Jonathan is a partner in my long-term project of electrifying both the house I live in and the one I rent. He was chief electrician on installation of our solar, which is working beautifully, and because of his excellent work on this, we hired him to rewire our basement, which is now transformed by light, and by safer wiring. Getting the switching right was labor-intensive, but he stuck with it until he had fulfilled his promises for ergonomic, intelligible, light switches.Plus, he has problem-solved the switches for a new bathroom fan at my other house, where I had insulated and installed a new bathroom fan. The electrician had tried to get the wiring right, but ultimately it didnt make sense, and my tenants couldnt understand how it worked. Jonathan did the sweat work in the attic to add the additional wiring that has the fan working right, in a way that makes the house healthier (the hygrometer sensor is working) without relying on tenants and their children understanding some arbitrary necessities to keep the fan system on.So, brains (electrical circuits and the devices we connect to them these days are complicated!), sweat (good old fashioned American work ethic), and persistence in getting things right rather than just getting them done. Amazing experience! Jonathan of Solarability is above and beyond any expectations I had. I’ve had solar since 2018 so I’ve dealt with several solar companies. When my battery died (again) I had to find an LG certified electrician to submit an RMA for replacement. My search took 6 weeks. One company lied about their qualifications and it cost me $140 for an RMA that LG wouldn’t accept. When I found Jonathan I had all but given up hope for ever having a working battery again. Jonathan came to the rescue, came very fast, had the legal forms, checked my original battery installation and found problems, did the work for the price he quoted and even found information that may get me a refund for the installation. I know nothing about solar, but I could tell that Jonathan knows what he’s doing. It’s obvious that solar is more than just a job to him; it’s his passion. He is HONEST, thorough, respectful, follows the law and takes no shortcuts. In my 76 years I can’t think of another consumer experience that is close to this one. #1 and no close 2nd.

Jonathan just finished a project for us and we couldn’t be happier !! He was extremely professional and kind from the beginning, and he KNOWS his stuff. He even brought his own house slippers, to keep our floors clean as he went back and forth to his van. I mean WHO does that ?? 😃I will highly recommend him to anyone/everyone !
