Nothing but great service and solid workmanship. This company has completed 5 projects for us. They listen, dont try to upsell, and are extremely professional. To top it off, their prices are very reasonable. So far weve had work done by Riley and Luke. Both are top notch!

I cant say enough good things about this company and the gentleman that came to replace our hot water heater. I woke up without hot water and saw the water heater was leaking in the garage. I shut the water off and called Alford at 7:30am. First, the lady on the phone was super helpful, answering all my questions with a pleasant tone. By 9am, the gentlemen were at my house to look at it. The entire thing needed to be replaced, but it was still under warranty. By 11am, I had a new water heater installed. Both men who came to my house were very knowledgeable and professional. The labor and expansion pack costs were very reasonable as well. If youre looking for an honest, knowledgeable, competitive-priced plummer with great customer service, give Alford Plumming a call.

Alford plumbing is a step above the rest! From moving my septic lines, marking underground utilities, replacing my toilet, checking my gas stove top and replacing my outdoor faucet! They even took the old handle off my toilet we were replacing to fix a loose one in another bathroom, with out me having to ask!!!! Much appreciated Ryle. I am so happy that I found a plumber who knows what they are doing and doesnt just scam me out of money. This is my 4th plumber. I had issues with noises from my guest bath shower head and a leakage from my hot water heater. They fixed it all, and it was a decent price. I would recommend this plumbing service to others as well.

We purchased a pool heater and our existing gas line would not reach to the location of the pump and the heater. We had a new line installed and Alford Plumbing was absolutely wonderful to work with. Ryley was knowledgeable and professional and he and his team were on time, friendly and worked hard to get the job done right the first time. They also installed a new spigot on the side of our home, giving my hydrangeas a fighting chance this summer! Cannot recommend them enough and will definitely call them in the future for any plumbing needs! Reasonable price for exceptional customer service!

I had to call out Alford as an emergency due to a water leak that recurred. Kyle was very quick to respond and got right to work on the issue. He was able to repair the water pipe that caused the leak and made sure that my water was restored and nothing else was leaking. Kyle kept me informed the entire time of what he was doing. I will be using Alford again for any future plumbing needs. Kyle was perfect for the job.

Previous owners of our house used Alford for their plumbing needs and highly recommended them. I’ve had to call on them a handful of times in the last four years (because older home = things happen). Most recently needed gas-licensed plumber to replace the hot water heater. Exceptionally responsive and professional team, quality service, at fair cost. Cannot say enough good things about Alford. Very happy with the service from Alford. Eli the technician did excellent work. My pipes had been rattling whenever we took a shower. We made an appointment and they showed up on time. It was raining so both technicians wore those plastic booties in the house. They diagnosed the issue and replaced the parts needed. Not only do my pipes not rattle any more, but I now have a blessed level of water pressure in the shower! The work they did looks nice, professional and clean. Highly recommendedUpdate: had some additional work done a few weeks ago and it was still acting up. Today they came and fixed it at no additional cost. Very happy

Hats off, dont look no further. They went above an beyond my expectations. The pricing was very fair. No comparison, I called around n spent money on consultation fee. They charge 50. Another place was 49 but there price was insane. Another 165 I said just to come out. If you can get in Alford Plumbing is where its at. Very down to earth from the receptionist to the technician. Outstanding.

Alford Plumbing went above and beyond for me! I called at 7am and they were at my house and finished replacing my old shower faucet, that decided to become a waterfall of its own accord in the middle of the night, by 11am! The pricing was so fair that I couldnt believe it based on quotes I got when the faucet was merely dripping. I will definitely call Alford Plumbing again and recommend them as often as I can! On 12/23/21 we noticed our toilet was leaking. Of course we called numerous plumbers and no one could come out on short notice right before the holiday. Alford said they would see what they could do but couldnt guarantee they could get out. They called a few hours later and told us that someone was on their way. They were quick and courteous, and I truly appreciate them fixing this right before they were due to be off for the holiday, they didnt have to work us in, we were a new customer and they didnt owe us anything, but they came and made the repair anyway. They have earned my business going forward. Could not recommend enough!

Beyond please with this company! I called as soon as they opened due to finding a clogged garbage disposal the night prior, I was told they were booked but could get someone that evening to come let me know what they could do. Thankfully a few hours later got a call back that a technician was on the way. Keith and BJ showed up on time and ready to tackle the clog. First attempt didnt work so they tried again and found the problem and took no time fixing the issue. They were very nice and respectful and did the job quick! OMG, let me tell you, my story. 10/14/19 at about 7pm my dear commode was meeting its demise. It was me, the plunger, and sleep deprivation, trying desperately to stop my toilet from overflowing. Needless to say the commode won, by a landslide, The plunger and myself bowed out not gracefully, but still a bow. Well low and behold, I was told to contact Alford Plumbing the next day 10/15/19. I explained what had happen the night before and what was happening currently. I was second on the list for the day. They got me fixed up and ready to go. An unexpected cost, but still a reasonable cost. It was affordable for them to fix the back flow and install a new toilet, and fix my floor in the area to mount the toilet so no rockaway. Alford Plumbing was referred to me by a good friend who knows the owner and came at a time when I was looking for a quality plumber. Last spring, they did a major upgrade to my gas system to accommodate a pool heater and to prepare for a new gas cooktop. On both occasions, the service and quality of their work was exceptional. They stayed on budget and have given great advice. Ryley finished up the installation of our cooktop this month and we love it. While he was here, we started the planning for installing a tankless gas water heater and to relocate my laundry room. Well, I had no idea who I should call, so I picked a plumber at random that had good reviews. I picked Hiller...BIG MISTAKE!!! They charged me $59 for the estimate and tried to railroad me out of another $1,500.00 !!! Now, Im not a plumber, but im not stupid either, so I called Alford Plumbing to get a second opinion. Not only do they give FREE estimates, but the work in question only cost me $143.00 !! Nice, polite and fixed it on the spot quickly and efficiently. Alford Plumbing was AMAZING!!! I will definately call Alford first next time I need a plumber.

Alford plumbing came out the same day we called and turns out it was only a hundred dollar fix instead of a grand. They fixed it in 20 minutes then turned around and fixed our outside water faucets that were giving us trouble. They were super professional and polite. A work order was put in YESTERDAY(Jan 14) around 4:30ish about my toilet and bathtub I GOT A CALL 10:15am THE NEXT DAY(Jan 15) ready to complete the job!!!!! (VERY PROACTIVE) Ms. Marina was very polite and very professional as we talked on the phone. She was great about accommodating my work schedule and rescheduled me to a later time the same day. Very up front with information and updates. She even called as a courtesy to see if it was okay to come earlier than expected!! Mr. Keith and Mr. BJ were nothing but outstanding Gentleman! They got to my house 30secs before I did and I opened the door and kicked my shoes off and they IMMEDIATELY offered their OWN shoe covers (which beats my Walmart bags and rubber bands lol) very respectful to the home!!! Fast forward, the two gentlemen let me know what they were doing up front, AND they let me know when they finished one task, ANNNND they let me know when moved on to the other task! They gave the courtesy to let me know that the job would take some time! I did not have to wonder what was going on or how long it was going to take! I really appreciate this company and their outstanding customer service! It was great to have a change of pace when it comes to getting things fixed around the house! I have had bad experiences with unprofessionalism, no shows, no explanation, zero customer service skills etc, BUT NOT AT ALFORD PLUMBING THEY ARE GREAT!!!!
