Used Tom Electric Service for a complete electric service update. All new electric from weatherhead to electric meter, all the grounding and a whole new panel inside. The guys were, honest and hard working. Tom explained what needed to be done in great detail. Highly recommend this business for any electrical work. Great quality and price. They took my old dangerous service out and made it brand new!

Tom installed two vintage lighting fixtures for me. Tom was quick to give an accurate quote, was prompt on arrival, did excellent work, and left the workspace clean. His price for the job was a good value. As with most vintage installations in bungalows, it took some creative thinking and problem solving. He also took the time to help me locate where my wall sconces once were. I highly recommend him!

Tom just installed a Chargepoint Home Flex Charger in my garage for my new Hyundai Ioniq 6. Very professional, neat, and clean. Answered any questions I had during the installation. Very knowledgeable and personable. When he was done, I asked him about two different light socket fixtures, one inside the house and one outside that had stopped working and I could not figure out. Tom was able to quickly diagnose the issues and took care of right away. Everything was reasonably priced. Could not recommend a better electrician!I had a desire to install ceiling recessed lights and ceiling fans in a few rooms for some time. After doing some research on Yelp, I found Tom and gave him a call. We were able to set up a in-person consultation soon after, where he walked me through the options for recessed LED lights (4in vs 6in) and spacing of said lights. We agreed on an overall plan and start date.During the project, Tom and his men were timely, clean, and very efficient in their work. They carefully calculated and marked out the placement of the lights and fan on the ceiling in each room for my approval before starting cutting into the drywall. In the end, they had to cut into a surprisingly small amount of the drywall to put everything together. In the two places they did have to open up the wall, they carefully replaced the drywall, saving me from having to make any large patches before repainting.I wanted to use a particular smart dimming switch (Brilliant), but it was backordered and did not arrive in time. Tom hooked up everything using temporary switches and came back later to finish the job once they arrived.Overall, I would definitely use Tom and his men again! I have a couple other projects around the house I’ve been thinking of (electric car charger, exterior light, replacing track lighting with more recessed lights, etc.) and plan to use Tom for these projects in the future!

We recently hired Tom to install several sconces and ceiling fans in our home, and to repair several broken outlets. Tom and his team did a great job: they showed up on time, they were friendly and efficient, they finished the work ahead of schedule, and the work was of high quality. They did a great job keeping us updated on their progress as they went along. We really appreciated the fact that Tom was involved in the process from start to finish, from initial quote to being onsite for the entirety of the job and doing a lot of the work himself. He and his team clearly take pride in their work, and well certainly reach out to them for any future electrical needs.

I had Tom come out after I had my porch rebuilt. He called to confirm my meeting with him and was on time. He seen and heard what I needed and even made some recommendations which I thought was not going to Look very good at all. He proved me wrong after he was finished I was so happy. He moved my back porch and placed them higher this way the screen door wont break them when the door is open. He added a led light on the post to light up my back yard He repaired the place the old outlets were and did a beautiful job. If you need a reliable and responsive electrician call Tom you will be happy with the results as I have.

I hired Tom to install recessed lights in entire house along with inspecting few outlets/switches and ground wire installation. He and his team is professional and friendly and performed greate job. The prices were accurate to the estimates and without any surprises. Tom seems to be knowledgeable, smart and knows his stuff.He was kind enough to replace my old yellow pot lights with white ones for free. He also installed four three way switches, all the outlets, dimmers and gfci outlet.I will use him for any future work and recommend for your electrical work.

I called Tom to investigate my kitchen wiring in my 1950s era house since the appliances had kept tripping the breaker. Tom quickly figured out how it was wired, provided a quote for 3 new circuits, and rewired my kitchen 2 days later. It’s great knowing the kitchen is up to current standards and we haven’t tripped any breakers since. Tom was great to work with. Would highly recommend him for any residential work.

I had to install a dedicated 240V/40A circuit for my new electric stove and contacted Tom about my project. He was very prompt to take my call and discuss some options. A couple days later he came to my house for a final evaluation. His price was reasonable, answered all my questions and did his best to be quickly available as I couldn’t use my stove without the new circuit. I decided to go with the outdoor conduit option (so I wouldn’t damage my drywall) and I am very happy with the work Tom and his guy did. They carefully followed all my instructions, showed me on the way their progress and made sure I was 100% satisfied with the final result. You can clearly tell Tom takes pride in his work and I would use him again without hesitation. I highly recommend him.

I didnt know it was possible to have a favorite electrician, but here we are!Tom was quick to come by and provide a quote, and then was even able to complete the job by the next day. He explained what needed to be done and walked us through the work once it was finished. He was very communicative and efficient, while also being transparent and letting us know about our circuit breaker box that needs to eventually be replaced (which our home inspector didnt catch!).On top of all that, he also helped us out with our electrical oven which did not come with a plug. And as an added bonus, he recommended other individuals to help us complete our bathroom project!Truly could not have asked for a better service, quality, and value. We will absolutely continue to be using Toms services going forward!
