Basi was extremely knowledgeable, taking the time to thoroughly explain what needed to be done and why. He also provided thoughtful recommendations regarding our sump pump, ensuring we understood our options for maintaining a properly functioning system.His professionalism, expertise, and clear communication made the entire experience stress-free. Goode came out quickly when we needed them to address an emergency situation. Chris and his partner, Jose, worked many hours replacing gas pipes and fixing old lines! They did a great job and even came back when we had more to fix to meet the gas company’s tests!! They were professional and confident and courteous throughout. We had to schedule a time with my building for the work so Chris came out the next week and did an exceptional job. Jon went above and beyond to help us with sewer backup in our basement. He came from home during his time off to help out the crew in a critical situation which he did not have to do. The situation was stressful and hectic but Jon was kind, patient, and professional in outlining our options and finding a remedy in a super timely fashion. He followed up to get a crew in as soon as possible and also encouraged us to contact him with any worries, questions, etc. Thank you Jon for your service and kindness to us.

Goode sent Nick over to assess the situation in my bathtub. I was barely getting any hot water and Nick broke it down for me and gave me a few options. After talking it through and after Nick couldnt turn the cold waters shutoff valve, he determined that he would need to replace that and would need to schedule another appointment to finish the job.A day or two later, Nick called me and said that he had good news in that he found a shower fixture for my dated clawfoot tub that would save me money and would forgo a funky setup that we had previously agreed upon. Nick was great so I gave 5 stars but Ill have to update the review once the job is done which should be in a couple of weeks.

Although what seemed like a simple problem turned out to be a nightmare because we live in an old house, they managed to fix everything in one day! We had an incredibly knowledgeable plumber come out for estimates. He knew things and pointed things out that other plumbers that came by didn’t even seem to understand. He took his time to explain everything and was very personable. We are very impressed so far.Update: we decided not to go with Goode plumbing because they gave a quote that was very expensive and higher than other companies and they refused to come down or adjust anything, even when we asked them to take off a service we didn’t want and keep what we wanted. They tried to hard sell a whole package price and lost us on that.

Goode Plumbing really came through. We had a sudden catastrophic plumbing issue, with water leaking through our light fixtures. Having never had to make this phone call before, I didnt know what to do. These guys had great reviews so I thought I would be in good hands. Chris K showed up with his colleague Tony less than 3 hours later and not only methodically diagnosed and repaired our problem, but was thorough in making sure it wasnt going to happen again. The dispatcher was wonderful too! Excellent service!

Quick service, but, pricey. Shower faucet needed to be replaced. Chris the tech was able to repair instead, however, it was challenging. He changed cartridge and all we had was hot water. He worked his magic and resolved issue. Dont like that there is now an additional service fee for using a credit card. Been a repeat customer and still get charged. Bill was high enough already. Chris the tech though was very thorough.

Polite, timely, efficient/same day service. Discussed the pros and cons of 40 v 50 gallon tanks. Explained the details of the new tank once installation was complete. They use Bradford White tanks which are a tad more expensive but considered to be an industry leader and come with a 6 year manufacturer warranty for tanks and parts and Goode provides a lifetime warranty against defects in their workmanship. I’m super happy!

I highly recommend Goode Plumbing! Bryan C. and Ashton removed a gas line to an outdoor grill and replaced the damaged line in the basement that remained. They even removed and hauled away the old grill! I also had sump pump replaced with an ejector pump, and new PVC pipe installed by Anthony and Nick. Both teams did a great job, made sure that everything was working correctly, and answered all my questions. All the guys were polite and a pleasure to work with.

Jacob was great! He gave detailed description and had remedies for all my plumbing needs. Hot water pressure was really low, he diagnosed quickly and presented all the options available to me. Ended up replacing kitchen faucet and the diverter in the tub. Quick and prompt work, also performed maintenance on my hot water heater. Parts can be a little pricey, but the lifetime warranty and bundling of items offsets some of the pain in cost.

Really happy w how this turned out. We had been having problems w our shower leaking and then saw the company van parked at our neighbors. I almost lost hope that I would find a plumber to fix our broken sewer pipe in the dirt crawl. I contacted five plumbing companies. It wasn’t about what the other companies were quoting us for the job.Well the 6th time was a charm.I was fortunate to find Goode during yet another Google search. What a pleasant professional experience from the time they picked up the phone to the completion of the work. Goode sent Trevor out the next morning to provide me a free estimate. He was very professional, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I was actually able to obtain the estimate before he left. The price was very reasonable, especially due to the nature of the job. Goode scheduled the repair for the next morning. Nick and Ashton came to our home and completed the pipe repair. I had two toilets installed. They were ADA toilets. After they were installed, the plumbers advised me that because of the elongation of the bowl, the bathroom door would not close. So, they had to go and obtain a standard toilet to fit in that bathroom. Since I had a 3rd bathroom, I asked if they could install the other toilet in that bathroom. I asked him to call Goode and see if that could be done. He did and they were able to do that, so I should not have to be concerned with flappers going bad or other issues that occur with old toilets for some time. The workers were efficient. They cleaned up. If water spilled, they wiped it up. They put silicone around the base of the toilets.Workers were efficient. I am pleased with my new toilets.

Had a plumbing emergency this past weekend on 11/23/24. The response time was quick and Adan was at my house a half hour later. Basically the issue was a really bootleg setup for my ice and water dispenser for our fridge, the previous owners had spiked into the water line and we were unable to shut off the water to install our new fridge without turning off the water in the house entirely. Adan was able to diagnose how to bypass this and get us back up to code and have the ability to have a line that we could shut off in the future for our fridge. Adan explained everything in a way that I could understand and walked me through everything he would have to do. Adan had to pick up parts to complete the job. He was quick to return and brought Bryan along to minimize the time it would take for the new line setup. Adan and Bryan were very quick with there repair and got everything up to code and running fantastically. Thank you so much Adan, Bryan, and Goode. I will always use you for any plumbing issues that come up in the future!Chip and Henry were excellent! They arrived on time, looked at my issue and explained next steps. As a New Building Owner and Landlord I now have had to use Goode Plumbing 3 times this year. Every time the staff has been polite, courteous, and helpful. The first time was a minor issue with the water heater and my inability to light the pilot. The technician Nick fixed it immediately and showed me what I was doing wrong and didnt even charge me. The next issue was a gas leak due to some remodeling that a contractor had done when they had moved the gas line. Goode Plumbing came out and fixed the issue the same day so that my tenant didnt have to go more than 24 hours without gas. The last issue was a leaky faucet Jose came out and found the leak and replaced the faucet. I have been impressed with the professionalism, service, and helpfulness of all the technicians. The other day the hot water heater for my tenants apartment went out. After numerous attempts to relight the pilot light with no success I decided it was time to call Goode Plumbing. I was able to get an appointment for the next day.The following Day Chris came out assessed the issue and explained my options. I had already figured I would have to replace the unit as it was installed in 2005 and was 19 years old. Chris was able to get me a new 40 gallon water heater and replace it before noon. The day of the appointment (kitchen line was completely draining into the basement)the 2 plumbers assigned reassessed the issue and came up with a more effective plan! The job was done by 12:30 pm! Trevor came out first to diagnose and quote. Chris came out to do the work. I had unique plumbing issues that have been perplexing other contractors for years. I connected Chris with the rep at Hansgrohe and the specialist at studio 41. Together they worked through everything and the issues seem to be remedied for good. Everyone from Goode was kind and worked hard. Prices are high these days in general but they seemed to be priced in the middle. If I face a complex issue again I wouldn’t think twice about using Chris/Goode again.

The person I spoke to on the phone was lovely, clear and reassured me they would get the situation fixed. They dispatched Adan and Bryan at 9 am this morning and they were fantastic. Assessed the problem, showed me the quote, waited for my approval, then made the repair. They were quick, efficient and professional. We definitely have our plumbers!

Brian & Chris did an excellent job replacing piping inside our wall and adding new p trap to bathroom sink. Scary job that we didnt expect to need but this happens with a 109 year building. The guys were professional, clean, fast & detailed. Was not cheap but was not the most expensive quote either. Feel like we are getting what we pay for when selecting Goode for plumbing work.

They took on the task of installing a new water main and they were always on top of the process from sending someone out for a quote, follow up with Jake on the permit process and answering any questions I had, to even today, months later, having Frank and his team touch up a bit of restoration in the front lawn from the trenching. Never had to hire a plumbing company before. Goode is not the least expensive but I felt it was worth it to get expert service and I was right. Adan & Brian (apprentice) were very nice and Adan obviously loves his job . Everything was done perfectly, neatly, and they cleaned up the small mess. The personal touch is often missing but not with Goode Plumbing.

I’ve used Goode for a handful of complex projects - some urgent, some proactive - and they are top to bottom professionals. Most recently they replaced our gas hot water heater that was hidden in a wall behind the refrigerator- addressed all of our concerns, questions, etc and had it replaced the next day much more safely than it was previously. Also, the plumbers are just down right nice. Very courtesy and respectful of my home. I would not hesitate adding Goode to your list of trusted contacts.
