    Guys at freedom plumbing don’t a great job. Called about hot water heater issues, they came out same day made a few recommendations and done the necessary repairs all in the same day. This is my second experience with them and the same result. Top notch guys

    I called Freedom on Monday 28 Oct 2024. Spoke with them, made arrangements for them to be out today, 29 Oct. The young man Alexander showed up before 0900. Everything went great!     Excellent service. Our water heater had been leaking for days over the holiday. They came right out and were back within an hour to replace it. It was a gas water heater.

    I highly recommend Freedom Plumbing. I had purchased a whole house carbon filter and reverse osmosis water filtration system online and reached out for an installation estimate. Bernie was very professional, courteous, and informative. During the installation, Gavin was attentive to detail, very knowledgeable, and answered my questions about using the system. Their prices are reasonable, especially considering the quality of their work. The job was completed on time and within my budget. I am very pleased and will use them again!

    Bernie/Gavin came quoted me an excellent price to install a new propane line tank pad and 100lbs full propane tank for my fireplace. They also will pick up and fill the tank when empty.Mike and Brendan came 2 days later to install everything, excellent workmanship. All involved were very professional.     Have had continuing problems with my toilets and never could get original replacement parts, (handles etc). Finally called Freedom Plumbing.     I’m sold on this local plumbing company! I’ve used a duck themed company in the past and felt like I’ve paid them enough, and they don’t guarantee their work. Freedom answered their own phones! I got a great tech sent to my house within a few hours, and my under-the-house problem was handled. I did not get any push to do extra work and Isaiah (the tech) showed me exactly what he fixed. I did not have sticker shock for once! So thankful and relieved.

    Second time I have used Freedom plumbing and they were great.Remove my old kitchen faucet and replaced with a new faucet. After the installation I watched them check for leaks and operation of the faucet. They then showed me how to operate the new faucet and how to clean the screen. I went a bit bougie with a smart water heater taking me from a short 46 gallon to closer to 80 gallons of hot water. Install looks good, its working as I would expect. No complaints. The tech that did the install was also super nice. All in all, great experience.Edit* 2nd visit for the subscription service Freedom offers. Isaiah came out again for this, just as the first time hes knowledgeable and listened to my banter and slew of questions. He took a look around my plumbing to make sure everything looked good. Confirmed some of my thoughts as I just swapped out my own dishwasher putting my mind at a bit of ease. Again, just as professional as the first time.
