    Powerhouse Restoration did a great job getting our home repaired after the storm. They came quickly to remove tree from our roof and checked for leaks to avoid additional damage. The company helped out tremendously through the insurance claim process. Meeting with our insurance adjuster and explaining the details of what to expect. I would recommend Glen and his company to anyone seeking storm damage repair.

    These guys are PROFESSIONAL Grade... I started working with the Public Adjusting division and the GM there as well as my Project Manager and Sales Manager were so concerned and helpful. I know they really worked hard to help me and I referred them to several of my co-workers who they also helped.UPDATE: winter is here and the roof they put on is bulletproof.. my 80 year old neighbor on oxygen needed help with her electric over the last storm. Even though they had no obligation to help, those guys came out and fixed her power in the middle of the night and the Owner of the company actually got one of his electricians to visit the next day to ensure everything was going to work perfectly.Outstanding!!!

    Powerhouse came into my home when my basement flooded. They were here within 3 hours. They took readings all over and didn’t just rip my home theater apart. They took out what was destroyed and once it was dry they then repaired everything. They were extremely clean and fast. I highly recommend them for anything bad that happens in your home.

    I hope I never go thru an experience like this again. As traumatic as it was, Powerhouse made it less so. I was out of town & a pipe broke with a pending sale on the house. Basement flooded, It was a mess!! Powerhouse crew was there same day it was discovered with their clean up crew & equipment. Not only did they handle the clean up & remodel, they dealt with the insurance company back & forth so I didn’t have to. I was in no shape. Of course, I lost that buyer but when all complete the new basement was beautiful & I sold the house right away after getting it back on the market. They are professionals & were always easy to deal with. Great job Powerhouse & thank you so much, forever grateful:-)

    Powerhouse handled a massive water damage repair in my unit. Their work was very high quality and very fast once they started. They were very helpful in communicating with my insurance and ensuring everything came out how I wanted it.

    We had a house fire in mid January. Power House Was the perfect choice for us. They can do it all...and they did. they Boarded the house, they worked with my insurance to a T Glenn and his guys are there for you. Glenn is awesome with the insurance adjusters he really goes to bat for you and gets every penny he can. Power House removed my contents that were not destroyed, they cleaned and DE-ionized everything for that smell of fire and smoke. He stored my contents. Huge lifesaver this was. Can you imagine trying to find temp housing for your family and have to worry about your contents! wasnt priority ...My family was. Glenn, Chris and there amazing team took control and relieved my stress. They did it all. They took my house down to the studs and built it back up beutifully! I can not say enough about thier craftsmanship to the finest details....Basement,Kitchen, Baths it is all so gorgeous we get compliments every time someone enters our home.     Greatest Restoration company in chicago. I write relevant reviews from time to time when something good or awful really stands out.So last month when we hit those ridiculous freezing temperatures one of my pipe burst at around 3 am. We had alarm attached to sump pump thank g-d but I didnt hear it till around 3:30. If I wasnt a light sleeper it probably would have been worse. By the time I got to the basement there was 3 of water and items all over floating. I was freaking out . I got the main shut off turned off.Then I got on my phone and started looking up restoration companies.Ill skip the f bombs being thrown out.So I called a few where nobody picked up and I left a message on 3 that looked good.To my surprise powerhouse restoration called back within 15 min.Talk about a company who was on top of it. They were out at my house at 7 am.I did have insurance but its an awful thing to go through.They assured me they would help with everything from start to finish.Im in sales and glen was very honest and genuine. I would know the difference.Not only did they get the water out as fast as possible but they helped with everything in the basement. Pictures , toys , furniture , speakers. They helped save everything. I was blown away.Yes, they Than over the next 3 weeks refinished my basement. New drywall , new base , new carpet , moldings , everything.I really think they were amazing. They could have just thrown out old pictures that were floating but I kept seeing more and more coming upstairs to be dried. They didnt take the easy road and do as quick as possible. They actually saved my stuff. Yes. They redid my entire basement and it looks great but I thought the fact that they cared really made the difference and for that I thought I should post this.If you need a restoration company , run to them. Do not walk. Thanks glen for everything you did for my family. Hope I never see you again lol , but in the g-d for bid, Ill be calling again.
