I first met John during the sale of a home we listed for a client. I had John come to the house to take a look at some issues during a 4point inspection. John arrived on time and we went over the details of getting the issues resolved on the 4point. John gave us a very fair price compared to 4 other electricians that quoted the job and came the very next day and completed the job. I have had John do a couple of jobs since then and has actually done electrical work at my own house! John put in a brand new electrical panel and a 50amp 10 circuit transfer switch. Im very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. I own a real estate company and I highly recommend John for any of your electrical needs!!

John Degnan is a breath of fresh air..a contractor who did what he said he would. He was very knowledgeable, accommodating and a pleasure to work with. He showed up on time and cleansed up when the job was finished. He went over and above to be certain that all work was completed in a professional manner. He even rushed over to our home when we couldnt figure out how to make something simple to work. We would highly recommend John to anyone who is looking for an honest, trustworthy and professional electrician!

John Degnan came right out to my house to provide an estimate for electrical work to hook up my hot tub. He was professional, offered a variety of solutions to solve my electrical needs, and followed up to ensure everything was working properly. I scheduled him again to do indoor lighting work. I highly recommend him to anyone in the area.

John is a very professional electrician. He flipped my whole electrical panel from my kitchen to the hallway and it looks outstanding. Ive flipped a lot of houses and I know how great and clean his work truly is. The inspector was very impressed with his work as well. He will be my go to guy for every electrical need and that is hard to find in any contractor nowadays. Hes a Marine so that explains the perfectionist that he is with his work.

John was awesome! Listened to my needs before starting the job. I needed an outlet installed behind my wall mounted television and he was able to complete the job painlessly. Arrived on time, and the cost was reasonable. Will be sure to recommend him to my neighbors.

I reached out to John when purchasing a house. He was able to do an inspection for me, let me know my areas of concern and gave me a reasonable price for what needed to be fixed ASAP. When he came to fix the areas of concern, he was professional, polite and made me feel comfortable with what he was doing. I highly recommend him. I will call him for any of my electrical needs.

John Degnan, Was the best electrician I have ever met. He removed and installed a new 200 amp Electric Panel in my wall in 4 hours flat! My house never got warm. One electrician I talked to said it would take 13 hours. He politely answered all my electrical questions. He cleaned the debris up after the job was done. If you want the job done wright call John!!!

My condo association hired John to install 67 light fixtures over a 2 day period. John arrived each day on time and ready to get to work, and he was incredibly professional, responsive and strategic in determining how best to proceed with such a large job over a diverse area. He was especially creative in figuring out how to hang a fixture in a particularly difficult spot, and through well-thought out planning, was able to help us troubleshoot some wiring issues that had been plaguing the building. I highly recommend Johns work and character. We will definitely hire him again for any electrical work we may need in future.

I will start by saying I would totally contact John again or refer him for any electrical work needed. I had a breaker box meltdown on a Sunday afternoon. I knew I needed immediate help. John came out promptly, addressed the issues, removed all bad breakers and made it safe until the box could get replaced. He was here promptly Monday morning on time with all replacement supplies.He replaced entire box ( it was needed ) and all my GFIs within the day.Im very big on private contractors and the little guy over big companies.I would recommend John Degnan. He was honest, and took pride in his work. Im very pleased I got the right guy to do my work.
