I have seen their name for years , but this is my first experience with the Lee Company. I have been thoroughly impressed. They came out late in the day to look at my plumbing to see why the toilets and the showers were backing up. They were very polite, professional and respectful, of not only myslef, but my home as well. They were methodical and you could tell they were very experienced. Unfortunately, I had some bad news with a broken pipe, but they laid out several different options for me and explained everything in detail. They answered all of my questions in detail and set up a time and date to return to fix rthe problem. They even explained to me their maintenance program that you can sign up for that is only $12 per month, and the items that they maintain are well worth the money spent per month. In fact, I almost feel guilty spending such little money per month for the maintenance program and receiving so many benefits from it. Lee Company came out to our home after we had another company come out & tell us we needed a whole new a/c unit and that 78 degrees was a “normal temp” inside our home. Lee company was able to correctly diagnose the issue. They were super kind & thorough. I’m happy to report that it’s working great and our home is now cooling to 78 degrees. Call these guys, they do it best!

The first 2 visits were a process of elimination that ended on Friday with positive results. We are very pleased with the positive response on each visit. One of our houseguests told us his toilet was leaking around the base. We’d tried plumbing services from a few other providers but were not totally satisfied with the results. Having heard good things about Lee Company, we called and asked for help. Though they were totally booked that day we were placed on a waiting list and told their representative would call when they were within 30 minutes of our home. Stephen called within a few hours and was at the house within 20 minutes. Stephen was polite, efficient and obviously knowledgeable. He put on shoe covers and examined the toilet that was leaking and diagnosed the problem quickly. He asked if we had anything else that he might help with and we mentioned a leaky faucet in the kitchen and the need to flush our tankless hot water system. He handled all three with amazing speed and efficiency. Stephen handled all of our plumbing issues and we were so impressed we asked for a maintenance agreement to cover plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliance services. Oh, they maintain generators too. We’ll write further glowing reviews as this quality service repeats in so many areas. If you have any sort of maintenance need, we highly recommend Lee Company.

The sump pump replacement job I had done was not esthetically pleasing after being installed, so I had a service call to fix. The response was quick and job was cleaned up and done right.Besides being expensive, $1,600 to do, both service techs were friendly and nice. Would recommend this service agency.

I discovered a water pipe leak after 7pm. A technician arrived shortly after 10pm to assess the issue. He lacked one part from being able to fix the issue; but that was discussed as a possibility prior to his arrival. He came back the next morning and completed the repairs. He was friendly. While I am not experienced, I have some knowledge of plumbing issues and he listened to my thoughts and didnt mind my looking over his shoulder. His communication was excellent. I would use Lee Company again, should I have further issues (even if not plumbing related)

Ive used Lee Company for years and have never been disappointed with their quality of work, customer service, or prices! They go above and beyond. One project they quoted for me ended up being thousands of dollars more than they expected, but they still honored their quote. I have one rental property here and they also treat my tenants as well as they do me, which is really important to me. As people, they deserve it, and Ive heard many stories of tenants being treated poorly simply because they werent the owners. They are my go-to team!!

Ive lost count now how many times Ive called them for projects. My place is rural, they drive out, they are on time. THEY SHOW UP when no one else bothers. Always good work, professional, courteous and done to code. Ive never had a bad experience. So just quit getting hung up on what they charge over some guy that did it for their sisters husbands cousin once. Do it once, do it right and you will do it for less in the long run.

They sent a man out named Ethan Smith. He was GREAT! Very knowledgeable. Usually air guys come out, do a bunch of stuff and say it’s fixed then leave. 50% of the time, it corrects the problem the other 50% they make it worse. Which is what happened before i called lee company. The last person came and messed it up. Its a new to me rental property. They had sent their maintenance people then an actual air company. Both were failed attempts at correcting the problem. They kept saying nothing was wrong. Ethan came out and told me the problem in under 2 minutes! The drain line needed to be cleared. Then he took the thing apart and showed me how the heat isn’t even hooked up. The last guy told me he turned the fan up on my unit because it needed to blow harder. Ethan explained to me how that wasn’t possible because he didn’t open the thing up. He walked me through everything he was doing in detail. Why it was messed up, showed me what wires he was doing what with and explained it all clearly so even i could understand it. He did more than his job honestly. He helped me uncover two vents someone had previously shut off. He hooked the heat up(which had nothing to do with air and isnt why he was called) it blew the fuse & one of the parts need to be replaced, so he told me about that and we’ll be back in a couple months to fix it before winter! It’s the best experience i have ever had with an air company! Then when he was leaving, he took 5 extra minutes to educate my kids and answer all their questions ( they are 10, 7, & 5 so they have alot) by time he left there was alot of high-fives and i think even a hug from one of my kiddos! Also i want to add my husband was at work so it was me and my children alone with him the whole time and i was 100% comfortable. He didn’t make me feel uncomfortable at all! Which is enough reason to have him back at my home on its own!

This place is a great business. When our heating unit went out, Tracy called the office to get us portable heaters because temperatures were going to be in the 20s that evening. A few weeks later, we had them install a new heating and air conditioner unit. The guys worked hard and completed the job in just a few hours. Mike, the manager, was also involved, ensuring that all went smoothly and there were no problems.

Lee Company Technicians are outstanding professionals and highly trained. Our recent maintenance inspection by Tyler and Nathan were very thorough and detailed. Tyler identified some plumbing areas for improvement and implemented those updates in a very timely and professional manner. Nathan was able to identify the reason for our power outage immediately along with his thorough inspection of our electrical unit put our minds at ease! They both took the time to explain and show us potential problem areas and resolved some on the spot. We highly recommend these two technicians and welcome them back for future inspections/repairs.

I have had this problem of my air condition of freezing every summer problem for over 27 years and they knew how to fix the problem by simply adding a return duck downstairs, I will not have to be a stand in Air conditioner woman this summer!!

This time we had our A/C maintenance done that is included in our home maintenance contract. At $12 a month, this service is SO worth it! I get an inspection of all my systems done individually, so its not 1 person who checks everything, You get an expert in each field coming to inspect your system, so you get someone with a background and knowledge. I have a relatively new home, but with any build these days, only the most inexpensive items are used. With Lee Companys help, I have corrected, upgraded & installed systems to keep my home in very good condition, including improvement in the indoor air quality for my husband & I who are advanced in age. We are very happy with the service we receive from Lee Company and highly recommond them for your home system repairs & maintenance.

I really did like the company they were very courteous and professional. We called around to other companies to come out on Monday. No one would come finally call Lee Company. They told us they would come out but because of the weather, they were courteous enough to call us back and say that they could not make it and we understood because they wanted to keep their crew safe as well but They did compensate us with a credit because they was not able to come out on Monday, which of course was great. They came out on Tuesday. Did the job explained to us what was going on and was very courteous and professional in the process I would definitely. Recommend Lee company to anyone

The five stars is only for the second guy that recently came out to my mom’s house. On February 21 we called him for a clogged system. The gentleman came out said it was the rubber thing in the tank change that for $104 after that it continued to be stopped up the water would drain down and you could use it again then it got even worse had to call so call him back out and the second guy that came out was outstanding he told us step-by-step and yet was stopped up really badly ended up costing $798 I think we should’ve been refunded the 104 or it should’ve been Taken off the service service for the second because the little rubber stopper in the back of the toilet did not fix a clog. But every time we’ve used them before it’s been great as I said February First was the only Bad service we had

We are new to the area and needed a company to assess our HVAC system. Unfortunately, we needed a new unit. The installation was quickly arranged within a few days. The crew that came to complete the job were knowledgable, thorough, well versed in their work, and worked together quickly and efficiently as a team. They took the time to answer our questions, and if the answer wasn’t known, we were honestly told they didn’t know. However, they made a phone call to find out. The crew was pleasant and polite, plus they tolerated the noise and curiosity of two dogs. This crew and their project manager are a definite asset to the company. Now, I have peace of mind knowing I have a company I can contact for any plumbing, electrical, heating, or cooling problem that might be encountered with this older home. . Lee Company has been amazing in one of the worst times in our life. About 6 months ago we had a big leak in our house and have been dealing with contractors, HVAC technicians, insurance and warranty companies and it has all been a nightmare. Inferior work, people not following through, going over budget, cancelling appointments and delays. Luckily we didnt experience any of those problems while working with Lee Company to do our electrical work. All the technicians were professional and friendly, they were very knowledgeable, did quality work, and they showed up when they said they would—they were even a few minutes early some times! They also send you detailed photos and videos of before and after the work. They make you feel like they actually care about you and the problems youre having. Great company, would definitely recommend.

He called and was able to come a day earlier than my scheduled appointment. Unfortunately, the part I needed was not available so he called around to see if he could find it. He called me the following day and discussed the search for the part. He had not found it but was still trying to locate one. I really appreciate his promptness, kindness, willingness to help and knowledge on my unit.

Lee Co. supervised and completely replaced the old duct system in the crawl space of my house originally built in 1956. They also replaced the HVAC Unit (Rheem 2.5 ton). Steve ONeil was super nice, prompt and got everything going for me. There were 3 separate crews that worked on my house. Steves crew were 2 very nice, polite & eager working guys (Chris) and they began working on time every day for 3 days and called me to let me know when they were leaving each day. I have never experienced the level of care and service that I received from Lee Company! After two other well-known plumbing companies in town threw up their hands and charged me for it, Lee came and spent three days sending in everything and anyone who could get to the root of a very complicated plumbing leak in the slab. They were diligent and kind and caring throughout the process. The plumber, project manager, leak detectors, and even the area manager were all on site to find and come to a creative solution that saved thousands of dollars in the end. Highly recommend Lee Company! We needed our range gas/propane oven adjusted. The flames were too high on the cook top. The first service tech that was sent out did not have the correct tools. He called one of the other guys that normally did that type of work and they sent him out a few hours later. Prices are very reasonable. The service techs and office staff are professional and courteous. The next time we need help with HVAC, Electrical Plumbing, or Appliance we will be calling Lee Company.

Excellent appliance repair service from Garrett. He initially diagnosed the problem with our dryer as a failed motherboard, a very expensive repair, but when the new motherboard did not solve the problem he found a much cheaper solution. He could easily have charged us $580 and we would not have known the difference, but her charged us only $144 instead, and the dryer now works great.

I called Lee Company after a bad storm came through the city the day before with winds that reached up to 74 mph. The light above my garage was barely hanging on the next day after the storm, the wires were exposed and I was worried about electrical damage if it rained again before I could have someone fix the light. I called Lee Company and they sent someone out the same day. The technician, Charles Woodall, was very informative about why the light was loose. Turns out the plastic box was not installed properly. He explained to me that he used a metal box, mounted it properly and secured the light. I received an email of the work he conducted along with videos we as well. Im very happy with the service I received from Lee Company and I will be using them again in the future.

Me Company worked hard to dispatch a great technician on a Sunday night. Our technician was very nice, professional, and quickly fixed the upstairs AC system so that we could sleep that night. Great job!
