    If I could give ya’ll 10 stars over and over I would. Excellent service. Owner himself called me today with the impending freezing weather when our heat was acting funky! We utilized Mac Plumbing Heating & Air over Thanksgiving as well since our heat was completely out. Both times on emergency visits and without hesitation our tech, Brandon was here to save the day. When you’re a customer here you are family! They took into account I have a 4 month old and 5 year old each time so we wouldn’t be without heat during frigid temperatures. We became Duck Club Members today as well! Thank ya’ll for always helping my family out. We wouldn’t want anyone else to work with. As always Brandon, THANK YOU!

    They were able to come out within 2 hours of me calling. When they determined that additional repair was needed, they provided detailed pictures to justify the need. They fixed our issue at a very fair price especially considering the time frame. 10/10 would recommend and use again

    I called Mac Plumbing to come out and check a smell in the water heater closet. They came out, explained everything in full detail, gave fixable options, and fixed the problem. The professionals that came out were Adam and Kyle whom were courteous, knowledgeable, and personable. They also provided directions for continuous maintenance that will extend the life of the water heater, drain, and plumbing connected to that area.     I had some work done on my house, water heater was replaced , new toilet and replaced a water faucet. I called MAC plumbing. it’s always hard to find someone that you can trust, well I was glad I chose them. The guys that did all the work were both named Drew. They were nicest guys, they made me feel at ease and they took care of everything and walked me through it I am so happy I did it. They were very professional , left everything that was worked on working perfectly and clean. I would recommend them any day !

    I highly recommend Mac Plumbing, Heating and Air!! From the moment I called, I was treated like a priority. They were able to get me on the schedule the same day. Brandon and Thomas showed up early and had me back up and running even before my actual appointment time.     It was our first time we used Mac’s service. Eli was great! He was polite, professional and direct. He repaired and installed two old water lines and outdoor facets under some ruff conditions.     I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jeff and his partner! They were wonderful, on time, professional, and did quality work! I know nothing about plumbing and they explained everything to me in a way I could understand what needed to be done. They were both kind to my super curious kitties.     Today I had an issue with my plumbing. Called Mac Plumbing and Air. They sent out Eli and Hugh to take care of the problem.     They have been amazing any time we have needed them. We started using Mac Plumbing and Air when there was an emergency with pipes bursting at my daughter’s house and even though she was a first time customer, they came quickly on Christmas Eve.     Cole and the Mac team did an exceptional job. We had a nightmare situation in our crawlspace and they were able to come out NEXT DAY and take care of it in less than 3 hours of down time.     Dennis and his coworker were absolutely wonderful. They were very professional and knowledgeable. I was so glad to have them come out to my home today and diagnose many of the plumbing issues that I had. They were able to fix these issues on the spot and now I feel so much better about the plumbing in my home. Mac Plumbing has the best technicians in Clarksville for plumbing and HVAC.     I normally dont give 5 stars as there is always room for improvement. However Eli and DC came were very pleasant found and dug up my lost tank. After finding the tank were quick and cleaned up very nicely. Showed things that might be issues in the future without being pushy, and left photos for records (being able to find the tank again). Highly recommend.

    Cole and Kyle did a great job. They showed up on time. They were careful to not block our driveway and other vehicles with their service van, which I appreciated! Cole assessed the situation, advised me on the minimal and best option for the repair, kept us informed, and performed the work to fix our problem. He had all the parts he needed, so it was quick and convenient. He also asked if he could address any other plumbing concerns while he was already there and didnt try to rush off. Kyle and Cole were mindful of the fact that we had a zoom call happening in another part of the house, so they asked if it was ok to close doors to minimize the noise. They were super clean, cleaned up after themselves, and delivered top-notch service! I also appreciated the communication of the text with their photo so I knew who was coming to my home.     I had never used Mac Plumbing before this job. They installed a new hydrant in front and they ran a new supply to my deck. Cole and his apprentice Hugh did a very clean job with the install. I can attest that my entire experience with Mac Plumbing was professional and efficient. I dont know if they were the cheapest but Im a firm believer that you get what you pay for and I got my moneys worth.

    This is the second glowing review Ive left for Mac Plumbing in the last few years. Totally different crews which is a good sign by itself. I bought an old house and had the entire thing re-piped. Old last iron and galvanized pipe all removed and rough in the new fixtures. Drew and Kyle did a fantastic job and did it all in less than a day. I would have bet solid money that couldnt be done. They are a fantastic group and they work for a great company. Customer service was perfect.

    I called on a Friday morning, with a Non-emergency plumbing issue/repair/upgrade whatever. The call was politely answered and a technician/repairman was sent out that morning! Where and when does that happen? I guess my lucky day. I immediately received a text to confirm the appointment and who the tech would be. Dennis arrived less than 2 hours after I called. He was polite, went over my options. Called the office to confirm some parts availability and prices. Gave me options and a FAIR estimate. Plumbing repair isnt cheap but I didnt have to take out a home equity loan. Oh-Did I mention he said he could do the work now, during this visit? He started right away and every time I came to check on progress he would answer my questions. So-Estimate/accurate; cost/excellent; his recommendations/great (he suggested a couple of improvements that I had been thinking of anyway); quality of work/excellent; cleanliness/politeness-great. Bottom line would I recommend Mac Plumbing?-YES; would I do business with Mac Plumbing again?-YES.

    So grateful for the team that came out today to help us with our plumbing issue! Around 1430 today all our drains started backing up, indicating an issue with our septic tank.     Professional, honest, timely service!Our home warranty company picked a plumbing company that wasn’t local to replace our sewage ejector pump that had worn out. That pump only lasted two months before we had issues and sewage backing up into our garage.We refused to let them fix the problem and called Mac Plumbing. They sent Jeff and his assistant (a young man). Jeff was so so so kind, funny, and great at his job. I cannot recommend these folks more. If you need ANYTHING plumbing, call Mac. You will not regret it in the slightest. 10/10, 5 stars, A+ service from first phone call to last moments of then leaving. I will forever have them on speed dial for any plumbing or heating issues.

    Jeff did amazing. He also installed an expansion tank on our hot water heater. We are trying to move and he answered a bunch of questions for me about things he wasnt here to fix. Everything he replaced looks brand new. He definitely knows his profession. Im keeping his card and will use it next time I have any type of plumbing issues.     I had Mac Plumbing magnet advertisement sticker on my refrigerator for years that I received in the mail. I never had any plumbing problems until now. My pipes busted December 23 and I was without water until Dec 26. I had another plumber that gave me a price of $850.00 and giving me the run around. He was asking for more money, and he was referred by a friend. I call the Mac plumbing company and they responded quickly showed up at my door in 30 minutes fixed the problem in 45 minutes and my total price 337.00 compared to the $850.00 the other plumber was trying to beat me out of, you guy earn my business.     Mac Plumbing has been nothing short of phenomenal to us! We moved into our new home and the water quality was awful, so after some research we had a whole-house water filtration unit installed. We had one installed before (by a third-party seller) at our previous home for around $5,000, but Mac Plumbing got us a higher quality one and installed it for almost half the cost of our previous unit! Then, when our home needed a new sink installed, Mac came to our home on short notice and fixed our kitchen plumbing and new faucet. Great price, great service, wonderful people to work with!

    Mac Plumbing came out today (a Saturday!) because I had a serious backup through my system. My toilets wouldnt flush and water was backing up through my shower.     I was having trouble trying to get my window unit installed. I didn’t have AC for almost 2 days in the summer time. Not only did Mac plumbing move my appointment day a day forward but made sure they came right after another job.     Long story short: Macs plumbing awesome, re-piped my whole house, price competitive with other plumbing companies, thank you Adam and crew, would absolutely recommend to all.Long story: I contacted and received estimates from plumbers at four plumbing companies for an entire re-pipe of my 3bd 3bth single family residence here in Clarksville prior to contacting Macs plumbing. On 26 September I contacted Macs plumbing for an estimate and they informed me it would cost $59 to complete an estimate. I was not a fan of that but I scheduled them anyway for 27 September. Adam and Mark showed up and performed the estimate on 27 September and they proceeded to conduct the most thorough inspection and provided the most complete estimate for re-piping the whole house. Theyre total price was in-line with the previous four estimates I received, not the lowest, not the highest, all estimates within $700 of each other. However, they did not leave any work to chance and figured out exactly what they would need to do during the inspection instead of leaving things to best guess, until we get in there, or price ranges, what I was quoted was exactly what I paid. They were able to compete their work between 29-30 September. I believe they did a great job as everything is thus far in working order, I will be sure to edit this review if anything changes though. Once again, thank you very much to Adam and his crew, I would highly recommend Macs plumbing for anyone with plumbing needs.

    I cant say enough about my experience with MAC plumbing - specifically with Adam and Brandon. These guys are true professionals. I contacted MAC to repair some drainage issues and install three new toilets in my home. At our first home estimate visit, Adam was phenomenal. He laid out all of my options, highlighted the pros/cons, provided his own professional feedback, and ultimately offered a very fair and reasonable price. He was patient with the chaos in my home (hyper toddler and two dogs), and the whole experience felt like a family friend was helping me rather than a disinterested professional.On the day of installation, Adam and Brandon notified me by text message they were on their way, arrived on time, and immediately got to work. After an unexpected issue in the plan, Adam clearly laid out the options and immediately offered a perfect solution. This necessitated Brandon running all the way back to the warehouse and jumping through some hoops, but both Adam and Brandon happily obliged. Adam continued working while Brandon was out to ensure they would still get the job done on time. After they were finished, they cleaned up the area entirely to the point that you could never tell I had bathroom work done. Later in the day, I noticed that as Adam and Brandon left they even moved some of my packages into the garage to avoid getting ruined by the torrential downpour.     Drew and Eli were great! Drew arrived to fix/replace our regulator, as the water pressure in the house was suddenly extremely high, and the regulator was leaking. When he arrived we also asked him about the pressure valve on our hot water heater, and if hed be able to schedule getting our septic tank pumped. He called, and the office was able to send Eli to get everything done today. Eli arrived and pumped out the septic tank, and Drew took care of everything else. Both of them were very knowledgeable, professional and friendly... and patient when my husband and I had about a dozen questions! Will definitely use this company again for any plumbing needs.

    Brandon was excellent in his service! We had a new sink and faucet that the 1978 retro plumbing was not matching up with! He came in and redid everything for us!     I called Macs first thing in the morning to pump out our septic tank after all of our toilets and tubs backed up the night before.     **Update** Brandon and Layton came back today to replace the sewer line as quoted last week! They kept their work area clean and was very efficient. Thanks again MAC Plumbing we can now flush with confidence!! Layton came out to see us this morning. I told him that we were told from another plumbing company that we need a new septic system. After Layton examined our issue, he recommended to replace the sewer line because it was full of roots. He also said that our septic is just fine.     I needed a plumber for the same day because it was an emergency. I called Mac Plumbing as it was recommended by quite a few of my friends. I was desperate for anyone to come out. Ms. Joyce answered the phone and she was so sweet and kind. She told me that they were so booked that the possibility of a plumber being available the same day or even the next day looked impossible according to their schedule, but she cared enough to ask me what was wrong and said that if there was any unexpected opening she would call me and let me know. I ended up calling multiple plumbing companies but everyone was booked for days and even weeks out so I lost hope. About 30 minutes later, Ms. Joyce called me back and told me that she had a plumber available and can send them my way ASAP and of course I said YES, PLEASE! Layton and Brandon came out to fix my plumbing issue and I was surprised at the customer service that I received from all 3 of them!!! My work career involves coaching my employees to deliver superior customer service to all of our customers world wide so my expectations on customer service for anything is pretty high. Well, Mac Plumbing exceeded my expectations. They are kind, considerate, punctual, professional and set expectations before completing tasks.     Dennis was a trooper! He found his way into the narrowest crawl space under our very old house to locate a leak. (You couldnt pay me enough to do that!) Now were know exactly what were dealing with and can take the next steps (which involve additional tradesmen) to resolve the problem.Update: We were able to get the project completed the same day, on a Friday no less! Jeff and his assistant returned to finish the job and had us back with running water before the evening was done. Very grateful for the support from the main office as well to make this happen on an otherwise busy day!

    Recently had Mac Plumbing come out to my residence and replace a sewer line they did an excellent job at an affordable price! Their service techs ( Adam and I can’t remember the other one) were very friendly and constantly kept me informed and up to date on their progress. After they were finished they explained everything that they had done and what to look for in the future. My sewer line was replaced in only one day and I couldn’t be happier with the service.     I called Mac Plumbing when my kitchen drains stopped working. What I thought was a simple clog turned out to be issues with my piping and drains for my kitchen and laundry room as well as my sewer line(old house=old pipes).     I received service from Adam at Mac plumbing. He did an incredible job and I would gladly have him do future work in my home. He was very knowledgeable about the potential causes of my two leaks and zeroed in on the problems quickly. His work appeared to be very high quality and clean, and while he did have to cut a hole in the ceiling it was a perfect square that will be easy to repair. He wore a mask and foot covering the entire time he was in our home.The price was $800 to fix two leaks, higher than I expected but the quality did exceed my expectations. The picture shown is the $529 shower drain replacement.

    This latest freeze left us without running water. After calling several plumbers in the area and being told they couldn’t get us in for another week I ran across Mac Plumbing’s number on google. I called and was told the earliest they could get us in was the next morning. (Something about an apartment complex having a busted water main.) They scheduled us for the 8 am window. I got a call promptly at 8 and the technician was here within 45 minutes (we live a little ways out of the city). The technician, Layton, came in, was friendly, assessed the damage, quoted me a reasonable price, and walked me through what he planned on doing. Within the hour everything was fixed and I had running water again. I was extremely happy with the level of customer service provided by this company and the fact that their employee went above and beyond to get the job done.     Dan did a great job for us at our home. He fixed our slow dripping bathtub faucet and did his best to fix our kids bathroom toilet. Sadly, he had to tell us the toilets flushing days are coming to an end, but recommended us to the type of toilet we should get to replace it. Dan was very professional and courteous to both my wife and I. Dan also talked to us a bit on the water softening system and Mac Plumbing price on them. Being we had a water softening system in our previous home, we will be looking into it in the future. Once we purchase our new toilet, we will be giving yall a call to install it.

    I cant tell you how grateful I am of the this establishment. Im 8 months pregnant and the fiancé is away for 3 weeks; on Sunday night the shower becomes slightly backed up with shower water, then the toilet wont flush. I check the other upstairs guest bathroom, same issues. I used Drano and plunger and it seems to have fixed itself. Monday late morning not so much!! I think that I can fix this on my own, WRONG!!!! I tried another product just for toilets nope I tried a 25 ft snake nope! I gave up and call Mac Plumbing, they came highly recommended. I called them first thing Tuesday morning, they said that they could fit me in same day (WHAT!!!????). They called 2 hours before their actual time of arrival that I was given, came in looked at the issue gave me my total, fixed it within 2 hours, cleaned up, hung out with my dog and was done!! I cant truly express to you how great they were! Jeff was my service tech, he was very professional, personable and super nice. I truly hope to never see them again lol but if I do have plumbing issues again I wont hesitate to call them.
