From the office staff to the plumbers, everyone is highly responsive and friendly at Rocket Plumbing. Their pricing also seems very competitive. I appreciated being able to get a diagnostic appointment scheduled quickly, and having the job completed that same day. Jose G explained what would be involved, itemized the estimate, and was very very tenacious in getting an incredibly clogged bathroom sink draining again. It took him 3 passes and a lot of effort, but thankfully got the job done. It wasn’t inexpensive but well worth the money. It would have been a literal nightmare if I had tried to do the job myself, and I would not have succeeded. It remains a mystery how the pipe draining that sink got so completely blocked!

We had a really great experience with rocket plumbing who came out and saved us after a prior plumber had really messed up a simple Clogged drain. They even identified an error key made in trying to close up Our basement sewer system, which could’ve been catastrophic if it hadn’t been addressed properly. They were super professional, gave us all of our options for how to approach the problem, and fixed it super quick. We are so relieved we switched to them when we did in our plumbing job. Just wish we had started out with them!

I already wrote one review for Manny, the HVAC tech from TR Miller, who visited yesterday, but maybe I accidentally erased it. This young guy in late 20’s was awesome. Very thorough! And I saw the dust on the back of his shirt so I know he was truly checking out our furnace to insure it’s in tiptop condition for winter heating season! Some extra work/cleaning AND my own decision to upgrade with a new humidifier (why pay over$300 for a new valve when I can get 10% off a new one with a five year warranty?) Yes, I am going to pay $19/month for their VIP program.Manny didn’t push me to do that.I just think it makes sense when you see all the perks. And having one company service our HVAC makes sense! TR Miller it is!

They are adaptable and often having the pieces needed in their truck (eg, a garbage disposal unit that needed replacing today). Eric almost feels like our personal plumber now. Eric did a great job fixing all three issues I had. He knew right away what the problems were and why I couldnt figure them out myself. He was knowledgeable, polite, and communication was great. The time range they gave when he would come out was accurate, and I liked how he called a half hour beforehand. He was also time-efficient-- he was done in the time I expected him to be done, and payment was easy. He provided an itemized receipt e-mailed to me which I also liked. He also gave some maintenance tips for the future. The work was a little on the pricier side but the quality of it was great. Id much rather pay extra for a company that hires licensed/certified people than go with a cheaper place that does unreliable, half-baked work. Would definitely use again.

Best plumbing experience Ive had. They definitely went above and beyond. I had a major clog in my drain which slowed it down so much that it would back up in my basement. They were able to cable and video through my main drain to the city to see exactly whats going on. They were able to get through my flood control system drain to hydrojet and clear my drain at a way lower price than a regular plumber would charge. Luis is a great plumber and communicator. I highly recommend Rocket Plumbing

It never feels good when you have to spend money on any home repair, I can say how great it felt to have , A Right Priced Plumbing & Sewer Company Inc. out to install a new water heater and sump pump! Jordan, the owner personally came out to inspect and diagnose the issue, but also went out of his way to give me discounts to lower some of the costs as well as throw in a little extra to remove the hidden component of the sump pump. He was extra professional and personable. The job was supposed to be at least six to eight hours because some of the issues in removing the old sump, but it actually only took him and a colleague two and a half hours to get the job done and at a very fair reasonable price! I highly recommend A Right Priced Plumbing & Sewer Company Inc. for your plumbing needs!

I had to get a water shut off valve replaced before I could have a new appliance installed. I was able to get an appointment very quickly and James was on-time. The valve replacement was a quick fix and now I have no fears of leaking and water damage from that valve. James was very courteous, was on time, and was very clear about what he was going to do and what it would cost. I was really appreciative that he acknowledged there was someone else who might be better suited to take a look at the other issue rather than just do it himself since he was there. I’ve worked with Rocket Plumbing a few times now, to fix a runny toilet, install a new water filler faucet, install a new kitchen faucet, and install a water shutoff valve. We’ve worked with the same specific plumber, Luis, each time and he’s done great work while being very considerate of our home and taking the time to explain everything. They’ve returned a couple times to adjust some things after the initial install and did so rapidly and without additional charges. Would recommend them.

I honestly cannot rave enough about my great experience with Rocket Plumbing! My service tech was Jimmy and he was an absolute life saver. Before I even get into the experience, I love the fact that you can track where and how far with an ETA of when the service technician is to arrive (this was a godsend with a newborn at home). Once Jimmy arrived as indicated, he took his calculated time to see where the issue at hand was. My issue, that was thankfully resolved, was a floor drain overflowing. Jimmy was able to identify where the clean out was and cleared out the obstruction. They even have the option of a live camera feed within your pipes to see how extent the damage could be which I completely jumped on for piece of mind (roots, etc.) All I can say is I very likely did the same thing as you when faced with this issue and did a mad dash to Home Depot when the flooding occurred. A+ service. Rocket made a potentially unpleasant experience easy. My water heater was leaking, needed replacement. I received a return phone call 30 minutes after leaving a message at Rocket, and scheduled an appointment for an 8-9am window the next morning. Ryan and Ze arrived at 8:00am sharp, we discussed a quote and they left to go buy a water heater. Several hours later they were DONE, new water heater installed. Ze and Ryan were professional and courteous but also personable and friendly. I am very satisfied, intend to use Rocket again the next time I need plumbing work.

My 92 year old mother lives in a condo bldg that is 60 or so years old. The sinks in two bathrooms that sit in a hallway and a bedroom are back-to-back and both were totally clogged. After Rocket plumber Jeff tried (unsuccessfully) to power through and clean them out he realized we would have to open the wall to access the pipes. He came back the next week and did a great job accessing the pipes, cleaning out the solidified blockage, rodded, adding a sanitary T, P-trap and new clean out to a vent above the drain pipe! Well done, great work, excellent communication as I live out of town and had to manage this remotely and at a fair price which was lower than the max estimate. High marks to Rocket Plumbing and Jeff! Oh and Julian, the scheduler in their office, is good as well. Highly recommended.

Nick and Nick did an outstanding job of helping us determine the best approach to handling the necessary repairs in our condo. We decided to replace the bathroom faucets (instead of replace valves) and we were very happy with the many discounts that were offered if we wanted to do it right. An exception was made for service in the south Loop because of the recommendation by Noel at 5plumbingchicago and I am beyond grateful given the results.

Ive been working with Rocket Plumbing for the past few years for various commercial restroom plumbing issues. Ive probably made around 4 to 6 service calls per year. The entire crew communicates exceptionally well and they deliver consistently. They have strong warranties behind all their work. (Ive had to do a call back for a job, and they responded with urgency and made corrections within hours.)Every office receptionist ive spoken to has been helpful. And every single service member that showed up on site has been exceptionally professional. Ive been working with Anthony for the past few months and he has further exceeded my expectations! He clearly explains every situation and the work that needs to be done. Clearly communicates any possible complications that may arise and respective costs. Anthony deserves his own review and he gets a perfect 5/5!These are the only plumbers I call.

On a very busy Saturday, I suddenly discovered our basement was flooded by our old, huge water heater.
