour. I got a quote for the repair and for a new water heater (I was actually getting ready to replace it but after the broken spigot I gave up on the idea of DIY). 4 hours later, I had a new spigot with a shutoff on the pipe, and a new heater with new heater hut and all piping (except the original gas line) replaced. It was a bit spendy, but I feel that the quality of the the work, having it all done by a professional, and their 6 year warranty made it well worth it.

    James was great and gave the gas logs a good bill of health and discovered the gas log instructions under the lava rocks and gas logs.The logs were not in the right place and he moved them to the correct placeHe listened to all the stuff and people who have come through with the heating and air and agreed with me we need more returns that were cut off by Carolina Conditions when they installed our new HVAC system.I felt very well taken care of. Gas deserves respect. And we want to be careful. I am happy he came today. Thanks.We just bought this house in 2021. And many of what the seller did to this house have been problems we have needed to address.

    Zach was on time with a smile. The entire time which turned into 5 and a half hours of time spent. Zach never changed. As he began to work he had to give me bad news about my repair. Which was given with grace and we agreed on the repairs needed. He was super great! I am so impressed with a young man with a positive attitude and his professionalism. Thank you Meetze for the wonderful job that was done. My repairs are complete and I am carefree. I will be using Meetze again and referring their services.

    Considering that any sort of plumbing problem is not a happy experience for anyone. I am incredibly thankful for the service that was provided by Meetze and their tech Ivan who came ooutTheir customer service over the phone was great. They were courteous and understanding , very informative and maintained good communication throughout our experience.Our tech was honest and upfront about our situation. Addressed our questions, concerns and was incredibly knowledgeable. We unfortunately discovered that the issue was much bigger than predicted. However, Ivan was able to set up a temporary solution that would allow us some normalcy till their install team can come out and address the bigger problem.Im not looking forward to the work that needs to be done , but I am looking forward to working with the Meets team again. I greatly appreciate whats been done thus far and am optimistic that the continued service will be similar if not better.

    Zach was excellent! He explained what needed to be done and gave me options to keep within my budget and still resolve the issue. I’ll be contacting Meetze for future work for other items that Zach quoted me on. He was thorough with going over everything with me so I understood the work and appreciated very much his patience with my questions. He wasn’t pushy with trying to sell me anything which I also appreciated. Overall I give Zach a 12 out of 10 for his exceptional customer service and helping me feel at ease with the work that had to be done!

    James Eubanks and his technician, David, were awesome and went well above and beyond to service my plumbing needs. I was concerned that my water heater was breaking down and about to start leaking. A friend advised me to call Meetze Plumbing. I did. I called and was immediately given a time for the same day when they could come out and provide service. James was on time, very polite and pleasant. I really appreciated the wearing of masks and shoe slippers. James assessed my problem. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He gave me many options to replace my current failing water heater which was housed inside my home in a closet. I truly appreciate the time he took in finding the best solution to my problem. He even took the time to look for ways to reduce the cost. I love that there was no bait and switch with the cost. He was honest and true to his word with the pricing. James promptly returned the next day to begin the work agreed upon. He was efficient, detailed and thorough. He explained everything he was doing in simple terms making sure I understood all that he was doing. He worked tirelessly for about 10 hours until the work was completed. I have a new hybrid water heater in my garage. Thank you James. When he was finished, he cleaned my garage and even moved some folding chairs to my attic. Pictures were taken of the work and emailed to me. I will always call on James from Meetze Plumbing for my plumbing needs. Awesome!! Thank you!!

    Willie was very punctual. He was very knowledgeable about the water heater repair. Willie was fast and efficient. He had the best manners. This was a Sunday call and he tried less expensive measures before settling for our final solution. Thanks for another great experience with Meetze

    We came home Saturday from a week at the beach to no hot water in our house. We then realized it wasn’t our hot water heater, we had a leak under our slab. Due to the location of the leak we tried to fix it ourselves, but with no luck. So we called the people we trust, Meetze Plumbing. They worked hard Sunday and Monday to try and fix it, and could have… but knowing our pipes were in horrible shape, they suggested re-piping our home… and boy am I glad they did. Not only was it the best option, but it saved us money in the long run, and they did WONDERFUL work! We had no water, but they made sure we were taken care of immediately... and made sure we had water, to get by, during this crisis. It took them a day and half to re-pipe our house, and they did an excellent job. By Thursday we were back to normal. Did I say they did an excellent job!! They were very polite, knowledgeable, neat, and I could tell they really cared about us. When they were finished they saved us even more money by coming up with less expansive ways. We have nothing but kind words to say about them and we highly recommend them!Thank YOU Dale, Andy, Ricky, Willie, Lee, Josh… I know I’m leaving out a few, so thank you to ALL the awesome guys who worked hard for us (you know who you are!) and gave us our peace of mind.     I called on Friday evening and the lady was very nice and set up an appointment for this morning (Saturday). She also called this morning to make sure we still wanted to keep the appointment. After I confirmed we did, Garrett sent me a text with his picture. I really appreciated that. Garrett was very professional and very polite.     Customer service and sense of urgency was excellent (they fit me in quickly when they had no appts available - water leak). The technician was on time, professional, trustworthy, did an excellent job, and was a really great guy. He fixed the toilet supply line and I was going to repair the toilet valve myself, but when he was finished, found out that he did it for me already with my part that was in the bathroom! I highly recommend Meetze (and Willie/ technician), and is the only plumber that I will be using in the future.

    We were very fortunate to have had David Northern as our technician/plumber. David came by the day before to assess our broken water heater. At that time he explained in great detail our options to replace our water heater. David is extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He took his time with his explanations making sure we understood our options and he answered all of our questions; he really knows his trade/job. The next morning he and his apprentice, Jason, showed up ready to work. Luckily my husband was off of work and was able to ask David some questions along the way. The job David did was phenomenal. Everything was perfect; he and Jason left all their areas clean and picked up. We appreciate professional employees like David Northern. We will definitely use Meetze for all our plumbing needs and we will definitely request David Northern again to work at our home. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable and was able to fix the issue and recommend a repair plan to prevent this issue from happening again. Jay went above and beyond my expectations for this visit, I would happily do business with Meetze again.

    Sean did a great job of working on our drain problems. The problems turned out to require some later structural work, but Sean worked very hard and diligently to resolve the drainage problems. It was a very hot day, but this did not deter him from woking in the crawl space and other difficult places. We were very pleased with his work and look forward to further remedial services by Meetze Plumbing.I wrote a subsequent review about Meetze which does not show up here. After Seans work, another Meetze representative came to our house on another drainage problem and wanted over $5,000 to replace a drainage line to the street. We declined, hired another contractor to clean out the line and ended up paying $270.00 to solve the problem.

    Zach was very nice and pleasant. Zach was thorough and he made sure my faucet was not leaking. He explained everything that he was doing in a way that we would understand. He took his time and made sure we were okay with the work he had completed. Although Zach installed our faucet, he took the time to call a company (Superior and others) to get a price for a new fireplace screen. He told us that the companies no longer carry the fireplace screen that we have. Zach is the BEST and I would recommend him to everyone that need their plumbing fixed or replaced.

    When my water heater began leaking, I knew I needed a quick response with quick turn around for repairing it. Ive been burnt in the past by word of mouth plumbers who either showed late, didnt completely do the work as I needed it, or had to come back to fix something they messed up. So I went with a bigger name business of Meetze Plumbing. This company really has the communication part down. They let me know the time frame of when a tech would show up, as well as a courtesy call ahead letting me know the tech is actually on his way. So I was able to plan accordingly rather than wondering when someone would show. When David arrived, he was extremely polite and professional and really knew his stuff. He didnt try to BS me with anything, but laid it all out in an extremely courteous way that I understood, rather than give me a lot of technical jargon. I asked tons of questions which he answered and because of his professionalism, I decided to go with this company, specifically David and Chris, with replacing my dead water heater for a tankless. They completed the job the next day...were overly nice and clean and went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with their work. I cant recommend this company enough, and more specifically David and Chris. Well done guys, youve made a very happy and satisfied customer out of me!

    I discovered a leak near my water meter on a Saturday morning. The city told me it was on my side, so I was responsible for the repair. The lady I spoke with at Meetze (who was very friendly) was able to get me scheduled for that afternoon. The technician Kevin came out and took care of the repair. He also gave me estimates on a few other things I am wanting to have done. I would highly recommend Meetze. They do excellent work, and their employees are personable friendly people.

    Chandler was very respectful and helpful. Both of the workmen were amazing and finished the install of our water heater in about 4 hours.     I am thoroughly pleased with the services provided by Preston of Meetze Plumbing. Preston was very courteous and patiently explained the problems and options. I was comfortable with the decision I made to replace my old malfunctioning kitchen sink faucet and powder room toilet.I have had a new kitchen sink faucet installed before, but it NEVER functioned as well as the one installed today.With the issue confirmed with the toilet, I decided to replace it with a taller one. I did not have to wait a second day. No more leaking toilet with water everywhere.After the assessment review, both issues were resolved in approximately 2 hours. Having quality supplies ready to install was perfect for saving MY time. I appreciate the efficient, quality plumbing services completed at my home today. Needless to say as a satisfied customer, I will recommend Meetze Plumbing.

    We had our gas log fireplace serviced by Meetze Plumbing. They were recommended by Suburban Propane. We were pleased to be able to have the service performed quickly as many places who service gas logs are booked up once cold weather hits. They were able to put us on the calendar in a little over a week. The technicians that came were very professional and friendly. They were taking safety precautions and wore masks. They also wore foot protection. We were concerned about having the embers replaced as the person who set up the appointment was unfamiliar with this and said they only replace logs. Fortunately the technician, Shepherd, knew exactly what we were talking about and assured us that it was part of their service. They were very thorough in both cleaning up the fireplace, wiping down the glass doors and even vacuuming the fireplace screen. Shepherd had taken the logs out to clean and when he replaced them, he added plenty of embers. The fire looks lovely. He also replaced the batteries in the remote. We are very pleased with the performance of the technicians.

    These guys are the best! Twice now Ive been in a bind and Meetze Plumbing has bailed me out. There is a reason they have 5 stars with 1000+ reviews.1. I had a property-side water leak that drove my water bill up 250%. A technician came out within 48 hours of calling and quickly identified the leak. He fixed the leak and installed a new pressure valve - all in about 3 hours. I now have a $200+ credit with the city after sending in my repair invoice which the technician provided.2. Water heater decided to break the morning I was leaving town. Two technicians met me at my house the literal hour that I returned from my trip. They had a new water heater installed same day in less than 2.5 hours.

    Company was very flexible with my service time when my early medical appointment ran longer than I had expected.     We received our water bill on the 23rd of Dec and noticed a $200 jump in it. After checking the house for leaks, finding none, and the water company saying we were losing about 10 -11 gal/hour, we called Meetze based on a recommendation from a friend. They scheduled us in for the next day, Christmas Eve! The plumber who came out, Paul Slifkin, was prompt, personable, knowledgeable and professional. He checked all the appliances and pipes in the house and was able to determine it was a leak in the main line. He provided a reasonable estimate and our service was scheduled for today. Again, arrived promptly, worked efficiently, showed us the leak and replaced the pipe, placing it at a deeper level than the previous one which was quite shallow. Also, replace the spigot and gave us a new shutoff closer to the house. Left our yard neat after the work and was pleasant to work with. Would definitely recommend and use Meetze in the future if we need to!

    James replaced a smaller crawl space electric water heater with an external full size 50 gallon electric water heater using a Hot Box mounted to the external of the house. It was the perfect solution to an age old problem with the house. James presented several options, costs, and went to work after we settled on the best option for my family. Was impressed with the high quality workmanship, water tank, and quality of materials used (copper piping and brass ball valves. Very large job that required rerouting electrical and plumbing , leveling the ground, mounting the hot box, and took hours. Very happy with results.

    My client is under contract on a house that needed a general plumbing inspection. As the buyer, they offer a great package for inspections that includes a discount if they come back out once the buyer has purchased the house and fix the repairs they estimated, which was appealing to my client. They showed up exactly on time and Willie, the technician, was extremely professional and personable. He updated us on everything as he went and double checked all of our concerns without a hassle, even when he was sure he didnt find anything the first time. Its also worth mentioning that we had several inspections on this property where the contractors, inspectors, and seller said a shower fixture was defective, just for Willie to find out that the fixture had a unique way it had to be turned on! Five people said it was broken and Willie noticed the unique aspect fairly quickly. Saved my client a lot of money on that in the long run. Would highly recommend and use again.

    Main water line was broken due to poor construction from builder.     I had multiple leaks with the biggest one being the value to the hot water heater. The valve was almost 40 years old and corroded. It was also located in a very tight work space. We had to cut the water off at the outside meter due to the leak on Friday. My Plumber did not return my call on Friday. So on Friday and Saturday, I had no water, hot or call. I saw Meetze was open on Saturday so I called. They sent Garrett Shealy out in about an hour. Garrett was wonderfull. He assessed the leak and another problem I had, gave me a price and fixed it promptly. I can represent to you that Garret is very, very knowledgeable, and did an excellent and very neat job. In addition, he has the perfect personality and communication skills. He did not know it, but because of my occupatioin, I talk a lot, tell stories and ask quesitons. I do this to test people and find out about about their personalities. Garrett passed with flyiing colors. Turns out it was soldered in to a 1/2” copper pipe and I ended up looking at a bare 1/2” copper pipe. Meetze had Dylan come out within 45 min and was back up and running with a new faucet and water back on a few hours later. Much appreciated (especially my wife)!

    3/10/2021 - New visit/different issue — Kevin Barefoot with Meetz Plumbing is not only skilled but very honest. He figured out a way to fix one of my showers that saved me $600. Not only eliminated the drip, but now have good pressure in both showers for about half of what I thought I would have to pay. He offered repair options addressing the immediate leak but also mitigating future issues by reducing the water pressure coming into the home.     I originally called because of a leak under my house coming from kitchen sink. The nice, friendly guys went under the house and said that the old drain pipes should all be replaced, to which I agreed…to over 10k. I bought 2 new toilets on my own and one from Meetze. These were installed satisfactorily.When everything was finished, nick came out to check the job to be sure everything was working properly. The problem that I originally called about, two weeks prior, the leak, had not been fixed. So the workers had to come back in, bore a hole Under the sink to get to the leak. It is now working.The end result was ok but I’m glad I was there to check behind them, because one of the commodes had to be reset because it would move when one sat on it. Plus, the commodes would continue running when flushed (I will say that this was on the 2 that I bought. They fixed that.I can’t go under the house to checkout the work. I just pRay that everything is in order. All of the workers were nice, answered any questions, and nickSeemed to be on top of this expensive project.I would like to have a breakdown of this job for my records, please.

Mitch hand dug a huge hole to get down into the pipe and had to cut the old brass fittings to replace the leaking part.     Chandler and Josh removed an old drinking water system that had been an eyesore and source of clutter for over two years. I was expecting to just get an estimate, but they actually started right away and were done in about 3 hours.
