The staff of Smartland is top notch, dealing with Matt, Alex and their crew was a wonderful experience. The brothers who worked on our basement were nothing but trustworthy, hardworking guys. Never once did I feel uncomfortable leaving them alone to work on our basement. They gave us exactly what we wanted, a dream bar for my husband, dream playroom for my children, and dream wine area for myself. We would use them again and highly recommend this company.

We did an entire home renovation with Alex F. and his guys and we had the best experience. We could not have had a more professional and helpful contractor. He was available day and night. Our home turned out magnificent! It was 3 baths, entire kitchen, blowing out walls, reconfiguring rooms.First rate! Alex F is a prince among men. The quality is fantastic and the delivery was on time.

These guys were great to work with. While the job took longer than we\’d anticipated, that was due largely to delays on our end, and more important, it came it at budget! They were good communicators, patient and trustworthy. They also were creative problem solvers! Every team was great, and Alex worked closely with us every step of the way. We couldn’t be happier with the results.

The job did take longer than expected, though the delays were mostly on our end—and, importantly, the project came in on budget. Communication was excellent, and the team came up with some creative ideas that really took the basement remodel to the next level. The end result is even better than we had hoped!

Love my home and everything smartland did! All my friends and family are in love with the house. They used the best features and the design is amazing. My house has a great open floor concept and my master bath is to die for. I have also worked with my builder after the project and he was very easy to work with and communicate with. I’m posting this a year and half after I lived here and everything is working perfectly! Thank you Smartland! I would highly recommend them to anyone for a rehab or new construction.
