    We have always had great experiences with Rotorooter! We have been using them for years and this past experience was no different. They are quick and very knowledgeable! They’ve helped fix multiple problems with toilets and sinks around our home.

    Roto Rooter came out to help us with an emergent sewer line situation last week. We have an older home and the main sewer line had been something we always worried about. We’ve had a few companies come out and really put the pressure on us about it and always quoted the job terribly high to replace.When they came out last week, the tech was very courteous and explained everything that needed to be done. He made sure to try to fix up the drain to allow for water flow until we could have the owner come out to quote total sewer line replacement. Mr. Jay came out and explained everything that would need to be done - the quote was the best we’d gotten, even after being nervous about it! They scheduled to help get us taken care of quickly and finished the sewer line replacement in a day! I am thoroughly impressed by the knowledgeable people that work here and the way they approach helping customers understand and helping them take care of their homes.

    We called Roto Rooter for an emergency septic system pump and service Friday morning and they were able to come out on the same day. The techs, SB and C were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Excellent customer service. They went above and beyond. We highly recommend this company. Thank you!!!!

    So I was getting ready for bed the other night and noticed a noise from under my house which would end up being a leak. Upon further inspection I knew I had to get my water shut off fast. Being without water and having a wife is a hard thing. The very next day I call Roto Rooter of Clarksville TN and a gentleman calls me back by the name of Matt and explains it’s something they see everyday and not to worry. No sooner than I hang up my phone I see a Roto Rooter van coming down my street. In all reality it’s probably 15 minutes and they show up and very professional. He gets the tools needed and disappears under my house for 10 -15 minutes and reappears saying all fixed. Upon coming out he talks with me and explained everything he did and also said he did an inspection of the other pipes to make sure there were no other leaks. The hardest thing to find nowadays is affordable, reliable,and great service and hands down Roto Rooter knocked it out of the park and we will use them for any services they offer. Thank you I would recommend you to anyone as I know they will be in good hands.

    Roto Rooter was excellent service! Dave came to our home quickly, was very polite, and knowledgeable. I was really impressed with him. There were no delays as he had everything he needed parts and all on his truck on hand. He got straight to work and was done quickly. I would recommend Dave from Roto Rooter any day!

    As that husband who thinks he can fix anything… until I can’t, I managed to turn a small plumbing issue into a complete disaster. My wife was already on the phone telling her mom about my handyman skills (spoiler: they werent exactly praising me).I called Sara at Roto-Rooter, and she only laughed at me for a couple of minutes, which was a relief compared to my wife! She was so kind, understanding and helpful. Sara was able to get a crew to my house in minutes. I was so impressed.The team showed up fast, polite, and totally professional. They tackled my mess like pros, and somehow, they made it look easy. If youre like me and think youre a DIY genius, just save yourself the trouble—call Roto-Rooter first.     Called them up yesterday about a busted hose pipe. They were here within about an hour, which was great since another place I had called said they wouldnt have anyone available till the next day. The guys were very nice and had me fixed up in no time. Would definitely recommend them.

    Decently priced and fast working plumbers. I needed to replace my shower/tub valve. Their guys got over to my house pretty fast and got the job done properly and fast. J.R & Zach were their names.I would use their services again if needed!!!

    I had a toilet back up on me. I immediately called a well known company in town that does HVAC and plumbing. I’ve used this company before and they wanted me to wait 2 days due to the Thanksgiving holiday before they would send someone out.I then went on google and found Roto-Rooter. The woman who answered the phone gave me a window for the technician to arrive. Matt Harris (the technician) arrived with another gentleman by the name of Zach. These two guys were extremely knowledgeable and professional and found my problem almost immediately. They had A very nice snake type tool with a borescope-like camera and allowed me to view and take a picture of my broken pipe.We believe that a third party telecommunications company hit my sewage line accidentally while boring with a ditch witch to run their fiber lines. This is pretty common and Vicki Harris who answered the phone was able to give me the main number to save me from dialing endless numbers and waiting on hold in order to find the right dept.I’m extremely happy with the professionalism and the level of service I’ve received thus far. The estimate that I received to fix my issue was substantially lower than what o expected and I have a realistic idea of what this type of work costs. I am going to schedule the work through Roto-Rooter and I won’t hesitate to use them again in the future.
