We called Zepp Plumbing after we found our water heater was leaking. They came out promptly, the technician was knowledgeable and spent the time to explain my system. The fix was easy and inexpensive (thank goodness) and the tech didn’t try to upcharge me. He also informed me of maintenance we should expect to do in the future and the approximate prices for those items, which gave me an idea of what I should anticipate (much better than getting an unexpectedly high bill). I will be using Zepp for all my plumbing needs and highly recommend them!UPDATE: had them out again after a diy attempt to change a valve went south. The technician was great about doing the job and took the time to explain why our system hadn’t been functioning properly. I thought we needed to have the minerals in our neutralizer replaced, but he advised me to hold off because the system seems just fine - another example of how much this company stands for honesty and integrity because that would have been more $ in their pocket! He also explained to me how small plumbing companies are being purchased by large umbrella firms and encouraging their service people to con customers in order to reap profits. Moral of the story is be informed and get quotes! So long as they continue being honest with me and showing me respect as a homeowner/consumer, I am a loyal Zepp customer!

I had Zepp come out to my Moms house yesterday and was so pleased with their honesty. Another company had told her the sewer pipe was collapsed and would require extensive repair for several thousand dollars. Zepp Plumbing came out with a camera and scoped the line. There was NO collapsed line and NO repairs needed! They saved her a lot of money! Would recommend using them.

Had an atypical/unusual problem with leak in wall related to external spigot. Called Zepp based on a referral from a friend and happy with fix that required some ingenuity. Eddy who provided service was congenial, competent and honest.

Zepp plumping ALWAYS takes care of us. When we first moved to the area 8 years ago, we didnt know anyone and when I needed help, we just called the company name on our well pump - Zepp. Im so glad I did! Theyve helped us out of a number of very tricky situations in this old house and always do a fabulous job. They are professional and friendly and I highly recommend them.

We have used Zepp plumbing many times over the years and have always been pleased with their service. Mr Zepp and his crew are competent and pleasant to work with. With our recent septic tank issue, Mr Zepp patiently explained what needed to be done each step of the way and the work was completed quickly. Their prices are competitive. It is nice to have a hometown company of people that care.

We were referred to Zepp Plumbing by neighbors who praised their service and reliability. The first time we called them because our backup sump pump was failing. At that time he fixed the problem, cleaned and tested the system. He said the pumps were operational but that both pumps had a year or two left. We waited a year and called Zepp out to replace both pumps, and we are relieved that we did. The main pump was failing, the back-up pump was being overworked (causing the alarm to go off continually). We had expected to pay much more than what we were charged for the replacement. Our experiences with Zepp have both been outstanding, they were on time, the price was fair, and the quality of work is excellent. We will use Zepp for all of our plumbing needs, they are a local family owned business and have obvious pride in their work.

Ive used Zepp Plumbing several times, both at my own home and my parents home for well pump problems and a basement/outdoor drain blockage. Each time they provided a quick response, corrected my plumbing issues well, and charged what I consider to be a more than reasonable price for their services. Knowing you can trust the company you have doing your repairs is a value in itself.

We had 2 separate emergencies with a burst pipe and a broken water heater. Both times, Zepp Plumbing was at our house within the hour. Fast service, reasonable price (considering they were both emergencies) and follow up calls afterwards to check and make sure we were satisfied. Will call them again. So glad I found this company.

Thoroughly impressed with the dedicated, reliable and honest staff at Zepp Plumbing & Heating. I had the pleasure of working with the entire staff (I think!) and found each one to be knowledgeable, courteous and committed to making an otherwise stressful plumbing job completely worry free. I contracted with Zepp to replace existing copper pipe, install a water heater, a water treatment system and to help with decisions regarding an ADA bathroom. Every step of the way I felt supported and respected. Nya (Administrative Assistant) was patient, kind and responsive with every single question and request as she walked me through several different purchases for the bathroom. The owner, Eddy, was honest, reliable and explained everything that was being done in detail. The installers were courteous, considerate and thorough. Can not say enough good things about this company. Highly recommend Zepp for any of your plumbing or heating needs!

Expert and honest. Only two words needed to review this company. Thanksgiving eve and the dishwasher was not working (anyone’s worse nightmare) and there was water everywhere.
