    I gave Best Choice Plumbers 5 stars because they were able to help me within one day and even came to my house on a Saturday with no extra charge. Dean the technician was very personable and professional. He informed me of things about my disposal as he was installing a new one and even told me other things that were plumbing related. I was so happy to not have to take off from work to get this work done and there is no pressure to buy the best and biggest which I appreciated it. I will definitely call Best Choice Plumbers in the future. I also appreciated how personable and helpful Heidi was when I placed my call. I was blown away when she said the technician could come out on Saturday at no extra charge! Dean explained things to me as he went along and gave me options. I am very happy with the service he provided! He even vacuumed up after himself and wore slip overs on his shoes. Truly a class company and worth the money!

    Im very impressed with Best Choice Plumbers. I called and spoke with Heidi to schedule an estimate. she was very nice and even sent an email with a picture of who would be coming to the house (Gary), which included reviews from past customers. Gary showed up on time for the estimate and on the day of the work. Both Gary and his helper were very courteous and professional. I felt comfortable with them doing the work in my home while I was at work and my wife was home. My wife was impressed with how polite they were and how they explained the work they would be doing. When they were finished, they left the work area clean. When I got home from work, I looked at everything and was impressed with their work. Im very particular and could tell they took their time to do things right. Its nice to find a contractor that takes pride in their work and that treats your home and you with respect. Well definitely be using Best Choice Plumbers for our future plumbing needs. Thanks!

    Justin E. with Best Choice Plumbers provided excellent plumbing service. As a young professional, Justin was very kind, respectful, knowledgeable and addressed all of our questions and gained our trust immediately. Justin spotted our plumbing issue and began repairs right away. His work was thorough and he explained the plumbing issue to our understanding. Great service overall.

    Stanley was excellent. He came on time, diagnosed our problem, gave me an estimate, and repaired it, all within an hour. He was respectful and polite (we maintain a shoe-free household and he brought shoe covers). He explained what he was doing thoroughly. One problem is that this company doesnt have 24 hour service, but we called at the end of the day before, and they gave us advice about what to do until the plumber could arrive.

    Tom showed up on time, was very professional, and gave us a very thorough quote before doing any work. He did an excellent job on the repairs and cleaned up afterwards. We are VERY happy with the results. Could we have paid less by going to Home Depot and watching DIY videos on YouTube? Sure. But Tom did in an hour what would have taken us a full weekend or more. We paid for a professional and we got professional results. Also, thanks to Heidi for being so friendly and helpful with scheduling the appointment.

    Quality same day service on replacing a water heaterMy hot water heater of 22 years broke. They sent out Tom to have a look. It needed replacing, and they had a replacement on hand. They walked me through various pricing options I had and code upgrades I had to have performed, and they were done within a few hours.The water in my house is nice and hot now.Since then I have had Tom and Best Choice Plumbers out two additional times and both times they have been able to resolve my plumbing woes.

    My plumber Tom was excellent. He was on time, professional, and very clean (he put on shoe covers and did not leave a mess). He thoroughly explained the process to me, diagnosed the problem quickly, quoted a fair price, and fixed the problem swiftly. He also taught me how to turn off the water shut off for the house and tagged it so I can find it in the future. He checked my water heater and gave me a coupon if it breaks (it is old). He was polite and clearly explained the reason for my kitchen leak in a way I could understand. Before he arrived the office called to tell me his eta which was nice.     My experience was really wonderful. Its so nice to speak with a human when I ring up a number. The lady who took my call was very polite, professional, and helpful I have forgotten her name. I called on March21 around 4pm. She scheduled an appointment for me the next day at 12:30. I received a call from her at 11:45 letting me know that she had just dispatched the plumber, Brian S., to my home from Columbia and that he would arrive in about 30-45 minutes. Brian arrived on time and appeared very professional and friendly. He wore slippers over his shoes before entering our home. He diagnosed the problem and created 2 proposals for my consideration. First to replace the leaking faucet. Second to rebuild and repair the existing faucet. We elected to repair. He offered a maintenance contract. He also offered probiotics for my drains. Both very nice and necessary options. I will definitely use and recommend Best Choice Plummers in the future.Brian S. and the receptionist/dispatcher (on duty 3/21 afternoon) deserve a BIG RAISE

    Mr. Barry was my technician. I had a leak in the laundry room and come to find out it was my hot water heater and it needed replaced. He took his time and replaced it for me and was absolutely a joy. I will absolutely recommend best choice for all your plumbing needs

    Tom, Heidi, Sandy-- everyone Ive dealt with at Best Choice made a disaster far more manageable than it could have been. We had a busted service line in our rental property that flooded the backyard. Sandy had a crew out to start the repair within 24 hours and a day later everything was done. They left no mess-- in fact the yard looked BETTER after they left than it had before they dug the big hole! While at the house, Sandy pointed out that hot water heater was ancient and leaking. Tom came a week later to replace it and some damaged pipes and did a complete walk through of the house to double check for any other issues. We are now up to date and code compliant. Very grateful for how nice and helpful they all are. Highly recommend and will use them again!

    When I called, they had a man on site within 1/2 an hour. Tom was very smart about the issue and diagnosed it immediately. I recommended a couple of other things and he performed them with no issue whatsoever. He was very personable and courteous.     Thomas was very knowledgeable and pointed out a few things that were needed in order to bring our water heater up to code. Because the removal and installation of the water heater required moving our furnace due to space restrictions, we ended up not choosing Best Choice, however I would recommend their services to anyone needing plumbing needs.

    Gary from Best Choice Plumbers helped me after my basement toilet overflowed on Christmas Eve without even being used. Gary made sure I understood what he was going to do to investigate the cause of the problem, then updated me and explained what he had found so I could fully understand the problem. He suggested ways to help prevent issues in the future. Gary wasnt remotely rushed to hurry up to the next stop on his list like many people are these days. He spent enough time that I felt genuinely valued by the company as a customer and believe the issue was in the best hands possible.

    Best Choice was able to come out to fix/replace my failed power vent water heater within 24 hours. It was replaced that same day. David Landsman worked very hard to install the new appliance in a tight area with few options. This took about 6 hours.However, I had no idea that it would cost nearly $5,000. I realize that about $1,000 was for a device mandated by Montgomery County. Also labor costs are, The old water heater was 18 years old and cost $1,700 in 1997.I hope I get another 18 years use of this new water heater.Thanks again to David Landsman and Best Choice Plumbers

    This is the second time Ive used Best Choice and both times the service has been prompt and professional. This latest time, I needed new valves for my shower faucets. Because its an old house, the current valves were discontinued, but the plumber made the extra effort to search around for a valve that would fit my fixtures. I was very grateful that he was able to solve my problem without resorting to a more costly alternative.

    If there is one thing that I cant stand, is when somebody comes to your home and just starts working without telling me what he is doing and why.     I was very surprised and impressed with the service today. I called Best Choice Plumbers today (12/31/18) expecting to get an appointment for after the new year. However, the woman I spoke with on the phone assured me that a technician would be available to come out today. I asked if they were licensed/bonded/insured and she provided me with all applicable information for my home insurance company. Justine, the tech came out and was very professional. He explained everything clearly so I (non-plumber) could understand what the issue was and the method to fix it. As a customer we usually don’t feel good about spending the money to get things fixed even if we know we need it. Today I felt good about spending my money to get the issue resolved. I called many companies today and Best Choice Plumbers made time for me. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services.     We had our water heater blow out and flood half of our basement overnight. The people at Best Choice Plumbing were amazing in getting some one out fast to help fix the issue and make sure everything was working properly. Our technician, John Pedrick, was fantastic in explaining what had gone wrong and walked us through how he was going to fix it, without major interruption. The water heater was fixed that day as we all as improvements to our water pressure and cleaning out the system for calcium and sentiment buildup.He was professional, personable and efficient. I will 100% be calling John, and Best Choice Plumbers again.

    I had a very positive experience with Tom of Best Choice Plumbing. First of all he arrived on time and listened to me tell my long story of the 4 week history behind my hard to diagnose leak. He diagnosed the leak quickly and worked quickly and efficiently to replace a large section of drain pipe. He also explained to me what he was going to do and was very confident. He did not mind my watching him work. I was very happy with him as my service man and he also cleaned up after his work and left the area looking very good.
