    Had a great experience with Greenhouse! The Sales resprentative went though all of the details up front and also got us set up for a new roof.Hightlights of the project...Roofing team was excellent. They got the roof up to code and replaced a considerable amount of rotton wood that would have caused future problems. High quality work.Solar was quick and easy. Install team was on time, got the job completed in two days and cleaned up after themselves after completing the job. They showed me how to operate the system before leaving.Thank you very much Greenhouse, we will be referring family and friends!

    Modified review. Initially they were not very responsive and failed to show up multiple times, but after writing our initial review, they immediately called and scheduled the visit to commission the solar panels. They also compensated us with a generous gift card and lovely kitchen board for the inconvenience.

    After interviewing several solar companies for a new solar system on a new home, I decided to go with Green House solar. Today they came to install my system. I had not heard from the company since December and last week I contacted them to find out where we were in the process. Turns out they had already scheduled my install date for yesterday but I had not been contacted. So I scheduled it for today. While away from home Monday all of my solar materials were delivered which were placed in my driveway. Again I was under the assumption the material would be brought by them at the time of installation as two other solar companies have done on previous solar installations. The crew has to travel all across the state from Clearwater, Fl. They arrived at 10 am and because I was not contacted by anyone from Green House and let me know what time they would arrive I wasn’t sure if they were coming. The crew was very courteous and friendly. They knew exactly what to do and they got to work asap. These young guys may have arrived at 10 am but by 6 pm my 28 panels and the electrical work was completed. They were some very nice and professional installers and I highly recommend them. The office staff needs to work on customer service by responding to texts and communicating better with their clients. They could learn a thing or two from their installation crews!

    From the sales person (Chris), to the project manager, to the installers, they were prompt, not misleading, courteous, respectful and did a good job. What more can you ask? I waited a week past what they desired because I wanted to see how the system works. The panels are impacted by clouds a little more than I would like but it is expected. Overall, they quoted me a fair price, the bank came back with $5 more a month than they thought and when combined with the minimum billing, it was still in my desired budget - $25 less a month than current budget billing from the power company. With this installation, I have an almost fixed price for power for 25+ years. There will be times when I have to pay a few extra dollars but I dont expect to pay anything like I was. Good job.

    We just had our solar panels intalled by Team Atlas. They were very efficient and did an excellent work. The whole experience with Green House Solar has been amazing. Their communication with customers is great. I was informed of what was happening every step of the way from scheduling, installation and what the next steps would be.     We sign up on 7/15/23 they made all the permits & applications to Duke Energy Co. We signed it they forwarded it. Everything was approved. Installation started 8/14/23 Heavy Thunderstorms, on 815/23 they Completed Installation at 1.15 PM turn on Breakers we were on the Grid / Duke Energy Co Systems. Fantastic workers & the entire Staffs & Mr Bryan Gen. Manager also Operations . Also a great Human Being, he kept his words , everything he promised were kept 125% Ratings for the entire Project.     This week I had the pleasure of hosting Carlos, Allen, and Tyrone at my home for my solar panel system install. The team was very friendly and professional. They were on point and you could tell that they valued each other and worked as one. They ensured that any of my questions were answered if i had any and to notify me if they had any changes in their status and would show me what was to come for the rest of the project.I appreciate the fact that safety is their priority. Summer in Florida is notorious for thunderstorms. When storms would approach Carlos would pull the team together to come up with a game plan in order to complete the job effectively efficiently and safely.These were a great group of guys and I am happy to say that I got to meet them and they worked on my roof.

    After hurricane Elsa we noticed a leak and contacted Green House Solar to remedy the issue. Joshua the Installation Manager came out to inspect the attic and roof. He did an amazing job of not only finding the source of the leak, but repairing it on the spot. He was very diligent and took his time to ensure that we were 100% satisfied. Joshua is very knowledgeable, has excellent customer service, and is great at what he does. I would definitely recommend Green House Solar to anyone looking to go solar.     After an initial bump in the road, I ended up being very satisfied with the installation of REC400 panels and Enphase I8+ microinverters. (When LG exited the residential market, Green House was unable to secure the LG panels I had ordered.) Amy, the project coordinator had excellent follow-up. When I had to get the sales manager involved, after a longer delay than I would have hoped, Bryan was VERY responsive and secured the highly desirable REC400 panels as a substitute. (The other alternative was Q-Cell panels, which are very good panels, but REC has a superior performance warranty, like LG.) Also, the Gallagher installation team was very professional, paid attention to detail and did a quality installation. The day after install, I had my Enphase App downloaded on my cell phone and monitoring my usage. Green House also offered favorable 1.49% financing...so I am glad to provide this 5-star review .

    Let me say, I am not the easiest customer because I want everything working and on-time. This company has a great set of people in the office and working thru the pains of labor, lots of work, and then some instability with Orange county changing their code suddenly, the team came thru. I am very happy with the results. We had plenty of hiccups and Duke Energy was certainly not nice....but in the end, it all worked and they were right there with me.     Highly Recommended!We have installed 148 solar panels (REC Alpha Pure Series), 58.46 kW, Enphase battery system (IQ7 microinverters), with Greenhouse Solar & Air (GSA). In addition to having a very sound pricing and contractual payment plan, GSA have a fantastic group of people working for them: from sales rep, to team of installers, electricians, and office staff project managers. Sales rep was patient in helping us when we needed to change from ground mount to solar rooftop. We have a unique roof and GSA accommodated our special need with custom device for the installation. Installers and electricians were all very professional, fun, and considerate, making the installation much more pleasant. Office staff project managers were responsive and helpful in seeing us from applying for permit with the county and HOA to scheduling for the install and final inspection and application for operation (with utility company for net metering). Within a month after the installation, a storm caused one of the transformers to give out, leading to disconnect of 57 panels. GSA sent out an electrician after just one phone call to quickly fix the problem with transformer and the whole system is back in operation and communication. Now we are saving lots of $ every month! It is wonderful to watch our daily use vs. production via our iPad. We see our solar system (solar panels + battery system) as an annuity that keeps on giving back for decades to come. It is a great form of investment, with certainty of return that keeps up with inflation because cost of electricity will surely continue to increase. It is a great protection against natural disasters (we live in state of Florida that gets annual visit from hurricanes). It is also a good way for us to be good neighbors by helping to stabilize the grid for our neighborhood. Be sure to understand and ask your utility company about Time of Use program to help save even more. Finally, yes, we would definitely recommend Greenhouse Solar & Air to any one who wants to install solar or solar+battery system (highly recommend solar+battery).

    About 4 months ago we decided to go with Greenhouse Solar and Air. And after about 4 months we are quite happy we chose them. We deliberated from among about five companies and after meeting our sales representative, Angel Pizzaro we decided to go with him and greenhouse. Unlike the other sales representative, Angel told us the truth about the tax credit, whether or not we qualified for it or not. He was definitely more professional and knowledgeable about Solar than any of the reps. The price was also much less. We were updated once a week as he said and pretty much kept the whole process flowing smoothly. The panels have been in operation now with no issues and some of my family members will also be getting solar with green house. We are pleased on our decision. Thank you Angel for keeping your word.

    I met with several solar companies before making a selection and like the great insight and willingness to share as much information up front from GH. We had to work through getting our roof replaced first through our insurance before actually getting our solar system installed and GH was easy keeping GH in the loop. GH even made sure our HOA had all the needed information for our installation. There were a few delays over the holidays (Christmas/new years), which was expected but communication with the GH team was always good. Install only took 1 day and then we were ready for approval with FPL. System has been performing well so far, enphase app is great for tracking. Overall happy with our purchase.
