Was loading groceries in my vehicle, when I noticed my rear tire was flat. As I was getting the tire jack out of the back, this gentleman pulled up in a Piper Fire work van and asked if I had someone coming to help or if it would be okay for him to change my tire himself. I advised that I did not have anyone coming to help & that I would be very grateful if he would help me change the tire. He the proceeded in doing all the work involved & cleaned everything up. He was such a nice young man to offer to help me, I’m sure he had been on his way to lunch so it really meant a lot that he helped out the way he did. Thank you Keith!

I became a customer of Piper less than a year ago, and the business they were servicing had been with other companies for over 8 years. During that time, I had spent over $15,000 on repairs, but the problems persisted. The last company told me that the panel needed to be replaced, which would cost around $15,000. Frustrated by their repeated false promises, I decided to end my service with them. Recently, I met Nick, who quickly identified and resolved an ongoing issue in under an hour. He also completed the repairs I had requested, all during his visit to my hotel, the Lantern Inn & Suites. Nicks professionalism and expertise were impressive, and I believe he deserves a raise. My most recent experience exemplifies why Piper is the permier provider for condominiums in the Tampa Bay area. On Sat 5/11 we had a main line to the fire suppression system spring a leak, it was gushing! Thomas came out late Saturday night to shut off the water. On Mon 5/13, Thomas returned with supervisor, Andy, to assess the matter and give us a plan of action. An exterior wall had to be opened up to facilitate the repair. Our contractor opened the wall on Thurs 5/17 and Andy had Logan and Cole scheduled lickety split to get out on Fri 5/18. Logan and Cole arrived early & ready to work, staying focused on our project all day. It was complicated with the pipe being under the building and in the wall. By the end of the day we were off Fire Watch and our property was safe again. Thank you for your continued professionalism and expertise.

Our FDC line had failed a pressure test. Job was quoted and approved but took some time to organize. When job day came, Drew understood the urgency and did everything possible to expidite the process and his attention to detail was impressive. His understanding and compliance of our facilities fire alarm procedures is excellent and very helpfull.Piper Fire has a true asset with him and I hope he will be servicing our facility for years to come.

Hi,I had Jacob and Jamie out on a job today to make adjustments to some fire sprinkler heads. The ceiling grid was installed and some of the sprinkler heads were either too low or were located where a light fixture needed to go. They showed up at 8am, assessed the situation and got to work. They were able to complete the work in a timely manner and finished early. They were friendly and very professional. I appreciate the hard work and would definitely recommend them for future projects.

I have bused piper fire for many of my condo remodels and have always had a good experience. I recently ran into a system I have never seen before and had a faulty device. RICK FLANDERS basically teleported to the property when we discovered the issue, I’ve never had such a prompt response when dealing with an issue like this. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything I needed to know while in a way I could actually understand which eased my mini panic attack. I was very impressed with how he put my mind at ease and ensured I didn’t feel as if i had made a major mistake! Not only that, he was super friendly and personable it was a great experience.
