Pure Southern Water is amazing. Completely transformed our water at home. Drake, Marla, and Rey were so helpful in all 3 processes of getting the filtration system into our home. If you are looking for healthier and cleaner water this is your place. They showed us the numbers and chemicals in our water and how they can improve it with no scam like sales pitch! They were super accommodating and quick with installation and we have seen nothing but positive changes since having our clean water. Highly recommend pure southern water!!

For over a year I have been contemplating getting an RO and whole home system. With a new baby, need for new car etc it was hard to say yes. Marla was kind, knowledgeable and nice enough to come out twice (once a year ago, and once a few weeks ago) to test my water and give me the knowledge I needed to make an informed decision. I finally said yes and am so happy I did! My only regret is that I didnt do it sooner. My skin and hair feel so much smoother/softer and my water no longer smells like a pool. Even my husband noticed a difference. I highly suggest making the investment in your home and health with Pure Southern Water

Marla came to my home to evaluate my water and to discuss my options.She confirmed what I already knew that my water here in Murfreesboro is very hard and we started discussing options.She was very professional and knowledgeable with an energy that was endearing to the client.When we were finished I was satisfied the we reached a decision that was best for my family. I went with a full home filter system that is on line and a added RO in the kitchen.Installation this Friday! Purchased a new house and heard that the water in Middle TN can be very hard and coming from the Cumberland and other sources. Had a professional in home meeting with the sales rep/chemist who tested the water. Installation was performed by Ethan who was professional and very personable, explaining all the installation work to be performed, finishing with a full explanation of how to operate and maintain the unit. I very much recommend working with them being a family run business and excellent communication and follow through.

We got 3 different quotes from reputable companies and Pure Southern Water came in the cheapest. Scheduling and the install were both easy. Would highly recommend checking them out!

We have had our system for just over 2 weeks. We built our home and moved in almost 2 years ago and talked about a system from day 1 since we have really hard water here. The difference is night and day, and we are so pleased with how the install was done just as we requested. I have never had softer hair and skin in my life. Marla was our sales rep who showed up to our home and was so pleasant and straight to the point with our testing and what services they offered to offset the hard water. As someone with dry skin, I noticed a big difference in my skin and hair within days of having the system installed.If you’re unsure, give them a call for a water test and let them answer your questions. I am not one to post reviews but this team so far surpassed my expectations that I felt compelled to call them out. Their evaluation of my existing system and the ultimate resolution has resulted in improvements in all the areas they alluded to during their initial presentation. Our glass shower enclosure and our coffee pot have never been clearer and both my wife and I have found ourselves using noticeably less lotion to combat dry skin.Well done guys!

I went with Pure Southern Water as part of their Lowes install program. They were very polite and professional, and they were able to install my system the same day they came out to look at my house. They also did not try to put on a whole sales pitch and high pressure sales tactics like the other water softener companies in the area do. Pure Southern Water installed a whole home soft water system and under-sink Reverse Osmosis system. While the systems themselves are great (I’m drinking a lot more water now that it doesn’t taste like the reservoir anymore!), the professionalism of the team was the best part. From the initial water test and estimate through installation and to the follow-up evaluation, they were all thorough and quick, but always happy to answer any and all questions and walk me in great detail through what to expect and how to operate and keep tabs on the systems. They even ran the RO through the crawl space to ensure my fridge water and ice had the same quality as the installed spigot by the sink. Just a first-class operation all around, even ensuring I didn’t have to lock my dog away while they did everything - took it all in stride as he sniffed and inspected the work.Highly recommend!

These guys are some of the most respectable, professional and punctual people I have ever met. They were very quick to come give me a quote and even quicker to get the system installed around my schedule. They absolutely knocked it out of the park and I will never be using anyone besides pure Southern for all my water needs. I HIGHLY recommend!!P.S. I even had to take me wife and newborn baby to the doctor for his two day check up, while these guys were installing my system. I left them alone with my home to finish my install and asked them to lock up when they left. They did exactly as I asked and everything was untouched when we returned back home.

Its been two months since the install. I wanted to wait to leave a review and everythings been perfect.First, the install went like clockwork. They said it would take three hours and despite my sink being difficult to install they finished right on time. Drake and Dustin were very professional and friendly. Dustin came into our lives completely by accident, as we were attempting to chase down the original company who installed our water softener. Turns out the original company is now out of business - but that didn’t stop Dustin from helping us! If anything, it made him even more determined to help fix our issue.What really impressed me was Dustin’s customer service, even though we had never technically been customers. He is such a gentleman and is incredibly professional, going so far as to patch up our system as much as he could without having the correct parts (he doesn’t sell this brand, but he STILL went out of his way to help us as much as possible!)Unfortunately our water softener is on its way out. But even so, I consider it a win since we will DEFINITELY be calling Pure Southern Water when the end finally comes! If they take such amazing care of folks who aren’t even technically customers, I know we’ll be extremely well taken care of when we buy our replacement water softener through them! Thanks Dustin!! We are getting better tasting water out of the sink than what we were getting from our filtered fridge prior to getting these units installed. No more residue left on the water bottles, and I can even tell a difference when showering. I highly recommend it.
