    Some hero’s wear capes, some are people who work at Red Royal. He didn’t wear a cape but don’t let that fool you. After countless hours of work during a hurricane he still made time for my customer who is oxygen dependent and desperately needed power restored. He literally saved her life and earned a faithful forever customer. He was beyond amazing and we truly love Casey for what he did today!!!!!

    I cannot put into words my immense satisfaction with this company. Incredibly professional. They emailed me criminal record and a photo of persons that were going to come to my property before they came. Everyone was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. They arranged for every single detail. Their employees are not only professional but also willing to answer any question and show you and explain everything they do in detail. I called dozens of companies before this one and nobody was as professional as these guys. I would highly recommend them.

    Casey did a phenomenal job installing 12 different fixtures for us. 3 are Philips hue recessed that needed box reconstruction. The rest were expensive lights from Restoration Hardware. 3 are fairly heavy glass/crystal cloche pendants over a large island. He went into the attic and was able to provide heavier rated boxes. The other 6 fixtures are sconces in the foyer and master bathroom. Our new home looks amazing now. Id certainly recommend him for his work, work ethic, and friendly attitude.

    Our garage sconces were shattered during Milton and had to be replaced. Casey did a great job switching them for us. We especially appreciated that he cared about the aesthetic of the replacement and helped us clean up the area behind the old sconces so everything looked fresh and new. Quick, efficient and excellent work. We’ll definitely call him next time we need an electrician.

    I highly recommend Red Royal Electric, 5 star is not enough. Everyone is so pleasant and friendly, from the receptionist to the electricians. Steven, Wade and Kirk took such good care of us. There was no delay. After hurricane Helene we had 3 feet of water in our house. They did such a thorough job checking and fixing our electric. If you need a small or large job they are the company to call.

    We called Red Royal a few weeks ago and they sent over George. He was very helpful and thoroughly checked our house as we had issues with our breakers. He explained what needed to be fixed and made sure we understood. He reviewed our quote with us and provided several options based on our budget. After setting my appointment, George and his coworker (Rob, Ron? - Apologies for not remembering your name.) arrived on time on the expected date to complete the work. It was an all day job and they did great. Our electrical is up to code, safe, and neatly done. They made sure to clean up after themselves! Thank you so much!

    This was my first experience with Red Royal Electric. I was in need of a new electrician. Casey was “prompt, professional and very personable”.     Red Royal Electric was wonderful. The receptionist was always very kind on the phone and was helpful in scheduling appointments. Brandon and his team were professional, efficient, and talented. They were able to put up the chandelier in my stairwell -- which was not an easy job with 20 ceilings -- in under an hour! Will definitely use their services in the future if needed.

    We had a new electric panel installed in April which also enabled us to plug a generator into it for power outages. The 1st time that was necessary happened to be for hurricane Milton, the ultimate test, I suppose. At installation this situation was tested and appeared to be a simple process. In actuality things did not go as expected and we were on cords through the windows for a while. Eventually, through a few days of trial and error, most of the house that we wanted on was working. The issue then for us was whether the panel was working correctly, and would everything be OK when the power came back on. We asked for a tech to check it out for us. Victor was the tech. He checked things out and gave a us several tips to make things go more smoothly the next time based on some things I described happening when the generator was 1st plugged in, such as the main breaker being extremely hard to flip, the generator switch being partially blocked, and a number of switches that glowed red when that switch was turned on the 1st time. The tips were appreciated, but I wish we had gotten them, or at least some printed instructions, at installation. If that had happened this might have been a 5 rating. As it was, the rating is a 4 only because the panel is working well now, and Victor went to bat for us and had the service charge waived.

    In less than an hour, Casey installed a Whole House Surge Protector that connected to the main breaker box. His work was excellent as expected and estimated!

    Tim did a great job on the electric for my irrigation project. While on site, he spotted an issue with my pool pump switch that was running very hot and came up with a great solution to combine the electric work needed for my new irrigation pump with the fix for the pool pump. He also took the extra time to facilitate the electric inspection at my property after the job.

    Chad came out after my power went completely out. He gave me a quote, then I got two more electricians out for quotes. I went with Red Royal. Logan came out and turned a disaster panel into a work of art. Plus he added a whole house surge protector so no more troubles. The service was fast, friendly, and that quality was just fine. I highly recommend Red Royal. Thanks guys. Oh and the ladies that book everything for the guys did a great job too. :)

He knew exactly what we wanted and installed perfectly. My second call came after the storm Debby when my She Shed lost power.     My husband and I returned from our evacuation after a hurricane to find a partial power loss in our home. We called Red Royal Electric and scheduled an appointment for a repair. Our service technician Casey arrived on time, got acquainted with us and our dog, listened to our description of our problem and the went immediately the source of the problem. I cannot say “Thank You!” enough for Casey’s knowledge and skill! We will be sure to call Red Royal again when we have another electrical problem. We heartily recommend Red Royal Electric!

    2024: One more outstanding job completed. Jayson was our tech this time around and did an excellent job for our home. He was punctual, detailed, pleasant and worked very hard alongside Cesar the whole time. Added new flush lights and outlets and connected the lighted mirror without a glitch.     Casey and John setup a smart scaffold in our 22 feet high foyer area to reach the high ceiling to replace the broken ceiling light bulb safely. Now all 3 foyer ceiling lights are replaced with LED bulbs, which should last for 22 years. They did great job.

From the salesman( wish I could temper his name) - to the electricians they supported and served us - Dylan, Mike and two other wonderful support personnel that came out with Dylan in July for our upgrade(wish I could remember their names!) They even stayed late into the evening because we live in Pasco and it took awhile for Duke Energy to send a boom truck to re-energize our power back after the panel install.     Great service from the beginning! We called many companies prior with no answers. When we called Red Royal Electric, Sue answered and was so helpful and empathetic! Due to our situation of being without A/C for 3 days she squeezed us in and was able to send Jose to save the day! Jose was awesome! You can immediately tell Jose was a highly experienced electrician as he was able to identify the problem in less than 15 minutes and fix it right then and there!     Called this company at 11 pm thinking they were an ac repair company leaving a message regarding a malfunctioning ac unit.Left a message regarding setting up an appointment to fix the unit the next day. Only to find out they actually are just electricians, and have nothing to do with ac units.Regardless, a lady named carol reached out promptly the next morning and left a very endearing and nice message that honestly was unnecessary considering i contacted the wrong businessShe made me laugh and that’s why im leaving this review.     I did have a little trouble setting up a date but Kathy called me and she was able to resolve my issues. I requested Keith and Corie as I had them out twice before at my home and they did a great job. They installed 2 ceiling fans at my Moms condo unit which is quite a job as she has a concrete ceiling. They also put a light in the hall closet as it was extremely dark in there. The light is perfect! I am amazed at how much room is actually in that closet! It was like a tomb before. They also alerted me to an unrelated issue they knew I was concerned about. I would never of caught that. Thank you both so much!

His professionalism is exceptional while maintaining a completely genuine and upbeat attitude. His tech Dan was also very professional and definitely knew his stuff. Cathy at the desk was so helpful from the start, she was able to get the team out to our house in an emergency/last minute situation, where we then met George.     Bandon was very nice and very good. We had a lightning strike that fried some electrical wiring & transformers. He was able to get most of it fixed. Just need to order a new transformer. (Costs are a little high, but thats not Brandons fault )Would recommend Brandon again.

    I highly recommend Red Royal Electric if you have any electrical issues.We had a storm come through and lost power to multiple outlets on one side of our house. We called and explained the situation, and were told someone would be there in about an hour. Around half an hour later, a Red Royal Electric van pulled up. The electrician, Matthew S. Introduced himself, and we explained the issue. He explained how the wiring may be the issue, but that he would investigate and find the source. He did find the source, and it was under the house. There was an outlet from the original construction that had rotted and fell apart into the outlet box that was filled with particle board shavings. So Matthew S. And Red Royal Electric saved us from a potential electrical fire.I cant thank Matthew S.( who is extremely professional, and knowledgeable) and Red Royal Electric, enough.Make sure to call them for any electrical issues, upgrades, or just an inspection.

    The electrician Ryan Storey from Red Royal Electric just left after spending the majority of the day doing the electrical work that I hired to do and will take 3 days to complete. It was a pleasant experience knowing that I completely and fully trusted his work. When I wasnt sure on how best to approach a solution to what I was wanting, he was able to provide guidance. His feedback made me feel comfortable with what he was suggesting which in turn made me trust the decision. His work is clean, he is courteous, and trusted him to be alone doing the work. If he had questions, he did not hesitate to call me and ask for my decision. I highly recommend Red Royal Electric, but I recommend even more that Ryan do the work. Well done RRE for hiring such a great electrician! I look forward to the next couple of days working with Ryan. Thank you!

    Jason did a great job for us! He came out, on time, explained the solution to our problem, explained in detail how he would fix it, gave us a full quote -- not an estimation or an approximation -- and after agreeing on terms and giving a deposit, Jason agreed to come back the next day and complete the job. He again showed up on time -- a rarity in most companies lately -- and worked hard to fix our issues. He even went the extra mile to insure that everything worked properly and nothing he did created any other issues for us. Red Royal is a great company. This is our 2d time working with them and will definitely call on Jason and Red Royal again!

    Absolutely would use Red Royal Electric again. Jayson and Cesar went above and beyond to fix the nightmare of an issue left by another “reputable company” that we had used for years in the past. They took the time to diagnose the problem and get it back to proper operational standards. They also updated electric for our new washer and dryer. It wasn’t easy, but they got the job done in a timely manner and cleaned up afterwards. Definitely recommend this crew.

Casey in particular installed a whip to my new water heater, surge protector for my home and recently did some more electrical work in my garage and he is nothing short of stellar. Very professional. Knows his business. Respectful. The cost is appropriate for the skill level needed. Highly recommend asking for him if/when needed!
