It’s clear that they take pride in their work and care about their customers satisfaction. Compared to other companies I’ve used in the past. A five star experience. Appointment was easy to schedule. Same day service. The office communicated very professionally. When Brandon arrived, he was pleasant and courteous. The clog was located in the sewer pipe under the house. This necessitated taking out the toilet to run the snake through. Brandon correctly diagnosed the problem area and effectively cleared the pipes. I would highly recommend 1-Tom Plumbing services.

Wow! What a blessing to find a company like this. Checked Google and they were the first place I found with all 5 star reviews. Called for service and within the hour, they had someone coming to my house. Brandon was my technician and he was friendly, professional, listened to my concerns and then began investigating the problem. He even put on shoe covers before entering my house. He made suggestions on how to correct my problem, went and got the parts and returned the same day to install. Was very respectable of my property and cleaned everything before leaving. Very satisfied with his service and would highly recommend Brandon and 1-Tom-Plumber to anyone in need.

We called 1-Tom Plumbing after seeing the reviews. We had had a plumber from a different plumbing company augur our recent clogged master bedroom toilet, tell us it was fixed; within the same day, it was clogged again. No Warranty on their work = $350 down the toilet.1-Tom Plumbing got us in quickly. JB came to the rescue; he was friendly, very competent and professional. He explained everything very well. He went above and beyond in his service to us. He explained all the different issues that could be causing the problem and gave us excellent advice. He gave us a written 7 day warranty on the work done so far. We are hoping the auguring done so far will fix the problem and are much happier with his work than that done by the previous company. And when we are ready to do more plumbing we will definitely call 1-Tom-Plumbing. Thank you, JB, and thank you 1-Tom Plumbing!

I was having issues with my toilet clogging and overflowing. When we went to replace it there were roots coming up the line. Brandon and Macon came over and spent the whole day getting the issue resolved. They were so professional and kind. They worked hard to get the job done and make sure it was right. Normally, my husband does all thinking, but now my husband is to ill to do things he would normally do. So he had to break down and call a plumber. And we were blessed. Our guys name is JB. Not only were they fair in their pricing but JB was astronomical. He did a fantastic job and cleaned up when finished. Very polite and joked with my husband.JB also went out of his way and helped me move a heavy table. JB didnt have to but was so kind.I will use this company again and I always want JB. he was very professional and honest. Thats rare now a days.

She told me what time to anticipate the tech and who would be coming to assist. Mike Williams came out the very next day (today Thursday 03/14/24). He was personable and engaging. He asked me what happened then went into explaining the process and then commence to restoring my plumbing services. He also provided some friendly advice on how to sustain my plumbing which I found very helpful. This was a great customer experience. I would certainly use their services in the future. Not only did they keep their commitment to coming to my house, they came on time provided excellent service and the prices were reasonable.

Amazing service. We had a problem with our pump and they responded so fast during after hours, gave us information how to stop the water from overflowing and sent help first thing in the morning. Their technician Dominick Tanner was extremely professional, fast and helpful. Justin and Mo helped out tremendously at our residence in Columbia, SC. Me and my wife just moved to the area and the former residents left the mainline drain clogged with baby wipes. It caused flooding in our master bedroom pretty badly! They were extremely friendly and did a fantastic at repairing our clogged drain quickly and efficiently. Definitely recommend. 5 stars!

The plumbers are not only experts but they are kind and explain everything they are doing. They are upfront about costs and very fairly priced. Devin Bradley was the plumber that did my work today. He arrived on time and even made a trip to Lowe’s when he needed to pick up an additional part to complete the job. He was courteous and professional and completed the job in a timely manner. I also used them for an emergency job after normal business hours and this is what prompted me to use them again. Both technicians did an excellent job. I plan to use them in the future.

We had a drain clog issue that was pretty far down the line. The first company that came out (who I will not throw any Love towards) stated they were unable to unclog the drain and said we would need to replace ALL of our pipes which would run about $4000.Yeah thats a nope. We called in for a second opinion. Enter 1-Tom-Plumber, Mike OShields. Not only did he have a plan but two back up plans just in case - none of which involve replacing any pipes. He was able to get us draining once again for a fraction of the cost of that other company. We couldnt be more pleased! Mike saved the day!

Top tier!!! Although no plumbing problem is ever a good time, these people are absolutely incredible. From beginning to end, these buisness thought it through. Addison answered the phone quickly and was so kind throughout our entire call. I was unsure of the urgency of my issue and she happily listened to the details and was able to triage me and get same day service! Not only that, but in less than an hour. I love their text alert system that not only gives details of your appointment but also the name and a photo of the technician coming out. In todays world— I couldn’t love this more. Mo (Mike O’Sheilds) was the technician assigned to my appointment. Mo had 12/10 customer service and was incredibly knowledgable and personable. An honest guy who makes things easy. He didn’t try and sell me the job. He took the time to educated me on the specific plumbing demographics of our system and gave me the knowledge to make the best decision for our home. Best prices I’ve heard of and discounts out of kindness made by the technician. Valuable advice is included free! Will recommend and call if I ever find myself in another plumbing pickle.. Definitely the best experience I’ve ever had pertaining and talking about sewage. Thanks Mo and Addison.. and whoever in 1TP hired them! Mike came out and fixed my leaky geriatric toilet after my (failed) attempt to install a bidet. Im so happy to have it all up and running! Mike is very professional, super competent, and delightful as well. I will definitely call again should the need arise.

Connor (Brandon) did a great job of determining what our (underground) problem was & got right to work fixing it (after having to dig part of the yard up.) After repairing, he put yard back in place as best it could be with as wet & muddy as it was. He cleaned his work area & even wrapped my hose back where it belonged! He came the day we called and on the front end of the 2 hour window they gave. I received a text with his photo & name when he was on his way to my house. Will definitely use again & recommend to others. Nice to get REAL service (the way it used to be!) Connor is a great employee, knew what he was doing. Also, Meredith was very pleasant & helpful getting us scheduled (same day)

He tried 3 times, and was able to plunge it 😬 he was very professional although I was extremely embarrassed. Definitely would recommend the company to anyone and will be using them in the future - if needed! 👌
