The technician was very professional. He saw the condensation pump was over flowing. He examined the furnace. He concluded that the pump was the issue and needed to be replaced. He promptly replaced the pump. Problem resolved. I checked the next day -- no overflowing condensation pump. I am happy! I will pass Direct Improvements number to my friends.

A wonderful experience from start to finish. Scheduling was easy and they send confirmation text messages. Easy to get ahold of on the phone too! Everyone I interacted with was very professional. The technician showed up on time and I even got text alerts he was on his way. He and his boss were fantastic problem solvers and were determined to make sure my service was working the way it should. I truly appreciate them. Direct Improvements is a night and day difference compared to other service companies that have been to my house. They have it together!

Lost circulating pump on my 50+yr old residential boiler. Good work done by Johnnie. If I had one complaint it would be the ordering of parts from a Granger like warehouse where part prices are twice what you could find at your local hardware store. Other than that, I highly recommend DI. They kept me up to date with scheduled service visits and charges for service/parts. Johnnie, their technician was excellent. High praise.

Ive had a lot of service visits over the years that were dispatched by my home warranty company, but the technician today, Joshua from Direct Improvements, was far and away the best experience Ive had to date. The technician was super friendly and professional, explained what he was doing along the way, asked my preferences before doing certain things, and ultimately resolved my issue in under an hour. Will be my first phone call next time I need HVAC service.

Omar (my technician) and Don (the manager) were so helpful in diagnosing and problem-solving my A/C issues. I live in a 100+ unit condo building and have a leak somewhere in the pipes, which is basically not fixable without going into other units walls/ceilings given the layout of my building. Don and I spoke about the issue and my options and then he connected with the technician and the companys owner to come up with the most cost-effective and long-term solution. Im so thankful for their education, problem-solving, and customer service along the way (both on the phone with Don and in-person with Omar - he was fantastic both times he came out!!!). I use American Home Shield as my Home Warranty Company, they assign companies to service your request, and let me tell you,.. In general, they do NOT choose companies that you would have chosen to hire. My HVAC system has been a train wreck for the past 4 years (its November 2023 now), the shady companies that AHS have chosen have cost me a LOT!Now, I was recently sent Direct LLC for my HVAC and they have pleasantly surprised me! I had access to the owner (if needed) to iron out any issues and the owner is a Stand-up guy, as well as his staff. So, 5-Stars for now

My Lil tech came is and he was so mindful of my house, coverings his shoes, offering to sweep up the debris. The best thing was that he showed me and explained the issue at hand.. More than once until I understood it. Very pretty, only thing is I did not get any paperwork, no invoice or anything to prove that you were there and corrected the problem.

Recent power outages and storms caused a power surge that fried my furnaces mother board. TJ assured me that the replacement repair would go without haste and it did! He worked fast and efficiently and explained every detail of the repair. The cost was also very reasonable and I was given tidbits to help monitor my own system moving forward. I highly recommend Direct Improvements! You wont be sorry and will be satisfied!

Matt and a fellow worker came out as scheduled and remove my old furnace and replaced with a brand new furnace. We experienced a hiccup require some adjustment which Matt tended too immediately. In fact, he refused to leave until the problem was completely controlled and finished the remainder of adjustment the following morning as promised. The service was phenomenal and I will definitely use again for future HVAC needs.

My experience was wonderful. When MJ came out to assess the problem he listened to me and the problems that I was having. He also spent time testing the system to verify what needed to be done and that my concerns were addressed. They resolved the issue, It was especially important as they were fixing problems that another HVAC company had caused. I would recommend them highly. The two installers had all the tools needed to complete the job in one day. They were very conscientious and cleaned up after they finished. I would be very comfortable using them again and recommending them to my friends and family for HVAC issues.

Contacted Thornell because I thought I needed some refrigerant for my central air. Turns out I needed an air compressor. Not happy to have to spend the extra cash, however, he ordered that part and his technician Mikal Azim returned later that evening after completing 4 jobs and stayed well into darkness installing that compressor and making sure everything was fine before he left. I was so impressed by Mikal and the Direct Improvement business under Thornell Hunter. His company has repaired my dryer, my oven and now this. Quite satisfied with this group and highly recommend anyone who needs assistance to get in touch with them.
