They gave me by far the best price, and they did by far the best job that my family has ever done by a plumbing company. I would most definitely highly recommend them. From start to finish this company was the best. Open communication and we’re available to me immediately. If it wasn’t for my own schedule limitations I would’ve been able to have the work done the same day I initially called. Anthony showed up and was above and beyond. I needed a new Spicket on my back side of the house, he had to go under that dark and creepy crawlspace. He did it with a smile on his face and I really appreciated his care. The job got done quick and I ended up with better water pressure in my whole house because he found out that my water wasn’t turned on all the way at the main valve. I highly recommend this company!

We called Stiffler’s to repair a leaky pipe. We had installed an extended driveway making it a little more difficult to find this leaky pipe. They dug for 6 hours one day trying to find the pipe in our flowerbed & unfortunately could not find it. They told us to give another company a call that would be able to detect under the driveway were exactly it could be from. However, the owner said he was gonna come back the next day and try again & this time with huge success they found the pipe, and the leak & was able to get it fixed. They didn’t give up & got the job done. Price wasn’t too bad either.

This company is the absolute best!!!! The owner of this company goes above and beyond! We had a plumbing issue at about 6pm going into the night one night. I live in the country/ woodlawn.So i reached out to this company and the owner made it a priority to help get a plumber out to myhome that same night. How convenient could it be!The plumber who came and did the inspection and work was amazing as well. These guys are about business and will find the issue and fix it.They go the extra mile!They even came back the next day to ensure everything was properly fixed in my home. They installed new piping and did a dig out and put treatments down.This is hands down the only company i will call for plumbing issues. They get the job done!! 5 star rating all day long! My wife called at around 5:00 PM and explained what was going on. A plumber was promptly dispatched and communicated when theyd arrive. Matthew did excellent work unclogging my pipes and explained his way through the whole process, what he was doing and why. He also gave preventative maintenance suggestions as well. All in all, I am pleased by the services I received and was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism of everyone involved.

I called first thing in the morning and with in and hour they were at my house. They worked until they found the problem and advised me of the issues I had. Once I received my permit from the state of Tennessee they started working on my new drain field. They performed high quality work. They finished the job in just a few days. Anthony arrived promptly at the scheduled time and informed me that the heater needed to be replaced. Everything from scheduling to work conducted was professional and prompt.

We cannot share enough great things about this company. We had a pretty complicated situation with failures on many levels at our new construction home. Ryan & Matthew completed a Septic Modification for us in challenging weather and terrain. The condition of our wooded area was left better than they found it.We reached out on a Thursday afternoon, they came to view/estimate Friday, and started work promptly on Monday.Top notch service, extremely knowledgeable, and affordable!Don’t waste your time with other local companies, these guys are where it’s at. We reached out to several other local companies, they either never responded or reached out after Stifflers Plumbing started!

This was the second time Stifflers came out and saved us! We had to get a water heater replaced and originally called Lowes, thinking the amount we paid was for the unit as well as installation (it was not). Ryan set up the appointment, and Matthew and Anthony from Stifflers came out and hauled the unit from Lowes back, got the payment refunded, helped us get a cheaper unit, AND installed it. They arrived on time and got everything fixed efficiently. Thanks again guys! We really should have called Stifflers from the get-go🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️ but we know for next time!

They said theyd have someone out by 2pm, same day. They ended up arriving around noon, diagnosed the repairs, went to the shop to get parts, returned, and had the repairs completed by 2:45. I will be referring them to everyone I know from here on out.

I called Stifflers Plumbing for some work I needed done on the gas line to my house (running a line for a new gas oven, and capping the gas line to an old gas fireplace we were getting rid of). They were extremely responsive, showing up the same day to give me a quote on the cost for the work needed. They were forthcoming and honest in their disclosure of the costs and the scope of the work involved, and I didnt feel like they were talking down to me (some people can be so condescending when speaking to a woman). We decided on the work we needed and they were here the very next day to complete it. Ryan and Andrew were very professional and friendly. They were respectful of our space (putting on foot coverings when coming into the house). Their fees were extremely reasonable and we are appreciative of the work they completed so quickly (and so well!). We will definitely be using them in the future for any work needed!
