    Pete and Noah were fantastic to work with. They arrived on time and were very communicative. They explained the issue with our shower and, despite the difficulty in getting parts for the random European model, had it fixed in just a few days! Two other plumbers had given us the runaround or ghosted us, so Pete and Noah’s work at Rescue Plumbing really stood out as phenomenal. Highly recommend!

    Updated review: I wish I could give Rescue Plumbing 7 stars. I thought my new plumbing had a leak and it turned out that I installed the shower head wrong (massive facepalm). The same team visited my home and they were gracious, understanding, and fixed the issue quickly. Love this company.Logan and Jenkis were awesome. They were timely, professional, and friendly. Highly recommend Rescue Plumbing!

    I’d highly recommend Rescue Plumbing and especially Pete and Noah. I called Rescue to inspect a clog my vent stack and Pete and Noah came by a few hours later and earlier than scheduled. They were both friendly and professional throughout the entire visit, they did a thorough inspection and tried to resolve the issue, and then provided a detailed explanation of the problem and expected costs. All around good and trustworthy and would call again for any plumbing issue.

    I highly recommend Rescue Plumbing. Had an issue with my shower valve cartridge and they sent out Pete Ismail and his son (who’s apprenticing). They showed up early, tag teamed the job, did great work and fixed the problem. I’ve used rescue before and they were great. Highly recommend them and specifically recommend Pete and Noah.

    Had an urgent clogged toilet situation that needed to be addressed. I called the morning of and they were able to come before noon. Pete and Noah were awesome.     We hadn’t even moved into our new house yet and the basement flooded from a faulty sump pump and the sewer backed up! Pete and Noah came out to help with the whole mess. They walked us through everything, every step of the way and made sure everything was done quickly and right. They were patient and understanding as we asked lots of questions. While I’m not happy all this happened - I’m grateful to have found honest plumbers who helped us through it.

    Great job! I coordinated a building shutoff and they were 10 minutes early as requested. The pricing was $280 for a ball valve and $75 per cap which for their trip and time is reasonable. They went above and beyond by assisting the building management team who could not locate the shutoff valves.Id definitely recommend them and Im very happy with their service.

    Jay and Jr. came to the house to detect the source of a leak. They removed a small portion of the ceiling in the basement and quickly identified the issue. Initially I thought it might be a leaky sink which was backing up, it was not. It was the toilet. Jay quoted a price for the toilet and to also rout out the sink. As it turned out, the sink didn’t need routing, just a stopper clog, simple. Jay removed the toilet, cleaned out the old, re-installed the bolts and reseated the toilet. Unfortunately it didn’t work. Made some adjustments, no go. The solution was to replace the original cast iron below and redo where the toilet sits. The quote was significant. Jay said he would not charge for today, but would do the project the day after. To no fault of Jay and jr. I had run into a friend who has done contract work on our block and he found a different solution to try. I called Rescue to explain and cancel and Jay and I spoke with regards to the cancellation. He was above and beyond professional and respectful of my decision. Most notably, Jay would not accept payment for his work since he said he did not fix the problem. I said I had no problem paying for his time, experience and identifying the issue, but he would not accept the payment.Although I believe professionals should be paid for their time, I respect jay’s decision and will, reluctantly honor it. But, In the future, I will call on Jay to service my plumbing needs. He was knowledgeable, personable, respectful, explained every detail—like a master’s class in plumbing.Thank you Jay and Jr.

    We called thinking our water heater was making noise. They came quickly on a Saturday. Turns out, about 10 units in our condo thought it was their water heaters or the pipes. Rick & Eric were able to diagnose it wasnt the water heater. They went on multiple floors, the roof, and basement to find out there was a toilet running 2 floors below us causing major buzzing, humming, and screaming noises through the duct work to all of our units. Once getting access to that condo unit, they stopped the running toilet and the noise stopped immediately. They stuck around to continue diagnosing and ensuring a fix even though it wasnt what we all thought it was originally. Would absolutely recommend them and will use them again. Very professional and made the noise stop!
