Our water heater was making an odd noise and we were concerned it needed to be flushed, which is a little outside my DIY comfort level since its gas. A national plumbing company took a look and tried to convince us it needed to be replaced, which we were pretty confident wasnt the case. Victor from Rescue came by, took one look and reassured us it was just the changing temperatures causing the copper pipes to make a little noise. He explained everything really well and only charged a small service fee. The peace of mind and the fantastic customer service were worth every penny. We definitely have a new plumber in our contacts list. Thank you SO much!

They came out and helped identify the issue, explain exactly what was wrong, and came back to perform the work in a very timely manner. $175 for him to unclog my toilet and tell me to hold the handle down longer when I flush. He didn’t even wipe up the dirty toilet water that his unclog job got on my floor, but he did use my toilet paper to clean off his tool. But they were for some reason the only plumbers open on a Saturday at 4 PM, came fast, and got the job done. I’m grateful even though it was a little pricey considering the service.

Ten months after having our toilet installed by Rescue Plumbing, we developed a leak. I called the company, and was able to schedule a service tech for the following morning. Javier arrived in the morning, and assessed the problem. He removed the toilet and found the wax ring had distorted. He then removed the ring and replaced it with a different seal. He then reinstalled the toilet, tested it and cleaned up the area. The work was completed quickly, and at no charge. Javier was friendly and professional. I am very happy with the way that he (and Rescue) responded and stood behind their work. Thank you.

Our experience with Rescue Plumbing, and Noah in particular, was fantastic. Just after we had had our second child, we had an issue with our kitchen faucet. We called Rescue Plumbing on a Friday evening and made an appointment for the following day. Before our scheduled time, Noah called us that he was in the area and could come by early. When Noah did come by, he immediately diagnosed and the fixed the issue. Noah was responsive, professional, and friendly. Rescue Plumbing will be our go to shop going forward.

Pete and Joe were great! They repaired a leak under our jacuzzi tub and got rid of the clogs that were contributing to it. Did a very nice job prepping the bathroom so there was minimal mess and even cleaned the counters after. Explained everything clearly and thoroughly and made a concerted (and successful) effort to save the tiles so that we could easily close back up. Definitely would recommend them!

Yesterday I had an issue with a suspected gas leak on my stove, so I called Rescue Plumbing. Rescue was recommended to me by a friend who had recently used them for a larger sump pump repair job and were happy with the outcome.Rescue had a crew that was knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly (Logan and Don) out at my house in under 24 hours. Once they arrived they identified the source of the leak in under 5 minutes.Since the source of leak had to do with thre appliance itself and not the gas line, they were unable to resolve the leak; however they did show me exactly what needed to be fixed on my stove, and did not charge me anything for their quick visit and diagnosis. This was unexpected but appreciated.I will absolutely be using Rescue again if I encounter future plumbing issues and would also recommend them to others based on my experience.

Instead of giving up, he asked me to show him any other clear out valves. We went down to the garage which had all kinds pipes running along the ceiling and walls. Javier was able to identify the exact pipe that needed to be cleaned. He explained what he was doing, brought the rodding machine down to the garage and thoroughly cleaned out the line. Highly recommend this company — will use them again! Pete and Victor were awesome. We had a leaking outdoor spigot which turned out to be a larger project. I called on Thursday, and the person who scheduled the guys to come out was super nice. She said they could come on Friday (the next day) from 2-4pm. Pete called me 20 minutes before they arrived to let me know they were on their way. Upon their arrival they saw the spigot and explained the full scope of work, the time needed and the estimated cost. They were actually able to fit us in the next day to do the project. The work was quick and came in under budget. They also fixed other things they noticed for free (we had to turn off the water and they noticed sediment in a sink, which they cleaned out). Were very grateful for Fred and Rico coming by to fix our clogged toilet on a Saturday afternoon. It was easy to set an appointment and they arrived early in their estimated window. They then went the extra mile twice - first they didnt hesitate to wear masks when asked (someone in our household is immunocompromised), and then upon realizing they didnt have a replacement part they recommended for our toilet tank they made a quick trip to retrieve it at a shop. That rarely happens with other companies and I really appreciate it. I value a lot being on time. It is good for everybody.Javier evaluated the issue with kitchen drain very fast, explained it very clearly and proposed the plan for the repair. It was also very clear with time and price and this is also very important.Repair was completed on time, very professional and also very clean. Results were really good. Javier from Rescue Plumbing is great! I had a burst pipe from the cold temperatures so I called Rescue Plumbing.They were able to schedule me for an appointment the same day. Javier was very thorough in explaining what needed to be done and how the job would be carried out. I very much appreciated that he answered all of my questions---which were many! When the issue was identified he made sure I understood the issue by explaining the situation and making sure I could see it. He also explained the cause of the issue and how to prevent future bursts.The pricing is very transparent so there were no surprises when it was time to pay the invoice. Javier explained the pricing beforehand as well as again, before payment. Javier documented everything both with photos and a written explanation which made it easier to submit a comprehensive invoice to my insurance adjuster. I would definitely recommend Rescue Plumbing! Hopefully, I dont have another plumbing issue any time soon, but if I do, I would use Rescue Plumbing and request Javier!

We have found our go to experts for our businesss plumbing. When other plumbers had no solution to our emergency situation, Pete and Victor were our literal saviors. It turns out half of our issue was related to a city main sewer issue, Pete told me exactly who to contact and what to tell them. Once our sewer line was cleared by the city Pete, Victor, and their team returned to our facility and had us up and running within a couple of hours. I cant express enough how communicative, knowledgeable, and generally helpful Pete and Victor were throughout the entire process. I will be using them for everything both commercial and residential going forward.
