    I was hesitant because I always worry about getting any service or repair done to the house and dread calling for an estimate to find out it is out of my budget. Mr. Sandoval is a professional at his trade. Communication was key. Letting me know he could come out and give me a free estimate on the work I needed. Giving me a fair price and completing all my requests effortlessly. He even took time to explain the questions I had as he did the repairs. And when he needed to go out and get some more parts, he called me to let me know he was running behind because he was waiting for the material. I highly recommend him for any of your plumbing needs.

    Mr. Sandoval is who you are looking for. He was able to perform all the plumbing work needed to remodel our bathroom, even doing so over a holiday weekend. A lot of the skill and effort is hidden in the wall after these types of projects, but Mr. Sandovals work speaks for itself. He was highly communicative during the entire process and worked very efficiently. He even took time to answer some of my curious questions. I am happy that I now have someone who I can trust and call for my future plumbing projects and repairs

    I had a great experience with Sandoval Plumbing! I was trying to replace the cartridge and trim in my shower/bath when the old cartridge broke off in the pipe and I could not get the rest of it out. I called them and Eduardo was at my house half an hour later, and got the issue fixed in 15 minutes. Also charged a very reasonable fee, especially for an emergency and after-hours call. They will be my go-to plumbers from now on!

    I meant to review Sandoval Plumbing immediately and I’m only glad I remember that I forgot! I have already recommended him to everybody I know in person.This is a plumber who knows his stuff and is certainly honest. Without me bringing it up he was very concerned with staying within his quote when issues came from the materials *I* provided.     Mr. Sandoval is honest and does not price gouge you. He does good work and can accommodate your hours of availability. I needed my toilet rodded and it turned out that the toilet was so old that it had too much calcium build up and needed to be changed.Mr. Sandoval quoted a great price for an evening job with no extra charges. I had called two other plumbers and they wanted a $200 surcharge for coming after 4pm. Seriously? He did have to come back the next day with a new toilet and installed it pretty quickly.And again, his pricing was on the low end of the estimates that I searched up. He also did not try to upsell anything else. I remember I called another plumber several years ago and suddenly he was flushing every toilet and running every sink and writing up estimates for stuff I did not need.I highly recommend Sandoval plumbing. I will be calling only them from now on.

    Eddie replaced a broken ejector pump for us. He came quickly after I reached out, and diagnosed the problem in no time. Repair was done within a few hours. Good communication, fair prices. Ill definitely call him again next time I need a plumber

    We concur with all the reviews that Eddie has the best service and deserves 5 stars. We had a main line back up that was causing toilet overflow and leakage of water into the basement. He came and assessed the situation and quickly went to work. He made sure the main line was clear and replaced the toilet seal. Everything was done in about an hour. He took time to explain plumbing to us lay persons, which was also greatly appreciated. If we ever have issues again, we will be sure to contact Eddie. The best!

    We recently bought a home that had numerous diy plumbing solutions that were causing several leaks, low water pressure throughout the house, hot water issues, waste line issues...the list was endless. Eddie had to assess and dismantle every diy to address the root issues and essentially reworked our whole plumbing system. He was very communicative throughout the process and made sure to explain everything! Because of the poor installation of the previous diys, when one issue was fixed, it would often cause more issues to arise - Eddie always had a solution to address the unforeseen problems. It is such a relief to have reliable plumbing and we couldnt be happier with Eddies work!

    Eddie and Luis deserve all the stars. We called and had no idea what happened with our hot water heater, Eddie came and diagnosed the issue immediately. They installed the new water heater in less than 3 hours I was shocked and sooo happy. We’ll be using them from now on for our 2 flat building!

    These reviews do not lie! This past Sunday after doing multiple loads of laundry back to back water started to come out of our basement shower. We called Sandoval Plumbing and Eddie answered right away, however, we decided to wait until the next day. Then comes Monday morning at about 5:30 am it started pouring rain and that is when our minor issue became a HUGE problem. Water was overflowing from our shower then it started to come out of the toilet after the shower was clogged. It was a total mess and we reached out to Eddie again close to 7 am and he called back within 20 mins. Eddie provided us with an ETA, arrived on time and called us when he was on his way. Once he arrived he took a look and knew what he had to do. Our main line was backed up and needed rodding. On top of that our sump pump also needed to be changed since it was older and no longer working. He provided recommendations of what replacement parts were needed and we went to purchase them while he started rodding. Eddie is extremely knowledgeable with 25 years of experience. He took his time to explain to me what the problem was and it was definitely helpful. He was done in about 3 hrs and price is reasonable. I will definitely be using him in the future and highly recommend anyone who needs plumbing services.

    Called Eddie with a major leak from my old disposal and broken faucet. He took care of all the repairs and installed a new faucet. Also had him install a new toilet.We needed him to look at the refrigerator water line. We had a leak where we tried to fix it ourselves. Only we could not find missing connector anywhere. Eddie located it and fixed the water to the door, only to find the line to ice also needed repair. He made a second trip and took care of that too.We’re happy campers again. Everything working again in a timely manner.

We have an old house which had old kitchen and bath tub drain pipes that were literally falling down and busted and a water heater that needed repair.     Wow, Eddie is the best plumber weve ever used in the 22 years weve been in our house. He showed up fast to help us with an emergency leak in a bathroom faucet. We actually called him at 10am while he was at a suburban job and he was at our place at 1230pm. (The plumber we used before, one of the well known local companies, wouldnt even answer their phone till 11am.) Eddie did the job for $500 less than the bigger company, didnt upsell us anything like the bigger company, gave us a chance to go buy a new faucet ourselves, and was even able to install the new faucet in the sink we already had while, which the bigger plumber didnt want to do, and fixed a pipe problem. Eddie saved us hundreds of dollars. Then as he was finishing, a neighbor randomly called us to ask if we knew plumber! So Eddie went right on over there, and did a great job for them too. Were so happy to finally have a guy we can count on in a pinch. Any one or two-person plumbing job, give Eddie a chance before you call anyone else.

    Had used JB plumbing bc of HOA. Did not have the greatest experience with them. Long story short Eddie did great and explained why he has to do what he had to do without trying make it a bigger project than it was.The faucet and sink had been replaced prior and apparently the prior didnt have as much experience which the pressure very low bc he explained that had they turned the water back on slowly and removed the head first to allow any buildup to flush itself out it would have prevented the low pressure caused by the debris from happening right away and wouldnt have needed them to come back. Which JB did tell me there might be issues with pressure it happens from turning off the water and to call them back to fix it which they didnt.Sandoval cleaned the lines and restored the pressure.     We had a situation where a significant leak had developed in a ceiling below a bathroom and we needed help finding the source quickly. Eduardo was able to come out within a few hours notice (on a busy holiday) to diagnose the problem and complete the repair for a very reasonable price compared to the giant plumbing companies. Great to work with a family business and I would absolutely call him in next time we need work done.
